密封薄膜 6密封电子板组件 4, 实现电子板组件 4与外界隔开, 达到防水 防尘目的。 密封薄膜 6密封电子板组件 4的密封方式有以下三种: 实施例一, 如图 8所示, 密封薄膜 6上设置第一粘结剂, 第一粘结剂将密 封薄膜 6与电子板组件 4粘结固定形成一体, 密封薄膜 6覆盖在电子板组件 4 上以实现密封。
实施例二,密封薄膜 6的表面积比电子板组件 4的面积略大,第一粘结剂 设置在密封薄膜 6的周边,密封薄膜 6通过设置在其周边的第一粘结剂固定设 置按键硬胶下壳组件 5上,电子板组件 4设置在密封薄膜 6与按键硬胶下壳组 件 5之间。
实施例三, 如图 9所示, 密封薄膜 6设置成完全包裹电子板组件 4, 而非 前两种方法中讲到的单面密封, 密封薄膜 6的表面积足够大, 将电子板组件 4 包括于其中, 电子板组件 4与密封薄膜 6形成一体后, 再将整体固定在按键硬 胶下壳组件 5上。
进一步的, 密封薄膜 6 为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (polyethylene terephthalate) , 简称 PET薄膜, 也可以为其它防水防尘的密封薄膜。 密封薄膜 厚度要求在 0.05mm左右, 高温不易变形卷曲, 拉伸性能良好, 局部拉伸且其 背粘结剂后也可将锅仔片进行准确并可靠固定。
进一步的,第一粘结剂选用双面胶粘剂,此胶粘剂要求对塑胶、 PCB/FPC、 PET等材料粘结性良好, 厚度薄。第一粘结剂为丙稀酸类胶粘剂, 此胶粘剂的 密封性能好, 且具有良好的抗湿性, 遇水等溶剂不膨胀。
按键硬胶上壳组件 1固定设置在按键硬胶下壳组件 5上,两者固定后形成 整个按键结构的壳体。按键硬胶上壳组件 1与按键硬胶下壳组件 5的固定方式 为焊接固定,也可以使用胶体粘结、或者卡扣配合、或者螺钉等其他固定方式。
本发明的一种通讯设备的按键的制备工艺, 包括以下步骤:
S1 : 锅仔片与电子板组件配合设置;
S2: 密封薄膜密封电子板组件;
S3: 电子板组件安装设置在按键硬胶下壳组件上;
S4: 将软胶按键装配在按键硬胶上壳组件中;
S5 : 按键硬胶上壳组件安装固定在按键硬胶下壳组件上。 密封薄膜 6、 电子板组件 4、 以及锅仔片 3之间的安装固定方式有以下几 种:
密封薄膜 6上设置有开孔, 锅仔片 3穿过小孔固定设置在密封薄膜 6, 形 成锅仔组件。锅仔组件完全覆盖在电子板组件 4上,将电子板组件 4与外界隔 开, 实现防水防尘。 密封薄膜 6上设置第一粘结剂, 第一粘结剂将密封薄膜 6 与电子板组件 4粘结固定形成一体, 以实现密封。
密封薄膜 6也可以单独设置,锅仔片 3与密封薄膜 6不固定设置形成一体 结构, 锅仔片 3固定设置在电子板组件 4上, 密封薄膜 6完全覆盖在电子板组 件 4和锅仔片 3上,在软胶按键 2与锅仔片 3接触处,密封薄膜 6设置有开孔。 密封薄膜 6上设置第一粘结剂,第一粘结剂将密封薄膜 6与电子板组件 4粘结 固定形成一体, 以实现密封。
密封薄膜 6的表面积比电子板组件 4的面积略大,第一粘结剂设置在密封 薄膜 6的周边,密封薄膜 6通过设置在其周边的第一粘结剂固定设置按键硬胶 下壳组件 5上, 电子板组件 4设置在密封薄膜 6与按键硬胶下壳组件 5之间。
密封薄膜 6也可以设置成完全包裹电子板组件 4, 而单面密封, 密封薄膜 6的表面积足够大, 将电子板组件 4设置于其中, 电子板组件 4与密封薄膜 6 形成一体后, 再将整体固定在按键硬胶下壳组件 5上。
密封薄膜 6、 电子板组件 4、 以及锅仔片 3之间形成一体结构, 再与按键 硬胶下壳组件 5进行安装固定, 电子板组件 4通过设置粘结剂、螺钉固定、卡 槽连接实现与按键硬胶下壳组件 5固定。
也可以先将电子板组件 4安装固定在按键硬胶下壳组件 5上,再进行密封 薄膜 6的安装。
进一步的,软胶按键 2装配在按键硬胶上壳组件 1上,按键硬胶上壳组件 1上设置有限位结构, 以准确定位软胶按键 2, 以形成一体。
进一步的,按键硬胶上壳组件 1与按键硬胶下壳组件 5固定安装是制备工 艺过程中最后进行的操作步骤。
