Abstract
전력조류 제어 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 전력조류를 제어하는 전력조류 제어 시스템에 있어서, 송전단 및 수전단과 직렬로 연결되며, 송전단 및 수전단에 대한 전력조류를 제한하는 전력전류 제한 장치; 계통 데이터를 이용하여 송전단 및 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하는 관리 장치; 및 관리 장치로부터 수신한 전력조류량 및 송전단 및 수전단을 측정한 측정 데이터를 이용하여 제어 데이터를 생성하고, 제어 데이터를 이용하여 전력전류 제한 장치로 게이트 신호를 발생하는 제어 장치를 포함하는 전력조류 제어 시스템이 제공된다.
Description
본 발명은 전력조류 제어 시스템에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명은 사이리스터를 이용한 전력조류 제어 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
교류 송전 시스템은 송전에 쓰이는 전기 방식을 이용하여 교류로 전력을 보내는 시스템이다. 전기가 실용화된 초기에는 직류를 주로 사용하여 전력을 보냈으나, 전압을 쉽게 높이고 낮출 수 있는(즉, 승압 및 강압) 3상 교류가 실용화됨에 따라 발전, 송전 및 배전은 대부분 교류로 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 교류 송전 시스템은 직류 송전 시스템에 비하여 전압 변경이 용이하여 전력 계통을 경제적으로 운용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나, 교류 계통은 전력을 자유로이 제어하기가 곤란하고, 전력계통의 대구모화와 장거리로 송전하면서 전류조류 제어가 곤란한 교류 송전의 특성으로 전력계통 운용상 어려움을 겪고 있다.
교류 송전선로의 문제점으로 부각되는 송전 제약과 순환 전류를 해소하기 위해서는 전력조류를 제어할 필요가 있다.
전력조류를 제어하기 위한 방법으로는 최신 전력전자소자를 이용한 유연 송전 시스템(Flexible AC Transmission System : FACTS)들이 계통에 투입되고 있다. 전력조류를 제어하는 유연 송전 시스템의 설비로는 종합 전력조류 제어기(Unified Power Flow Controller : UPFC), 정지형 동기 직렬 보상기(Static Synchronous Series Compensator : SSSC), 사이리스터 제어 직렬 보상 장치(Thyristor Controlled Series Compensator : TCSC) 및 사이리스터 스위치 축전기(Thyrister Switched Capacitor : TSSC) 등이 개발되어 송전계통에 적용되고 있다.
종합 전력조류 제어기 및 정지형 동기 직렬 보상기의 경우에는 전압원 인버터 기술을 이용한 유연 송전 시스템 설비로 가격이 매우 비싸고, 실제 송전계통에 적용하기 위해 대용량 인버터를 적용해야 하는데 현실적으로 대용량 인버터 개발의 용량 한계가 있어 초고압 대용량 전력조류를 제어하는 장치로는 부적적하다.
그리고, 사이리스터 제어 직렬 보상 장치 및 사이리스터 스위치 축전기의 경우에는 송전선로의 임피던스를 제어하는 것으로 전력조류 제어량의 한계가 있다. 즉, 사이리스터 제어 직렬 보상 장치 및 사이리스터 스위치 축전기는 송전선로의 임피던스를 제어하므로 송전선로의 제어량의 한계가 있다.
그러므로 전력조류가 큰 경우에는 전력조류를 낮추어서 계통운용의 원활히 하고, 전력조류가 낮아서 사고가 발생할 경우에는 전력조류를 제한하여 과부하 발생을 제한할 필요가 있다.
본 발명은 사이리스터를 이용하여 전력조류를 송전선로 용량 전체의 범위에서 제어할 수 있는 전력조류 제어 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
그리고, 본 발명은 과부하선로에 설치되어 고장이 발생한 경우에 과부하를 방지하고 전력조류를 제한하는 전력조류 제어 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 송전제약을 경감시키고, 순환전류를 억제할 수 있는 전력조류 제어 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 전력조류를 제어하는 전력조류 제어 시스템이 제공된다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 전력조류를 제어하는 전력조류 제어 시스템에 있어서, 송전단 및 수전단과 직렬로 연결되며, 상기 송전단 및 수전단에 대한 전력조류를 제한하는 전력전류 제한 장치; 계통 데이터를 이용하여 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하는 관리 장치; 및 상기 관리 장치로부터 수신한 전력조류량 및 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단을 측정한 측정 데이터를 이용하여 제어 데이터를 생성하고, 상기 제어 데이터를 이용하여 상기 전력전류 제한 장치로 게이트 신호를 발생하는 제어 장치를 포함하는 전력조류 제어 시스템이 제공된다.
상기 전력전류 제한 장치는, 상기 게이트 신호에 의해 턴-온(turn-on)되어 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 위상을 제어해서 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단에 대한 전력조류를 제한하는 전력 전자 소자를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 전력조류량을 기준으로 상기 측정 데이터에 따라 상기 전력전류 제한 장치를 제어하는 상기 제어 데이터를 생성하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제어부는, 상기 전력 전자 소자에 상기 게이트 신호를 공급해야 하는 주기를 나타내는 공급 주기를 포함하는 상기 제어 데이터를 생성할 수 있다.
