具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
  如图1至图5所示,为本发明的可折叠浴盆的一个优选实施例,该折叠浴盆包括底板100和面板200,以及连接在底板100和面板200之间的可折叠的环形盆壁300,底板100和面板200都是由塑料一次注塑成型得到,例如由聚丙烯(PP Polypropylene)一次注塑而成,底板100和面板200成形之后,再放入到模具中,通过二次注塑成型形成环形盆壁300,环形盆壁300由热塑性弹性体(TPE Thermoplastic Elastome)二次注塑成型形成,其中,TPE具有橡胶的高弹性,高强度,高回弹性,又具有可注塑加工的特征,具有环保无毒安全,硬度范围广,有优良的着色性,触感柔软,耐候性,抗疲劳性和耐温性,加工性能优越,无须硫化,可以二次注塑成型,与PP、PE、PC、PS、ABS等基体材料包覆粘合。热塑性弹性体在二次成型形成环形盆壁300时,与由PP一次注塑成型的底板100和面板200连成一体,环形盆壁300具有多道与底板100平行且可将环形盆壁300向底板折叠的环形折痕301。
  在本实施例中,为了方便底板100与环形盆壁300的连接,底板100包括平面部分110以及由平面部分110的边沿向上延伸形成的与环形盆壁300连接的下连接壁120。下连接壁120的上端121设有沿下连接壁120的周向延伸一周的凹陷胶位,二次注塑成型形成环形盆壁300时热塑性弹性体填充满凹陷胶位,以使环形盆壁300与底板100之间具有可靠的连接强度,这里所说的凹陷胶位,是在下连接壁120的上端形成凹陷,以增热塑性弹性体在二次注塑成型时与下连接壁120具有较大的粘结面积,保证连接的可靠性。进一步,可以在凹陷胶位形成若干个通孔,二次注塑成型形成环形盆壁300时热塑性弹性体充满所述通孔,可以进一步增强连接的可靠性。为了方便放水,在底板100的平面部分110上设有放水孔111,折叠浴盆还包括与放水孔111适配的胶塞112,胶塞112可以通过一柔性带固定在底板100的平面部分110上,也可以是单独设置。为了方便的指示温度,使使用者能够快速的判断水温,可以在底板100或胶塞112上设置受热变色材料制成的温度指示层,例如可以设定在温度超过37度时变色,使用者通过温度指示层的颜色就可以判读水温是否合适。
  在本实施例中,为了方便面板200与环形盆壁300的连接,面板200包括环形的盆沿210以及由盆沿210向下延伸形成的与环形盆壁300连接的上连接壁220。上连接壁220的下端221设有沿上连接壁220的周向延伸一周的凹陷胶位,二次注塑成型形成环形盆壁300时热塑性弹性体填充满所述凹陷胶位,以使环形盆壁300与面板200之间具有可靠的连接强度,这里所说的凹陷胶位,是在上连接壁220的下端形成凹陷,以增热塑性弹性体在二次注塑成型时与上连接壁220具有较大的粘结面积,保证连接的可靠性。进一步,可以在凹陷胶位形成若干个通孔,二次注塑成型形成环形盆壁300时热塑性弹性体充满所述通孔,可以进一步增强连接的可靠性。
  在本实施例中,为了方便存放折叠后的浴盆,在盆沿210上设有挂钩211,二次注塑成型形成环形盆壁300时在挂钩211的钩部内侧212处包覆有热塑性弹性体,可以增大挂钩211与杆状物,例如卫生间种的挂杆的摩擦力,可以起到防滑的作用。
  在本实施例中,为了方便浴盆的使用,在盆沿210的两侧设有手挽位213、214,手挽位213、214具有凸起的加强筋位,以增强该处的强度,为了使手挽位具有更好的手感,手挽位213、214具有由盆沿凹陷形成的胶位,二次注塑成型形成环形盆壁300时所述热塑性弹性体包覆胶位,形成热塑形弹性体的包层,觉有更好手感。
  在本实施例中,盆沿210的上表面设有凹陷的图案215,凹陷的图案215上设有通孔,二次注塑成型形成环形盆壁300时,热塑性弹性体经由所述通孔填充所述图案,可以选择面板的颜色与热塑性弹性体的颜色不同,这样就可以在盆沿上形成彩色的图案,这些图案可以是装饰性的或者是标示性的图案,例如商标,或者使用说明的图案。进一步,为了方便使用,在盆沿210上设有用于放置物品的搁物槽216,可以用来放置洗浴用品,诸如肥皂、毛巾等。
  在本实施例中,浴盆的截面大致呈跑道形,实际中并不局限于这种形状,也可以是圆形或其他适宜的形状。环形盆壁可以是彩色的或无色透明的。
  图6示出了本发明的可折叠浴盆是如何折叠的,将展开的浴盆平放在地板上,然后向下压盆沿210的手挽位213、214,使环形盆壁300沿其环形折痕301折叠,折叠浴盆折叠在一起,占用较小的空间。图7则示出了如何展开折叠状态的浴盆,按压住浴盆的底板100,向上提盆沿210的手挽位213、214,将环形盆壁300沿其环形折痕301将环形盆壁拉开,即将浴盆展开,堵上底部的放水孔111,即可使用。
  如图8、图9和图12所示,为本发明的可折叠浴盆的第二实施例,本实施例是在优选实施例的基础上作了进一步的改进,为了提高可折叠浴盆在展开状态是的强度,防止可折叠浴盆在展开使用的过程中受外力的挤压而折叠回去,在面板200和底板100之间设置多根可拆卸收起的支撑杆410,支撑杆410位于环形盆壁300的外侧,折叠浴盆处于展开状态时,支撑杆410支撑在面板200和底板100之间,提高浴盆的强度,防止浴盆在使用时缩回;折叠浴盆处于折叠状态时,支撑杆410收容在面板200的下方,可以节省空间。
