Abstract

전도성 바이오-나노 융합 사슬 및 이의 제조 방법이 개시되어 있다. 상기 사슬은 비전도성 알파-시뉴클린 아밀로이드 섬유( α -synuclein amyloid fibrils) 내에 전도성 나노입자 사슬이 선형으로 배열된 것이다. 이러한 사슬을 제조하기 위하여 먼저 알파-시뉴클린과 전도성 나노입자를 혼합하여 상기 전도성 나노입자를 상기 알파-시뉴클린으로 제1 코팅하도록 한다. 이후 상기 제1 코팅된 알파-시뉴클린을 야생형 알파-시뉴클린과 혼합하여 제2 코팅을 수행하도록 한다. 제2 코팅된 알파-시뉴클린 다수를 조립하여 아밀로이드 섬유를 제조하도록 한다. 다기능성 광도전성 나노 사슬이 구현된다.