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 제어 데이터에 포함된 공급 주기에 따라 상기 게이트 신호를 상기 전력 전자 소자에 발생하는 게이트 드라이버를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 전력 전자 소자는 사이리스터(thyristor)일 수 있다.
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 측정 데이터를 아날로그 신호에서 디지털 신호로 변환하고, 상기 디지털 신호로 변환하여 상기 제어부로 전송하는 아날로그 디지털 변환기를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 관리 장치는, 상기 계통 데이터를 분석하여 정태 시 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하는 전력 계통 분석부; 및 상기 계통 데이터 및 사고 발생 이벤트 데이터를 분석하여 계통 사고를 판단하고, 상기 계통 사고에 따라 과도 시 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하는 계통 사고 분석부를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 전력전류 제한 장치는, 상기 송전단 및 수전단 각각에 연결되며, 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단에 흐르는 전력조류의 고조파를 억제하는 고주파 필터를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 전력전류 제한 장치는, 상기 송전단 및 수전단 각각에 연결되며, 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단에 흐르는 전력조류의 고조파를 억제하고, 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전압을 높이거나 낮추는 변압기를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 측정 데이터는 전압 측정 데이터, 전류 측정 데이터, 위상 측정 데이터, 조류방향 측정 데이터 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전압을 측정하여 상기 전압 측정 데이터를 생성하는 전압 측정부; 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전류를 측정하여 상기 전류 측정 데이터를 생성하는 전류 측정부; 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 위상을 판단하여 상기 위상 측정 데이터를 생성하는 위상 판단부; 및 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단에 흐르는 전력조류의 방향을 인식하여 상기 조류방향 측정 데이터를 생성하는 조류방향 인식부 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 전력조류 제어 시스템은, 상기 전력조류 제한 장치와 접속하며 상기 전력조류 제한 장치에서 발생하는 열을 냉각시키는 냉각 장치를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 전력조류 제어 시스템은, 상기 전력조류 제한 장치와 접속하며, 상기 전력조류 제한 장치를 보호하는 보호 장치를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 관리 장치는 에너지 관리 시스템(Energy Management Systems : EMS), 원방 감시 제어 및 자료 취득 장치(Supervisory Control and Data Acqisition : SCADA), 위상자 측정 시스템(Phasor Measurement System : PMU) 중 적어도 하나로부터 계통 데이터를 수신할 수 있다.
그리고, 본 발명의 다른 측면에 따르면, 전력조류 제어 시스템이 전력조류를 제어하는 전력조류 제어 방법이 제공된다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 전력조류 제어 시스템이 전력조류를 제어하는 전력조류 제어 방법에 있어서, (a) 계통 데이터를 이용하여 송전단 및 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하는 단계; (b) 상기 전력조류량 및 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단을 측정한 측정 데이터를 이용하여 제어 데이터를 생성하는 단계; (c) 상기 제어 데이터를 이용하여 전력전류 제한 장치로 게이트 신호를 발생하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 전력전류 제한 장치에 포함된 전력 전류 소자가 상기 게이트 신호에 의해 턴-온(turn-on)되어 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단에 대한 전력조류를 제한하는 단계를 포함하는 전력조류 제어 방법이 제공된다.
상기 (b) 단계는, (b1) 상기 전력조류량에 따른 전력 기준 데이터 또는 전류 기준 데이터를 생성하는 단계; 및 (b2) 상기 전류 기준 데이터 또는 상기 전력 기준 데이터를 기준으로 상기 측정 데이터의 전류 측정 데이터 또는 상기 전류 측정 데이터를 이용하여 생성한 전력 측정 데이터에 따라 상기 제어 데이터를 생성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 (b2) 단계는, 상기 전력 기준 데이터와 상기 전력 측정 데이터를 비교하여 전력 비교 데이터를 생성하거나 상기 전류 기준 데이터와 상기 전류 측정 데이터를 비교하여 전류 비교 데이터를 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 전력 비교 데이터 또는 전류 비교 데이터를 PI 제어하여 제어 데이터를 생성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 (b) 단계는, 상기 전력조류량 및 상기 측정 데이터를 이용하여 상기 전력 전자 소자에 상기 게이트 신호를 공급해야 하는 주기를 나타내는 공급 주기를 포함하는 상기 제어 데이터를 생성하는 단계일 수 있다.
상기 (c) 단계는, 상기 제어 데이터에 포함된 상기 공급 주기에 따라 상기 게이트 신호를 상기 전력조류 제한 장치로 전송하는 단계일 수 있다.
