1-握杆, 2-挡圏, 3-固定座端盖, 31-螺丝, 32-螺孔塞, 4-固定座, 41-固定座低阶, 42-重力健身圏把手凹槽, 43-固定座锁孔凸耳沉孔, 44- 固定座铰链凸耳沉孔, 5-重力健身圏, 51-重力健身圏把手, 6-销, 7-锁 孔凸耳, 71-锁孔凸耳沉孔, 8-铰链凸耳, 81-铰链凸耳轴孔, 82-铰链回 复弹簧固定槽, 9-螺丝, 100-锁体, 101-锁体螺孔, 102-锁体内端面沉孔, 103-锁体外端面沉孔, 104-铰链安装切口, 105-铰链轴孔, 106-锁体外端 面沉孔凸耳, 107-锁体过孔, 110-铰链轴, 120-旋转回复弹簧, 130-开启 按钮复位弹簧, 140-锁舌, 141-锁舌导引面, 142-锁舌开启导引面, 143- 锁舌长孔, 150-锁舌复位弹簧, 160-开启按钮, 161-开启按钮凸耳, 162- 开启按钮凸爪, 163-开启按钮复位弹簧凸耳, 164-按钮开启导引面, 170- 锁体外端盖, 171-锁体外端盖通孔, 180-开启按钮端盖。 具体实施方式 下面结合附图, 对本实用新型的一个具体实施方式进行详细描述, 但应当理解本实用新型的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。 本实用新型的健身杠铃如图 1-2所示, 包括握杆 1和重力体, 其中 重力体为具有圆环形结构的重力健身圏 5, 重力健身圏的圆环形内部设 有经过圆心的把手 51 , 通过固定座 4、 紧固锁构成的连接机构可将重力 健身圏 5相对于固定座紧固和拆卸, 形成握杆 1与重力体之间的可拆卸 紧固连接。 握杆 1靠近端部处套接有提示握持位置的挡圏 2。 进一步如图 1-3所示, 杠铃固定座 4为圆柱形结构, 两端面分别面 向杠铃握杆 1和重力健身圏 5, 固定座 4面向杠铃握杆的端面为内端面, 面向重力健身圏 5的端面为外端面; 固定座 4内端面的轴心部位设有与 握杆 1的直径相适配轴向沉孔, 沉孔直径与握杆 1直径相适配, 握杆 1 可平顺地插入其中并通过销 6固定连接, 固定座 4的内端面还覆盖有适 配的固定座端盖 3 , 固定座端盖 3通过螺丝 31与固定座 4紧固连接, 固 定座端盖 3的螺孔还配有螺孔塞 32将螺孔覆盖, 以利美观。 固定座 4的 外圆部分为两级阶梯状, 固定座内端侧为高阶, 外端侧为低阶 41 , 低阶 41直径与重力健身圏 5圆环的内径相适配, 两者可相互套接, 阶梯的垂 直面与重力健身圏圆环的端面相抵接, 形成对重力健身圏向内侧移动的 约束。 固定座外端面设有与重力健身圏把手 51相适配的凹槽 42, 可使 重力健身圏把手 51嵌入其中。 进一步如图 1-3所示, 固定座 4外端面还设有用于嵌入锁孔凸耳 7 的沉孔 43 , 锁孔凸耳 7为长方体结构, 紧固嵌入沉孔 43中成为固定座 4 的一部分, 锁孔凸耳 7距固定座轴线一定距离, 锁孔凸耳 7面向固定座 轴线的面 (即锁孔凸耳下端面)设有作为锁孔的长方形的沉孔 71 (如图 3所示)。 进一步如图 1-3所示,固定座 4外端面上还设有用于嵌入铰链凸耳 8 的沉孔 44, 铰链凸耳 8紧固嵌入沉孔 44中成为固定座 4的一部分, 铰 链凸耳 8内设有贯通铰链凸耳两侧面的铰链凸耳轴孔 81。 进一步如图 1-3所示, 紧固锁包括锁体 100、锁舌 140和开启机构组 成, 其中锁体 100为圆柱体结构, 其直径与固定座的外端面直径相同或 相近, 锁体的边沿处设有容置固定座铰链凸耳 8的铰链切口 104, 铰链 切口 104的相对面之间设有贯通的铰链轴孔 105, 锁体 100通过铰链机 构与杠铃固定座 4活动旋转连接。 锁体 100在锁紧时其内端面与杠铃固 定座 4外端面相贴合, 将嵌入固定座凹槽中的重力健身圏把手 51包裹、 固定。 锁体 100的内端面还设有容置固定座锁孔凸耳 7的沉孔 102 (如 图 3所示), 其形状与固定座锁孔凸耳 7相适配, 固定座锁孔凸耳 7可平 滑地插入、 脱离沉孔 102。 进一步如图 1-3所示,锁体外端面设有放置锁舌 140的沉孔 103 , 沉 孔 103为横向的长方形, 沉孔 103面向锁舌 140舌尖的顶壁设锁体过孔 107, 该过孔 107与锁孔凸耳下端面的沉孔 71尺寸相适配, 锁舌 140处 于锁紧状态时锁舌上部穿过该过孔 107并插入锁孔凸耳沉孔 21中(如图 3所示)。 