  参看图10和图11,在第二实施例中,采用四根支撑杆410,浴盆两侧各两个,支撑杆410的端部为球形;所述面板的下表面设置有四个上卡位420,上卡位420为塑胶件,其具有用于收容支撑杆410的第一端411的上空心圆筒421,上空心圆筒421上开有供支撑杆410转动的缺口422;底板100上对应的设置有四个下卡位430,下卡位430也是塑胶件,其具有用于收容支撑杆410的第二端412的下空心圆筒431,下空心圆筒431的端部具有在外力作用下可撑开的卡部432,在本实施例中,卡部432为四个,用来固定支撑杆410的第二端412。支撑杆410的第一端411卡在上空心圆筒421内,由于缺口422的存在,且支撑杆410的端部为球形,所述使得支撑杆410可相对面板200转动,当浴盆处于展开状态时,支撑杆410相对面板200展开,使支撑杆410的第二端412离开面板200转向底板100,由于下卡位430的下空心圆筒431的端部的卡部432可以撑开,用力即可将412卡入到431中,这样就可以起到增强浴盆的强度的作用。需要折叠收起时,用力将支撑杆410的第二端412由下空心圆筒431中拔出,然后转动支撑杆410使支撑杆410靠在面板410的下表面,该状态如图12所示。
  第二实施例中的下卡位420和下卡位430都是塑胶件,可以通过螺钉分别固定在面板200和底板100上,进一步可以在底板100的下表面设置U形的卡槽来收容下卡位。本实施例的其他结构与优选实施例的结构相同,不再赘述。
  如图13和图14所示,为本发明的可折叠浴盆的第三实施例,本实施例是在优选实施例的基础上作了进一步的改进,为了提高可折叠浴盆在展开状态是的强度,防止可折叠浴盆在展开使用的过程中受外力的挤压而折叠回去,在本实施例中,可折叠浴盆还包括两个设置在面板200的下表面上的可折叠支架500a、500b,其中500a为前支架,设置在浴盆的前端,500b为后支架,设置在浴盆的尾端,两个可折叠支架相500a、500b相对对设置,可折叠浴盆处于展开状态时,可折叠支架500a、500b展开支撑面板200,可以提高浴盆的强度,防止浴盆在使用时缩回,当可折叠浴盆处于折叠状态时,如图14所示,可折叠支架500a、500b折叠后贴于面板200的下方,可以有效的节省存储空间。
  在本实施例中,可折叠支架500a和500b二者的结构大体上相同,仅仅是由于所处的位置不同,为适应浴盆的形状而在形状上稍有区别,先以支架500a为例说明可折叠支架的具体结构,如图15a和图15b所示,可折叠支架500a,包括两个支撑腿510、520,以及连接在两个支撑腿510、520之间的横向部530,横向部530将两个支撑腿510、520连在一起,增强了可折叠支架500a的强度,使其具有更好的承重效果,支撑腿510、520以及横向部530可以整体注塑成型,也可以单独成型后连接在一起。可折叠支架500a还包括两个分别与支撑腿510、520的上端转动连接的连接座540,连接座540与面板200的下表面固定连接。如图17a-17d所示,为可折叠支架500a的示意图,其中17a为俯视图,17b为主视图,17c为仰视图,17d为A-A剖面图。支撑腿510、520与连接座540之间可以通过任何常规适用的方式实现转动连接,例如通过在支撑腿510、520的端部设置凸榫,在连接座540上设置与该凸榫适配的轴孔,或者使用转轴将支撑腿510、520的上端与连接座540实现转动连接。连接座540的上端设有连接柱541,可以通过螺钉与面板200固定连接。
  在本实施例中,进一步,连接座540具有U形的围沿542,可折叠支架500a展开时,支撑腿510、520抵靠在U形的围沿542的底部543处,而U形的围沿542的开口,使支撑腿510、520折叠后能够贴靠在面板200的下方。为了使可折叠支架500a展开时,能够保持在展开的状态,提高浴盆的安全性,在支撑腿510、520的上端分别设有弹性卡扣511、512,连接座540上有与弹性卡511、512扣适配的扣位544,可折叠支架500a展开时,弹性卡扣511、512与扣位544扣合,使可折叠支架500a保持在展开的状态。需要折叠时,按压弹性卡扣511、512并转动支撑腿510、520即可将可折叠支架500a折叠起来。
  图16a-16b,以及图18a-18d示出了可折叠支架500b的结构,可折叠支架500b的结构与可折叠支架500a的结构大体上相同,不再赘述。
  本发明的可折叠浴盆由塑料盒热塑性弹性弹性体通过一次注塑成型和二次注塑成型成形成,结构简单,折叠和展开都很方便,占用空间小,方便携带,适合大多数家用以及外出旅游使用。
  上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,包括底板和面板,以及连接在底板和面板之间的可折叠的环形盆壁,所述底板和面板由塑料一次注塑成型形成,所述环形盆壁由热塑性弹性体二次注塑成型形成。
  2.   根据权利要求1所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述环形盆壁具有多道与所述底板平行且可将所述环形盆壁向底板折叠的环形折痕。