상기 전력조류 제어 방법은, 상기 (b) 단계 이전에, 상기 전력조류량 및 상기 계통 데이터 중 적어도 하나가 게이트 오프 조건에 해당하는지를 판단하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 (b) 단계는, 상기 전력조류량 및 상기 계통 데이터 중 적어도 하나가 상기 게이트 오프 조건에 해당하지 않으면 상기 전력 조류량 및 상기 측정 데이터를 이용하여 상기 제어 데이터를 생성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 (a) 단계는, 상기 계통 데이터를 분석하여 정태 시 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하거나, 상기 계통 데이터 및 사고 발생 이벤트 데이터를 분석한 계통 사고에 따라 과도 시 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하는 단계일 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전력조류 제어 시스템은 도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하여 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전력조류 제어 시스템을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 전력조류 제어 시스템(10)은 전력조류 제한 장치(100), 관리 장치(200), 제어 장치(300), 냉각 장치(380) 및 보호 장치(390)를 포함한다.
전력조류 제한 장치(100)는 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)과 직렬로 연결되며, 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)에 대한 전력조류를 제한한다. 이러한, 전력조류 제한 장치(100)는 제1 및 제2 고주파 필터(110, 120), 제1 및 제2 변압기(130, 140) 및 전력 전자 소자(150)를 포함한다.
제1 고주파 필터(110)는 송전단(20)과 직렬로 연결되며, 송전단(20)에서 흐르는 전력조류의 고조파를 억제하고, 제2 고주파 필터(120)는 수전단(40)과 직렬로 연결되며, 수전단(40)에서 흐르는 전력조류의 고조파를 억제한다. 즉, 제1 및 제2 고주파 필터(110, 120)는 주로 11차, 13차, 23차, 25차 고조파 등을 억제하여 전력계통의 전력품질향상을 도모한다.
제1 변압기(130)는 송전단(20)과 직렬로 연결되며, 송전단(20)에 흐르는 전력조류의 고조파를 억제하게 전압을 높이거나 낮춘다. 제1 변압기(130)는 송전단(20)에 접속하는 송전선로(30)와 연결될 수 있다.
제2 변압기(140)는 수전단(40)과 직렬로 연결되어 수전단(40)에 흐르는 전력조류의 고조파를 억제하고, 승압 또는 강압한다.
제1 및 제2 변압기(130, 140)는 고조파를 억제하고, 전력 전자 소자(150)의 전압 분담을 경감하며 전력조류를 편의하게 제어하기 위해 델타 결선 변압기로 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 제1 및 제2 변압기(130, 140)는 YD-DY, YD-DD, YD-YY, DD-DD 중 어느 하나의 델타 결선 변압기로 형성될 수 있다. 제1 및 제2 변압기(130, 140)는 3차, 5차 등의 고조파를 충분히 억제할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제1 및 제2 변압기(130, 140)와 제1 및 제2 고주파 필터(110, 120) 모두에서 고조파를 억제하므로 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)에서 흐르는 전력조류에 대한 거의 모든 고조파를 억제할 수 있다.
전력 전자 소자(150)는 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)과 직렬로 연결되며, 위상각 제어를 통해 전력조류를 제한한다. 즉, 전력 전자 소자(150)는 제어 장치(300)로부터 게이트 신호를 수신되면, 게이트 신호에 의해 턴-온되어 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)의 위상을 제어해서 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)에 대한 전력조류를 제한한다.
이때, 전력 전자 소자(150)는 사이리스터(thyristor)일 수 있으며, 사이리스터 중 게이트 턴-온(Gate Turn-On : GTO) 사이리스터일 수 있다. 이렇게 전력 전자 소자(150)를 사이리스터로 이용하는 이유는 전력 전자 소자(150)를 간단히 구성할 수 있고, 운전 손실을 최소화하기 위함이다. 전력 전자 소자(150)인 사이리스터는 대용량의 전력 제어에 적합하고, 턴-오프(turn-off) 신호가 입력되지 않아도 전류가 0이 되면 자동으로 오프되기 때문에 손실이 적다. 즉, 전력 전자 소자(150)는 게이트 신호가 수신되면 턴-온되고, 전류가 0이 되면 턴-오프된다. 전력 전자 소자(150)를 사이리스터를 사용하므로 전력조류 제한 장치(100)는 TCPFL(Thyrister Controlled Power Flow Limiter)로 칭할 수 있다.
관리 장치(200)는 제어 장치(300)와 접속한다. 관리 장치(200)는 외부로부터 계통 데이터를 입력받는다. 관리 장치(200)는 계통 데이터를 이용하여 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)의 전력조류량을 생성한다. 이때, 전력조류량은 전력조류 제한 장치(100)가 정태일 경우에 전력조류의 용량을 나타낼 수 있다. 이러한, 관리 장치(200)는 도 2를 참조하여 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
제어 장치(300)는 관리 장치(200) 및 전력조류 제한 장치(100)와 접속한다. 제어 장치(300)는 관리 장치(200)로부터 전력조류량을 수신한다. 제어 장치(300)는 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)을 측정한 측정 데이터 및 전력조류량을 이용하여 제어 데이터를 생성한다. 제어 장치(300)는 제어 데이터를 이용하여 전력전류 제한 장치의 전력 전자 소자(150)를 제어하기 위해 게이트 신호를 전력 전자 소자(150)로 발생한다. 이러한, 제어 장치(300)는 도 3을 참조하여 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
냉각 장치(380)는 전력조류 제한 장치(100)와 접속한다. 냉각 장치(380)는 전력조류 제한 장치(100)의 전력 전자 소자(150)에서 발생하는 열을 냉각시킨다. 예를 들어, 냉각 장치(380)는 물, 열파이프 등을 이용하여 전력 전자 소자(150)에서 발생하는 열을 냉각시킬 수 있다. 이에 따라, 냉각 장치(380)는 전력 전자 소자(150)에서 발생하는 열을 냉각시키므로 전력 전자 소자(150)의 건전성을 확보할 수 있다.