本发明可达到以下有益效果: 通过设置密封薄膜 6, 密封薄膜 6密封电子 板组件 4上, 实现将电子板组件 4密封在按键硬胶下壳组件 5上, 从而与外界 完全隔开, 达到电子板组件 4的防水防尘目的。本发明还提供一种通讯设备的 按键的制备工艺, 将电子板组件 4设置在按键硬胶下壳组件 5上, 密封薄膜 6 覆盖设置在电子板组件 4上,直接使用密封薄膜 6将电子板组件 4与外界隔开 实现防水防尘, 密封薄膜 6替代防水胶, 制备工艺简单, 容易操作。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述 的具体实施方式, 上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的, 而不是限制性的, 本 领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保 护的范围情况下, 还可做出很多形式, 这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种通讯设备的按键结构, 包括按键硬胶下壳组件、 与所述按键硬胶 下壳组件配合设置的按键硬胶上壳组件、设置在所述按键硬胶下壳组件上的电 子板组件、 以及装配在所述按键硬胶上壳组件内的软胶按键, 其特征在于: 所述电子板组件上设置有与所述软胶按键配合使用的锅仔片;
所述电子板组件与所述软胶按键之间设置有密封所述电子板组件的密封 薄膜。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的通讯设备的按键结构, 其特征在于, 所述密封 薄膜上设置有粘结剂,所述粘结剂将所述密封薄膜与所述电子板组件粘结形成 一体。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的通讯设备的按键结构, 其特征在于, 所述密封 薄膜上设置有粘结剂,所述粘结剂将所述密封薄膜粘结固定在所述按键硬胶下 壳组件上, 所述电子板组件设置在所述密封薄膜与所述键硬胶下壳组件之间。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的通讯设备的按键结构, 其特征在于, 所述密封 薄膜包裹设置在所述电子板组件上;所述密封薄膜上设置有粘结剂,所述粘结 剂将包裹所述电子板组件的所述密封薄膜固定在所述按键硬胶下壳组件上。
5、 根据权利要求 1〜4任一项所述的通讯设备的按键结构, 其特征在于, 所述密封薄膜为 PET薄膜。
6、 一种通讯设备的按键的制备工艺, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: S1 : 锅仔片与电子板组件配合设置;
S2: 密封薄膜密封电子板组件;
S3: 电子板组件安装设置在按键硬胶下壳组件上;
S4: 将软胶按键装配在按键硬胶上壳组件中;
S5 : 按键硬胶上壳组件安装固定在按键硬胶下壳组件上。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的通讯设备的按键的制备工艺, 其特征在于, 所 述步骤 S2中, 所述密封薄膜上设置有粘结剂, 所述粘结剂将所述密封薄膜与 所述电子板组件粘结形成一体, 所述密封薄膜覆盖在所述电子板组件上。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的通讯设备的按键的制备工艺, 其特征在于, 所 述步骤 S2中, 所述密封薄膜上设置有粘结剂, 所述粘结剂将所述密封薄膜粘 结固定在所述按键硬胶下壳组件上,所述电子板组件设置在所述密封薄膜与所 述键硬胶下壳组件之间。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的通讯设备的按键的制备工艺, 其特征在于, 所 述步骤 S2中, 所述密封薄膜包裹设置在所述电子板组件上; 所述密封薄膜上 设置有粘结剂,所述粘结剂将包裹所述电子板组件的所述密封薄膜固定在所述 按键硬胶下壳组件上。