  3.   根据权利要求2所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述底板包括平面部分以及由平面部分的边沿向上延伸形成的与所述环形盆壁连接的下连接壁。
  4.   根据权利要求3所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述下连接壁的上端设有沿所述下连接壁的周向延伸一周的凹陷胶位,二次注塑成型所述环形盆壁时所述热塑性弹性体填充满所述凹陷胶位。
  5.   根据权利要求4所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述凹陷胶位设有若干个通孔,二次注塑成型所述环形盆壁时所述热塑性弹性体充满所述通孔。
  6.   根据权利要求2项所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述底板上设有放水孔,所述可折叠浴盆还包括与所述放水孔适配的胶塞。
  7.   根据权利要求2所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述面板包括环形的盆沿以及由盆沿向下延伸形成的与所述环形盆壁连接的上连接壁。
  8.   根据权利要求6所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述上连接壁的下端设有沿所述上连接壁的周向延伸一周的凹陷胶位,二次注塑成型所述环形盆壁时所述热塑性弹性体填充满所述凹陷胶位。
  9.   根据权利要求7所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述凹陷胶位设有若干个通孔,二次注塑成型所述环形盆壁时所述热塑性弹性体充满所述通孔。
  10.   根据权利要求7所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述盆沿上设有挂钩,二次注塑成型所述环形盆壁时在所述挂钩的钩部内侧包覆有所述热塑性弹性体。
  11.   根据权利要求7所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述盆沿的两侧设有手挽位,所述手挽位具有凸起的加强筋位,以及由盆沿凹陷形成的胶位,二次注塑成型所述环形盆壁时所述热塑性弹性体包覆所述胶位。
  12.   根据权利要求7所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述盆沿的上表面设有凹陷的图案,所述凹陷的图案上设有通孔,二次注塑成型所述环形盆壁时,所述热塑性弹性体经由所述通孔填充所述图案。
  13.   根据权利要求7所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述盆沿上设有用于放置物品的搁物槽。
  14.   根据权利要求2所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述可折叠浴盆还包括设置在所述面板和底板之间的多根可拆卸收起的支撑杆,所述支撑杆位于所述环形盆壁的外侧,所述可折叠浴盆处于展开状态时,所述支撑杆支撑在所述面板和所述底板之间,所述可折叠浴盆处于折叠状态时,所述支撑杆收容在所述面板的下方。
  15.   根据权利要求14所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述支撑杆为四根,所述支撑杆的端部为球形;所述面板的下表面设置有四个上卡位,所述上卡位具有用于收容所述支撑杆的第一端的上空心圆筒,所述上空心圆筒上开有供所述支撑杆转动的缺口;所述底板上对应的设置有四个下卡位,所述下卡位具有用于收容所述支撑杆的第二端的下空心圆筒,所述下空心圆筒的端部具有在外力作用下可撑开的卡部;所述支撑杆的第一端卡入所述上空心圆筒内,所述支撑杆的第二端在所述可折叠浴盆展开时卡入到所述下空心圆筒内,并在所述可折叠浴盆折叠时由所述下空心圆筒内拔出。
  16.   根据权利要求6所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述胶塞上设有受热变色的温度指示层。
  17.   根据权利要求2所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述可折叠浴盆还包括两个设置在所述面板的下表面上的可折叠支架,两个所述可折叠支架相对设置,所述可折叠浴盆处于展开状态时,所述可折叠支架展开支撑所述面板,所述可折叠浴盆处于折叠状态时,所述可折叠支架折叠后贴于所述面板的下方。
  18.   根据权利要求17所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述可折叠支架包括两个支撑腿以及连接在两个支撑腿之间的横向部,所述可折叠支架还包括两个分别与所述支撑腿的上端转动连接的连接座,所述连接座与所述面板的下表面固定连接。
  19.   根据权利要求18所述的可折叠浴盆,其特征在于,所述支撑腿的上端设有弹性卡扣,所述连接座上有与所述弹性卡扣适配的扣位,所述可折叠支架展开时,所述弹性卡扣与所述扣位扣合。