보호 장치(390)는 전력 계통으로부터 전력조류 제한 장치(100)를 보호한다. 즉, 보호 장치(390)는 차단기(Circuit Breaker : CB), 단로기(Disconnecting Switch : DS), 접지 개폐기(Earthing Switch : ES), 변압기 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전력 계통의 상태를 판단하여 외부 장치로부터 전력조류 제한 장치(100)를 보호한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전력조류 제어 시스템의 관리 장치를 나타낸 블록도이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 관리 장치(200)는 수신부(210), 전력 계통 분석부(220), 계통 사고 분석부(230), 전송부(240), 제1 저장부(250) 및 제1 출력부(260)를 포함한다.
수신부(210)는 외부 장치(도시하지 않음)로부터 계통 데이터를 수신한다. 여기서, 외부 장치는 에너지 관리 시스템(Energy Management Systems : EMS), 원방 감시 제어 및 자료 취득 장치(Supervisory Control and Data Acqisition : SCADA), 위상자 측정 시스템(Phasor Measurement System : PMU) 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 계통 데이터는 발전하기 위해 필요한 데이터를 나타낸다. 예를 들어, 계통 데이터는 모선 전압 데이터, 모선 전류 데이터, 모선 위상 데이터, 발전력 데이터, 부하 데이터 등을 포함할 수 있다.
수신부(210)는 외부 장치로부터 수신한 계통 데이터를 전력 계통 분석부(220) 및 계통 사고 분석부(230) 중 적어도 하나로 제공한다.
수신부(210)는 보호 계전 장치로부터 사고 발생 이벤트 이벤트를 수신한다. 이때, 사고 발생 이벤트 데이터는 전력조류 제한 장치(100)와 연결된 전력 계통에 발생한 사고에 대한 데이터를 나타내며, 전압 이벤트 데이터, 전류 이벤트 데이터, 위상 이벤트 데이터 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
다시 말하면, 수신부(210)는 보호 계전 장치의 계전용 변압기(Potential Transformer : PT)로부터 전압 이벤트 데이터를 수신하고, 계전용 변류기(Current Transformer : CT)로부터 전류 이벤트 데이터를 수신한다. 이때, 전압 이벤트 데이터는 순간적으로 전압이 변화하는 량을 나타내며, 전류 이벤트 데이터는 순간적으로 변화하는 전류가 변화하는 량을 나타낸다.
그리고, 수신부(210)는 전압 이벤트 데이터 및 전류 이벤트 데이터를 포함하는 사고 발생 이벤트 데이터를 전력 계통 분석부(220) 및 계통 사고 분석부(230) 중 적어도 하나로 제공한다.
전력 계통 분석부(220)는 계통 데이터를 이용하여 전력조류량을 생성한다. 즉, 전력 계통 분석부(220)는 정태 시 계통 데이터를 이용하여 계통 해석을 수행해서 계통 데이터에 따른 전력조류량을 생성한다. 이때, 전력조류량은 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)에서 흐르는 전력조류의 용량을 나타낸다. 정태는 전력계통이 불변 부하 또는 극히 서서히 증가하는 부하에 대하여 계속적으로 송수전할 수 있는 상태를 나타낸다.
전력 계통 분석부(220)는 생성한 전력조류량을 제어 장치(300)로 전송하기 위해 전송부(240)로 제공한다.
계통 사고 분석부(230)는 계통 데이터 및 사고 발생 이벤트 이벤트를 이용하여 전력조류량을 생성한다. 다시 말하면, 계통 사고 분석부(230)는 전압 이벤트 데이터 및 전류 이벤트 데이터를 이용하여 연산해서 위상 이벤트 데이터를 생성한다. 이때, 위상 이벤트 데이터는 순간적으로 위상이 변화하는 량을 나타낸다. 계통 사고 분석부(230)는 계통 해석을 통해 사고 발생 이벤트 데이터 및 계통 데이터를 분석해서 계통 사고를 판단하고, 계통 사고에 따른 전력조류량을 생성한다. 이러한, 계통 사고 분석부(230)에서 생성한 전력조류량은 과도 시에 해당하는 전력조류의 용량을 나타낸다. 이때, 과도는 전력계통에 갑자기 고장 사고와 같은 급격한 외란이 발생한 상태를 나타낸다.