锁体外端面沉孔的中间部位设有凸耳 106; 锁体的外端面还覆 盖有与锁体 100相适配的外端盖 170, 锁体外端盖 170通过螺丝 9经锁 体螺孔 101与锁体 100紧固连接。 进一步如图 1-3所示, 锁舌 140为具有一定厚度的倒 "T"形结构, 其 底部的宽度与锁体外端面沉孔 103的横向宽度相适配并嵌入该沉孔 103 中, 锁舌 140的内侧面与锁体外端面沉孔 103的底面相滑动贴合, 锁舌 在锁体外端面沉孔 103 两侧壁的约束下故上下的直线移动, 锁舌倒 "T" 结构的下端面两侧抵接有锁舌复位弹簧 150, 锁舌复位弹簧 150的下端 面与锁体外端面沉孔 103的下壁相氏接。 锁舌 140上端、 面向锁体外端 面沉孔处设锁舌导引面 141 , 形成锁舌 140的舌尖。 在固定座 4与锁体 100锁紧时, 锁舌穿过锁体过孔 107插入固定座的锁孔凸耳沉孔 71中将 固定座 4与锁体 100连为一体。 锁舌 140的下部两侧凸出部面向锁体外 端面延伸出锁舌开启凸耳, 锁舌开启凸耳上设开启导引面 142 (即向下 外侧延伸的斜面)。 锁舌竖直部的对称中心设有长条形、 沿锁体轴向贯通 的锁舌长孔 143。 进一步如图 1-3 所示, 紧固锁开启机构为开启按钮 160, 开启按钮 160为圆柱形结构, 锁体外端盖 170中心轴线处设有贯通的允许开启按 钮滑动穿过的通孔 171 , 开启按钮 160在锁舌开启导引面 142的相应位 置处径向延伸出对称的开启按钮凸耳 161 , 开启按钮凸耳 161设有开启 导引面 164 (该导引面 164为向上内侧延伸的斜面, 如图 4、 5所示), 紧固锁安装后, 锁舌开启导引面 142与按钮开启导引面 164对位设置并 可相对滑动。 开启按钮面向锁舌外端面处还设有径向延伸的、 对称的、 与开启按钮凸耳间隔 90°的开启按钮凸爪 162, 开启按钮凸耳 161和开启 按钮凸爪 162共同抵接在锁体外端盖 170的通孔 171 内侧, 使开启按钮 160 不会自锁体外端盖中滑出; 开启按钮的另一端还覆盖有便于按压的 端盖 180。 进一步如图 1-3所示, 紧固锁开启按钮 160面向锁体的端面中心还 设有固定开启按钮复位弹簧 130的凸耳 163 , 复位弹簧 130的一端套接 于按钮复位弹簧凸耳 163上, 复位弹簧 130穿过锁舌长孔 143 , 复位弹 簧 130的另一端套接于锁体外端面沉孔凸耳 106上。 按动开启按钮 160 时, 开启按钮 160通过按钮开启导引面 164驱动锁舌开启导引面 142进 而驱动锁舌 140整体下移, 使锁舌 140从锁孔凸耳沉孔 71中脱离, 使锁 体 100与固定座 4之间解锁, 锁舌 140在移动过程中按钮复位弹簧 130 在锁舌长孔 143中不受锁舌移动的影响。 当释放开启按钮 160时, 在开 启按钮复位弹簧 130的驱动下开启按钮凸耳 161与凸爪 162再次与锁体 外端盖 170的通孔 171的边沿相氏接,开启按钮恢复原位,此时锁舌 140 整体上移, 重新进入锁紧状态。 进一步如图 1所示,固定座 4与锁体 100之间设有旋转回复弹簧 120, 旋转回复弹簧 120为圆柱形旋转扭力弹簧, 套接于锁体铰链轴 110上, 其一端通过铰链回复弹簧固定槽 82与固定座 4紧固连接,其另一端与锁 体 100紧固连接, 锁体与固定座解锁后锁体绕铰链外旋, 锁体内端面与 固定座外端面相脱离, 旋转回复弹簧 120被压缩, 作为重力体的重力健 身圏可以从固定座中取出, 释放锁体后在旋转回复弹簧 120的驱动下, 锁定内端面再次靠向固定座外端面。 与现有技术相比, 本实用新型通过将环形重力健身圏作为杠铃的重 力体, 实现一器多用, 节约材料; 紧固锁的应用可使重力体的安装、 拆 卸方便且紧固效果更佳。 以上公开的仅为本实用新型的一个具体实施例, 但是, 本实用新型 并非局限于此, 任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本实用新 型的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种健身杠铃, 包括握杆和重力体, 其特征在于, 所述重力体为 圆环形重力健身圏, 重力健身圏的圆环形结构内部设有沿其直径方向设 置的把手, 握杆与圆环形重力健身圏之间通过固定座、 紧固锁构成的连 接机构可拆卸紧固连接, 通过紧固锁的锁舌将圆环形重力健身圏限制在 所述固定座和紧固锁的锁体之间。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的健身杠铃, 其特征在于, 所述固定座呈阶 梯圆柱状, 其低阶圆柱部分在直径方向上设凹槽(42), 圆环形重力健身 圏套设在固定座的所述低阶圆柱上, 重力健身圏把手卡接在所述凹槽
