Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de sertissage (10) pour sertir l'embouchure d'un boîtier métallique, qui comprend un support (11), et des éléments de sertissage (36) sur le support (11). Chaque élément de sertissage (36) a une face d'extrémité avant (36.2), et une paire de faces latérales de butée (36.4) situées respectivement sur des côtés opposés de la face d'extrémité (36.2). Les éléments de sertissage (36) sont mobiles de façon à déplacer leurs faces d'extrémité avant (36.2) entre des configurations étendue et rétractée. Les faces d'extrémité avant (36.2) des éléments de sertissage (36) définissent collectivement, lorsque les éléments de sertissage (36) sont dans leur configuration étendue, une bague de sertissage segmentée ayant, en son centre, un axe de sertissage (A1). Le dispositif (10) comprend également une came (40) définissant une surface de came (40.3), et un élément de liaison (42) reliant la came (40) à chaque élément de sertissage (36). Les éléments de liaison (42) sont agencés de façon à déplacer leurs éléments de sertissage associés (36) lors du déplacement de la came (40), de telle sorte que les faces d'extrémité avant (36.2) des éléments de sertissage mobiles (36) sont ainsi déplacées en synchronisme dans leur configuration étendue.