여기서는 위상 이벤트 데이터를 계통 사고 분석부(230)에서 생성하는 것을 예를 들어 설명하였지만 이에 한정되지 않으며, 전류 이벤트 데이터 및 전압 이벤트 데이터를 이용하여 위상 이벤트 데이터를 생성하면 생성되는 구성 요소는 무관하며, 외부로부터 입력받거나, 제어 장치(300) 또는 다른 구성 요소에서 생성될 수 있다.
계통 사고 분석부(230)는 생성한 전력조류량을 제어 장치(300)로 전송하기 위해 전송부(240)로 제공한다.
전송부(240)는 전력조류량을 제어 장치(300)로 전송한다. 즉, 전송부(240)는 제어 장치(300)와 접속하여 전력 계통 분석부(220) 또는 계통 사고 분석부(230)에서 생성한 전력조류량을 제어 장치(300)로 전송한다.
제1 저장부(250)는 관리 장치(200)의 구성 요소에서 생성한 데이터 및 전력조류량을 생성하기 위해 필요한 데이터를 저장한다. 다시 말하면, 제1 저장부(250)는 수신부(210)로부터 수신한 계통 데이터 및 사고 발생 이벤트 데이터를 저장할 수 있다. 제1 저장부(250)는 전력 계통 분석부(220)에서 생성한 전력조류량을 저장할 수 있다. 제1 저장부(250)는 계통 사고 분석부(230)에서 생성한 위상 이벤트 데이터, 전력조류량을 저장할 수 있다.
한편, 제1 저장부(250)는 전력 계통 분석부(220), 계통 사고 분석부(230), 전송부(240) 및 제1 출력부(260)의 요청에 따라 필요한 데이터를 제공한다.
제1 출력부(260)는 수신부(210), 전력 계통 분석부(220), 계통 사고 분석부(230), 전송부(240)에서 수행하는 과정 및 결과를 표시할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 출력부(260)는 수신부(210)로부터 수신한 계통 데이터 및 사고 발생 이벤트 데이터를 표시할 수 있다. 제1 출력부(260)는 전력 계통 분석부(220) 또는 계통 사고 분석부(230)에서 전력조류량을 생성하는 과정 및 전력조류량을 표시할 수 있다. 그리고, 제1 출력부(260)는 사고 발생 이벤트 데이터를 이용하여 사고가 발생한 전력계통 및 사고가 발생한 위치를 표시할 수 있다. 또한, 제1 출력부(260)는 제1 저장부(250)에 저장된 데이터를 표시할 수 있다.
제1 출력부(260)는 수신부(210), 전력 계통 분석부(220), 계통 사고 분석부(230), 전송부(240) 및 제1 저장부(250)에서 발생하는 오류 발생 사항을 표시할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 사용자는 제1 출력부(260)를 통해 표시된 오류 발생 사항을 확인하고, 오류 발생 사항을 해결할 수 있다.
제1 출력부(260)는 음극선관, 액정 표시 장치(Liquid Crystal Display : LCD), 유기 발광 장치(Organic Light Emitting Display : OLED), 전기 영동 표시 장치(Electro Phoretic Display : EPD) 및 플라즈마 표시 패널(Plasma Display Panel : PDP)과 같은 표시하는 디스플레이장치일 수 있다. 또한, 제1 출력부(260)는 터치 스크린 등으로 구현될 수 있다.
한편, 제1 출력부(260)는 프린트일 수도 있다. 이때, 제1 출력부(260)는 전력 계통 분석부(220) 또는 계통 사고 분석부(230)에서 생성한 전력조류량을 종이와 같은 출력물을 통해 출력할 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전력조류 제어 시스템의 제어 장치를 나타낸 블록도이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 제어 장치(300)는 통신부(310), 측정기(320), 아날로그 디지털 변환기(340), 제어부(350), 게이트 드라이버(360), 제2 저장부(370) 및 제2 출력부(375)를 포함한다.
통신부(310)는 관리 장치(200)와 접속하여 관리 장치(200)로부터 전력전류량을 수신한다. 통신부(310)는 관리 장치(200)로부터 수신한 전력전류량을 제어부(350)로 제공한다.
측정기(320)는 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)을 측정하여 측정 데이터를 생성한다. 이러한, 측정기(320)는 전압 측정부, 전류 측정부, 위상 측정부(335) 및 조류방향 인식부 중 적어도 하나를 포함한다.
전압 측정부는 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)의 전압을 측정하여 전압 측정 데이터를 생성한다.
전류 측정부는 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)의 전류를 측정하여 전류 측정 데이터를 생성한다.
위상 측정부(335)는 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)의 위상을 판단하여 위상 측정 데이터를 생성한다.
조류방향 인식부는 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)에서 흐르는 전력조류의 방향을 인식하여 조류방향 측정 데이터를 생성한다.
