背景技术
传统的门禁读卡器线路板包括电路板和连接线,连接线的一端与电路板连接,另一端与门禁控制器连接;连接线与电路板连接的一端通常采用焊接固定的方式,然后在焊点部分打上绝缘胶,由于各种人为因素,使得手工焊点不牢固而且随着使用时间的增加,绝缘胶很容易老化脱落,且手工焊接的方式比较耗费时间,一旦出现上述情况则需要更换门禁读卡器线路板,使得门禁读卡器的使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述连接线与电路板的手工焊点不牢固的缺陷,提供一种门禁读卡器线路板。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种门禁读卡器线路板,包括电路板和连接线,所述电路板上开有一用于通过所述连接线的孔,且所述电路板上还设有一连接器,所述连接线的一端从孔内穿过并与连接器连接。
在本实用新型的一种门禁读卡器线路板中,所述连接线与孔之间还打有固定胶。
在本实用新型的一种门禁读卡器线路板中,所述连接器与所述电路板焊接。
实施本实用新型的一种门禁读卡器线路板,具有以下有益效果:由于在电路板上焊接了一个用于固定连接线的连接器,连接线的线头直接插入连接器中节省了焊接工时且使得连接线与电路板的连接更加稳固;此外,电路板上开的孔便于连接线通过,使得门禁读卡器线路板的布线更加整洁清楚美观。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在本实用新型的优选实施例中,门禁读卡器线路板包括电路板1和连接线2,在门禁读卡器线路板上焊接有一个连接器3,电路板1上的相关引脚插接在连接器3中,连接器3上还布置有用于插接连接线2的插线孔,当连接线2的一端插接在连接器3中且另一端与门禁控制器连接时,便可以进行数据传输了。采用连接器3的方式较之传统的人工焊接的方式更为可靠,且大大节省了焊接的工时,使产品加工过程更为快速。
为了使布线更加整洁使之在进行外包装时更加美观,在电路板1上还开有一个用于通过连接线2的孔,连接线2的一端从孔内穿过与连接器3连接,可以理解的是,孔的直径应该略大于连接线2的外径,即连接线2与孔应为较紧的配合,然后再在孔与连接线2之间打上固定胶,如图1中的打固定胶处4,这样便能保证连接线2与电路板1的稳固连接了。

1、一种门禁读卡器线路板,包括电路板和连接线,其特征在于,所述电路板上开有一用于通过所述连接线的孔,且所述电路板上还设有一连接器,所述连接线的一端从所述孔内穿过并与连接器连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的门禁读卡器线路板,其特征在于,所述连接线与孔之间还打有固定胶。
3、根据权利要求1所述的门禁读卡器线路板,其特征在于,所述连接器与所述电路板焊接。