(42) 中;
固定座的外端面设有锁孔凸耳, 锁孔凸耳的下端面设有锁孔凸耳沉 孔(71 ), 锁体上设有用于容置所述锁孔凸耳的锁体内端面沉孔(102), 锁体内端面沉孔( 102)的下壁设有与锁孔凸耳沉孔(71 )尺寸相适配的 过孔 ( 107);
锁舌设置于锁体外端面沉孔(103)中, 锁舌内端面紧贴锁体外端面 沉孔(103) 的底面并可在该沉孔(103) 中上下滑动, 锁舌下端面与锁 体外端面沉孔(103) 的下壁面之间设锁舌复位弹簧(150);
锁舌在复位弹簧( 150)的顶推作用下上移使得锁舌上端穿过所述过 孔( 107)插入锁孔凸耳沉孔 (71 )实现固定座与锁体的锁紧; 需要拆卸 所述重力体时, 对锁舌施加一个向下的力使复位弹簧( 150)处于压缩状 态并使锁舌上端脱离所述锁孔凸耳沉孔(71 )实现固定座与锁体的分离。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的健身杠铃, 其特征在于, 所述锁舌下部两 侧对称设置锁舌开启导引面 (142), 锁舌外端设开启按钮, 开启按钮两 侧、所述锁舌开启导引面( 142 )的相应位置处设按钮开启导引面( 164 ); 锁舌开启导引面 (142) 与按钮开启导引面 (164) 的对接设置可将施加 在开启按钮的水平向内的力转化为对锁舌向下的力实现所述固定座与锁 体的分离。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的健身杠铃, 其特征在于, 所述锁体外端面 沉孔(103 )的底面中部设锁体沉孔凸耳(106 ), 锁舌中部的相应位置处 设长条形通孔(143 ), 相应地, 开启按钮的内端面中部设开启按钮复位 弹簧凸耳( 163 ), 横向设置的开启按钮复位弹簧( 130 )穿设在所述长条 形通孔( 143 ) 中, 弹簧( 130 )一端套接在锁体沉孔凸耳( 106 )上, 另 一端套接在开启按钮复位弹簧凸耳 ( 163 )上。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任意一项所述的健身杠铃, 其特征在于, 所述固定座上设铰链凸耳 (8 ), 锁体下边沿的相应位置设用于容置铰链 凸耳( 8 )的铰链切口, 铰链轴穿设于锁体上铰链切口两侧以及铰链凸耳
( 8 )上的相应轴孔中, 形成锁体下边沿与固定座的旋转活动连接。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的健身杠铃, 其特征在于, 所述固定座与锁 体之间设有旋转回复弹簧( 120 ),其为圆柱形旋转扭力弹簧, 弹簧( 120 ) 套接于所述铰链轴上, 弹簧(120 ) —端通过铰链回复弹簧固定槽 (82 ) 与固定座紧固连接, 另一端与锁体紧固连接; 锁体与固定座解锁后锁体 绕铰链轴外旋使锁体内端面与固定座外端面相脱离。
7. 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的健身杠铃, 其特征在于, 锁体外端设 有用于包封所述锁舌和开启按钮的锁体外端盖, 锁体与锁体外端盖紧固 连接; 锁体外端盖中央设有与开启按钮尺寸相适配的通孔(171 ), 所述 开启按钮的上下端部处设凸爪, 固定座与锁体处于锁紧状态时所述凸爪 氐靠在通孔(171 ) 的内边沿处, 防止开启按钮从通孔(171 ) 中脱出。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的健身杠铃, 其特征在于, 所述通孔(171 ) 外侧设有便于按压开启按钮的端盖。
9. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任意一项所述的健身杠铃, 其特征在于, 所述固定座内端面的轴心部位设有与握杆直径相适配的轴向沉孔, 握杆 端部插入所述轴向沉孔中并通过销 ( 6 ) 固定连接。
10. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任意一项所述的健身杠铃, 其特征在于, 所述握杆靠近端部处套接有用于提示握持位置的挡圏。