아날로그 디지털 변환기(340)는 측정기(320)에서 생성한 측정 데이터를 변환한다. 즉, 아날로그 디지털 변환기(340)는 전압 측정 데이터, 전류 측정 데이터, 위상 측정 데이터, 조류방향 측정 데이터 중 적어도 하나를 포함하며 아날로그 신호인 측정 데이터를 제어부(350)에서 사용하기 위해 디지털 신호를 변환한다. 아날로그 디지털 변환기(340)는 디지털 신호로 변환한 측정 데이터를 제어부(350)에 제공한다.
제어부(350)는 아날로그 디지털 변환기(340) 및 통신부(310)와 접속한다. 제어부(350)는 통신부(310)로부터 전력조류량을 제공받고, 아날로그 디지털 변환기(340)로부터 변환한 측정 데이터를 제공받는다. 제어부(350)는 전력조류량 및 측정 데이터를 이용하여 전력조류 제한 장치(100)를 제어하도록 제어 데이터를 생성한다. 다시 말하면, 제어부(350)는 전력조류량을 기준으로 측정 데이터에 따라 전력조류 제한 장치(100)의 전력 전자 소자(150)에서 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)의 위상을 제어하도록 제어 데이터를 생성한다. 이때, 제어 데이터는 전력 전자 소자(150)에 게이트 신호를 공급해야 하는 주기를 나타낸 공급 주기를 포함할 수 있다.
게이트 드라이버(360)는 제어부(350)와 접속하며 제어부(350)로부터 제어 데이터를 제공받는다. 게이트 드라이버(360)는 제어 데이터를 이용하여 게이트 신호를 전력조류 제한 장치(100)로 발생한다. 즉, 게이트 드라이버(360)는 제어 데이터에 포함된 공급 주기에 맞춰 게이트 신호를 전력조류 제한 장치(100)의 전력 전자 소자(150)로 발생한다. 게이트 드라이버(360)는 게이트 신호를 발생하는 신호 발생부(도시하지 않음)를 포함할 수 있다.
제2 저장부(370)는 통신부(310), 측정기(320), 아날로그 디지털 변환기(340), 제어부(350) 및 게이트 드라이버(360)에서 생성한 데이터 및 전력전류 제한 장치를 제어하기 위해 필요한 데이터를 저장한다. 예를 들어, 제2 저장부(370)는 통신부(310)를 통해 수신한 전력전류량을 저장할 수 있다. 제2 저장부(370)는 측정기(320)에서 생성한 측정 데이터를 저장한다. 즉, 제2 저장부(370)는 전압 측정부에서 생성한 전압 측정 데이터, 전류 측정부에서 생성한 전류 측정 데이터, 위상 측정부(335)에서 생성한 위상 측정 데이터, 조류방향 인식부에서 생성한 조류방향 측정 데이터를 저장할 수 있다. 제2 저장부(370)는 아날로그 디지털 변환기(340)에서 변환한 측정 데이터 및 제어부(350)에서 생성한 제어 데이터를 저장할 수 있다.
한편, 제2 저장부(370)는 통신부(310), 측정기(320), 아날로그 디지털 변환기(340), 제어부(350), 게이트 드라이버(360) 및 제2 출력부(375)에서 데이터를 요청하면 요청하는 데이터를 구성 요소에 제공할 수 있다.
제2 출력부(375)는 제어 장치(300)의 구성 요소에서 수행하는 과정 및 결과를 표시할 수 있다. 다시 말하면, 제2 출력부(375)는 통신부(310)를 통해 수신한 전류조류량 및 측정기(320)에서 생성하는 측정 데이터를 표시할 수 있다. 제2 출력부(375)는 제어부(350)에서 제어 데이터를 생성하는 과정 및 제어 데이터를 표시할 수 있다.
제2 출력부(375)는 전력조류 제한 장치(100)에서 제한하는 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)에서 흐르는 전력조류의 용량을 표시할 수 할 수 있다. 한편, 제2 출력부(375)는 통신부(310), 측정기(320), 아날로그 디지털 변환기(340), 제어부(350), 게이트 드라이버(360) 및 제2 저장부(370)에서 오류가 발생하면 오류 발생 사항을 표시할 수 있다.
제2 출력부(375)는 데이터를 표시하는 디스플레이장치일 수 있다. 또한, 제2 출력부(375)는 터치 스크린 등으로 구현될 수 있다.
한편, 제2 출력부(375)는 프린트일 수도 있다. 이때, 제2 출력부(375)는 제어 데이터 또는 측정 데이터를 종이와 같은 출력물을 통해 출력할 수 있다.
여기서는 제1 출력부(260) 및 제2 출력부(375)를 구분하여 설명하였지만 이에 한정되지 않으며, 하나의 출력부를 통해 관리 장치(200) 및 제어 장치(300)에서 생성한 데이터 등을 표시할 수 있다. 또한, 제1 출력부(260) 및 제2 출력부(375)처럼 제어 장치(300) 및 관리 장치(200)에 포함되지 않고, 별도의 출력 장치로 구현될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전력조류를 제어하는 방법은 도 4 및 도 5를 참조하여 설명하기로 한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전력조류 제어 방법을 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 관리 장치(200)는 계통 데이터를 외부 장치로부터 수신한다(S410). 즉, 관리 장치(200)의 수신부(210)는 EMS, SCADA, PMU 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 외부 장치로부터 계통 데이터를 수신한다.
