Abstract

본 발명은 운두 두께를 달리하는 이종의 조리용기들 모두에 공용적으로 사용될 수 있는 한 것으로서, 조리용기의 운두 외벽과 접촉하는 고정파지요소를 갖는 동체와, 고정파지요소와의 관계에서 조리용기를 파지할 수 있도록 조리용기의 운두 내벽과 접촉하는 가동파지요소가 일단에 구비되며 수용실내에서 수평 이동가능하게 설치되어 고정파지요소에 대해 전.후진 함과 동시 타단에 구비되는 복원요소를 이용해 상시 해제상태로 복귀되는 가동 파지부재와, 동체의 상부에 가동 파지부재의 전.후진과는 교차하는 수직방향에서 지축을 이용해 회전가능하게 설치되는 로터리 노브 및 작동슬롯과 위치가 변하는 작동핀을 가지며 작동슬롯과 작동핀은 상호 협동하여 로터리 노브의 회전력을 가동 파지부재의 직선운동으로 전환시키어 가동 파지부재의 전.후진을 이루게 하는 동력전달구조, 그리고 상기 가동 파지부재를 상기 조리용기의 운두 두께에 맞추어 파지상태를 유지케 하는 제어수단을 포함하여서, 로터리 노브가 정.역으로 회전됨에 따라 작동슬롯과 조리용기의 운두 두께에 맞추어 회전반경이 변화되는 작동핀의 상호 협동으로 다양한 두께의 운두를 가지는 조리용기 모두를 파지하거나 해제하게 된다.
