虽然这些不足可以通过加大抽排风功率获得解决,但通过单纯加大抽排风功率实现负压保障,导致能源浪费,运行成本增加和有可能导致排便者排便时感觉不适。
本发明人通过深入分析研究,总结出背景技术方案的不足主要成因在于,风道前端的进风口结构形式,设置位置以及风道结构形式设置欠佳。具体表现在,
进风口结构形式与设置位置:进风口设于罩板内底板,取为矩形开口,在数量上取为与导风口设置数量相同,对称布置于排便口的两侧,位于排便口单侧的进风口设孔总长显著小于排便口长度,且设孔宽度较宽,孔的矩形开口最外沿距相对应的排便口下缘有较大距离,未与排便口实施贴近;
风道结构形式:进风口与设于罩板内底板的导风口间相通的风道通道结构为单一腔室结构;
受进风口形状与位置约束以及风道的单一腔室结构决定,从排便口进入的气流流量小,流速慢和流动范围小,距离进风口较远和较偏处的负压和距离进风口较近和位置较正处的负压差距明显,覆盖排便口的风帘难以形成,排便口上方的负压消臭效果不明显,以及排便口各处负压效果欠均匀,导致总体抑臭效果欠理想。
便器的负压主动消臭技术,是一项具有显著实用价值的技术方案。
在保持低的抽排风功率前提下,如何获得具有显著负压消臭效果的便器,针对背景技术方案的不足,本发明人在前述背景技术基础上作出新的技术发明方案改进,发明了新的有效应对技术措施,经最新验证样机证明,已经理想和成功地解决了上述背景技术的不足。

盖体与排便口形状变化不构成对负压消臭窄隙风帘口便口结构的影响。
在盖体不构成对便器的装置件实施装配或维护的障碍性影响条件下,盖体或者取为与便体的融合的一体化结构。
以下结合附图进一步介绍便器通过构建盖体的窄隙风帘口便口结构,实现便器理想负压消臭的实施例具体结构。
图1所示实施例的盖体面板1外形取为矩形,便口6取为四角经圆整的矩形,于左侧断开的剖视可看到盖体内底板2置于盖体面板1的内部,盖体内底板2靠近盖体面板1左侧部设有两个相隔有距离的出风口4,水平竖置且相互平行的一片以上的隔片5自便口7内侧伸至盖体内底板2左侧边缘部,将排便口至出风口间的内置风道8分割成两条以上内置导流风道3;气流导引板6设有包容排便口口围7的开口,与排便口口围7结合水平设置。
图2所示为图1的前视结构,以其所设断开的剖视反映具有负压消臭窄隙风帘口便口的纵向内部结构,显示了盖体面板1的内表面与盖体内底板2的内表面间空间即为内置风道8.
图2a所示为图2中的A的放大图,反映盖体面板1,盖体内底板2,排便口口围9,气流导引板6,隔片5五者位于排便口7近部的内部结构关系,排便口口围9的顶部与盖体面板1所设排便口7结合,排便口口围9下表面高于盖体内底板2的内表面,隔片5竖置,置于盖体面板1的内表面和盖体内底板2的内表面之间;隔片5的中部或近中部设有嵌置气流导引板6的嵌槽15,使气流导引板6获得在垂直方向的定位;获得垂直方向定位的气流导引板6的下表面与盖体内底板内表面间形成窄隙作为内置导流风道8的前置风道14,利于风帘形成 ;盖体内底板2对应排便口口围9设置包容排便口口围9,和尺寸大于排便口口围9内廓尺寸的开口11,开口11的口缘线13与排便口口围9垂直内立面10间形成窄隙,由该窄隙担当具有负压消臭窄隙风帘口便口结构盖体的进风口12。

Claims (3)

  1. 负压消臭窄隙风帘口便口结构,包括盖体面板(1),盖体内底板(2),排便口口围(9),其特征在于:进风口(7)取为盖体内底板(2)所设开口(11)与排便口口围(9)垂直立面内表面(10)间所形成的窄隙,内置风道(8)间还设置有气流导引结构件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述负压消臭窄隙风帘口便口结构,其特征在于:所述气流导引结构件,取为自排便口口围(9)垂直立面内表面(10)始,面向出风口(4)侧延伸一距离,和平行于盖体面板内(2)表面,与盖体内底板(2)内表面间有距离构成窄隙的薄板结构的气流导引板(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述负压消臭窄隙风帘口便口结构,其特征在于:所述气流导引结构件,还包括取为竖置于盖体面板(1)内表面与盖体内底板(2)内表面间薄板结构的隔片(5),设置一片以上,将进风口(7)与出风口(4)间的内置风道(8)分割成两条或两条以上内置导流风道(3)。