관리 장치(200)는 계통 데이터를 이용하여 전력조류량을 생성한다(S420). 다시 말하면, 정태일 경우에 관리 장치(200)의 전력 계통 분석부(220)는 계통 해석을 통해 계통 데이터를 분석하여 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)에 흐르는 전력조류의 용량을 나타내는 전력조류량을 생성한다. 한편, 과도일 경우(즉, 전력계통에 사고가 발생할 경우)에 계통 사고 분석부(230)는 계통 해석을 통해 계통 데이터 및 사고 발생 이벤트를 분석하여 계통 사고를 판단한다. 계통 사고 분석부(230)는 계통 사고에 따라 전력조류량을 생성한다. 이때, 계통 사고 분석부(230)는 미리 설정된 테이블을 이용하여 계통 사고에 대한 전력조류량을 생성할 수 있다.
제어 장치(300)는 전력조류량 및 계통 데이터 중 적어도 하나가 게이트 오프 조건에 해당하는지를 판단한다(S430). 즉, 제어 장치(300)의 제어부(350)는 전력조류량이 제어할 수 있는 기준값 이상인지를 판단하고, 계통 데이터를 이용하여 송전선로(30)의 계통 임피던스가 최대값 이상인지, 계통 임피던스가 최소값 이하인지를 판단한다. 여기서, 기준값은 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)에서 생성할 수 있는 전력조류의 용량을 나타내며, 최대값 및 최소값은 모선에서 사고가 발생하였다는 것을 판단할 수 있는 기준이 되는 값을 나타낸다.
만약, 제어 장치(300)는 전력조류량 및 계통 데이터 중 적어도 하나가 게이트 오프 조건에 해당하면 게이트 신호를 생성하지 않는다(S440). 즉, 제어 장치(300)에서 게이트 신호를 전력 전자 소자(150)에 발생하지 않기 때문에 전력 전자 소자(150)는 턴-오프 상태를 유지한다. 이에 따라, 전력조류 제어 시스템(10)은 과부하 선로에 전력조류 제한 장치(100)를 연결하여 고장시 과부하를 방지하고, 전력조류를 제한하므로 타 송전선로(30)로 전력을 분담할 수 있다. 또한, 전력조류 제어 시스템(10)은 전력조류 제한 장치(100)가 설치된 인근의 전력계통에서 사고가 발생하면 전력조류 제한 장치(100)를 턴-오프하므로 전력조류 제한 장치(100)를 보호하고, 전력조류 제한 장치(100)에 연결된 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)을 보호할 수 있다.
제어 장치(300)는 전력조류량 및 계통 데이터가 게이트 오프 조건에 해당하지 않으면 전력조류량 및 측정 데이터를 이용하여 제어 데이터를 생성한다(S450). 다시 말하면, 제어 장치(300)의 측정기(320)는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)을 측정하여 측정 데이터를 생성한다. 이때, 측정 데이터는 전압, 전류, 위상 및 조류방향을 측정하여 전압 측정 데이터, 전류 측정 데이터, 위상 측정 데이터 및 조류방향 특성 데이터를 포함한다. 제어부(350)는 아날로그 디지털 변환기(340)를 통해 측정기(320)로부터 측정 데이터를 제공받는다. 제어부(350)는 측정 데이터에 포함된 전압 측정 데이터, 전류 측정 데이터 및 위상 측정 데이터를 이용하여 전력 측정 데이터를 생성한다.
제어부(350)는 전력조류량에 대한 전류 기준 데이터 및 전력 기준 데이터를 생성한다. 예를 들어, 제어부(350)는 미리 설정된 테이블을 이용하여 전력조류량에 대한 전류 기준 데이터 및 전력 기준 데이터를 생성할 수 있다. 제어부(350)의 연산부(353)는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 전류 기준 데이터(Iref)와 전류 측정 데이터(Imeas)를 비교하여 전류 비교 데이터(Ie)를 생성하고, 전력 기준 데이터(Pref)와 전력 측정 데이터(Pmeas)를 비교하여 전력 비교 데이터(Pe)를 생성한다.
제어부(350)의 PI(Proportional-Integral) 제어기(355)는 전류 비교 데이터(Ie) 및 전력 비교 데이터(Pe) 각각을 PI 제어한다. 제어부(350)의 비교기는 측정기(320)로부터 전압 측정 데이터(V)를 수신하고, 전압 측정 데이터와 전압 기준 데이터를 비교하여 전압 발생 데이터를 생성한다. 제어부(350)의 비교기는 생성한 전압 발생 데이터를 생성부(359)로 제공한다. 이렇게 전압 측정 데이터와 전압 기준 데이터를 비교하는 이유는 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)이 교류로 흐르기 때문에 전압에 따라 위상이 변하므로 전압에 맞게 제어 데이터를 생성하기 위함이다.
제어부(350)의 생성부(359)는 전압 발생 데이터에 따라 PI 제어기(355)에서 PI 제어한 전류 비교 데이터(Ie) 및 전력 비교 데이터(Pe)를 이용하여 제어 데이터를 생성한다.
여기서는 전류 및 전력 모두를 이용하여 제어 데이터를 생성하는 것을 예를 들어 설명하였지만 이에 한정되지 않으며 전류 또는 전력을 이용하여 제어 데이터를 생성할 수 있다.
제어 장치(300)는 제어 데이터에 대한 게이트 신호를 전력조류 제어 시스템(10)으로 발생한다(S460). 구체적으로, 게이트 드라이버(360)는 제어 데이터에 포함된 공급 주기에 맞춰 신호 발생부를 통해 게이트 신호를 전력조류 제한 장치(100)의 전력 전자 소자(150)로 발생한다.
전력조류 제한 장치(100)는 게이트 신호를 이용하여 송전단(20) 및 수전단(40)의 전력조류를 제한한다(S470). 즉, 전력조류 제한 장치(100)의 전력 전자 소자(150)는 제어 장치(300)로부터 발생된 게이트 신호에 의해 턴-온되어 송전단(20)과 수전단(40)의 위상을 제어하여 전력조류의 용량을 제한한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전력조류 제한 장치를 나타낸 회로도이고, 도 7 내지 도 10은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전력조류 제어 시스템을 적용한 시뮬레이션한 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 도면 번호 600은 본 발명에 따른 전력조류 제한 장치를 시뮬레이션하기 위해 나타낸 회로도이다. 도 7 내지 도 10은 도 6에 도시된 전력조류 제한 장치(600)을 PS-CAD로 시뮬레이션한 결과이다.
송전단의 변압기는 D-Y결선을 하고, 수전단의 변압기는 Y-D결선한다. 위상각은 최소 0deg 에서 최대 60deg로 설계하였다. 위상각이 0deg일 때 전력조류는 100%로 최대가 되고, 60deg일 때 전력조류는 0%로 최소가 된다. 수전단의 부하는 상당 100ohm의 저항을 가정하여 시뮬레이션하였고, 각각의 위상각 변화에 있어 송전단의 발전기 및 수전단의 부하를 변경하지 않고 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 변압기의 델타 결선을 통해 3고조파 등을 최소화했고, 델타 결선에서 해소되지 않은 고주파들은 고조파 필터를 통해 해소될 수 있다.
도 7은 위상각이 0deg일 때 수전단의 전압 파형(710), 전류 파형(720), 수전단의 유효전력(730)을 나타낸 그래프이다. 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 수전단의 유효전력(730)은 440kW로 전력조류는 100%이며, 440kW이다. 그리고, 전압 파형(710) 및 전류 파형(720)의 왜곡은 거의 발생하지 않았다.
도 8은 위상각이 30deg일 때 수전단의 전압 파형(810), 전류 파형(820), 수전단의 유효전력(830)을 나타낸 그래프이다. 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 수전단의 유효전력(830)은 302kW로 전력조류는 302kW로 제한된다.
도 9는 위상각이 50deg일 때 수전단의 전압 파형(910), 전류 파형(920), 수전단의 유효전력(930)을 나타낸 그래프이다. 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 수전단의 유효전력(930)은 148kW로 전력조류는 148kW로 제한된다.
도 8 및 도 9에서 수전단의 전압 파형(810), 전류 파형(820), 수전단의 전압 파형(910), 전류 파형(920)이 다소 왜곡되어 있는 것을 볼 수 있는데 이는 송전단 및 수전단에 연결된 고주파 필터를 이용하여 충분히 제거할 수 있다.
도 10은 위상각이 60deg일 때 수전단의 전압 파형(1010), 전류 파형(1020), 수전단의 유효전력(1030)을 나타낸 그래프이다. 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 수전단의 유효전력(1030)은 0kW로 전력조류는 0kW로 제한된다. 이는 전력 전자 소자의 열(firing)을 제거한 결과와 같다.
이에 따라, 본 발명에 일 실시예에 따른 전력전류 제어 시스템은 송전단 및 수전단의 위상각을 제어하여 송전단 및 수전단에 흐르는 전력조류를 제한할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전력조류 제어 시스템은 사이리스터를 이용하여 전력조류를 송전선로 용량의 0~100%를 제어할 수 있으며, 과부하선로에 설치되어 고장이 발생한 경우에 과부하를 방지하고, 전력조류를 제한할 수 있다.
그리고, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전력조류 제어 시스템은 송전선로의 과부를 해결하므로 송전계약을 경감시키고, 보다 경제적인 발전 운영이 가능하며, 순환전류로 불필요한 송전손실이 발생하는 개소에 설치하여 순환전류를 억제할 수 있다.
상기에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 하기의 특허 청구의 범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

- 전력조류를 제어하는 전력조류 제어 시스템에 있어서,송전단 및 수전단과 직렬로 연결되며, 상기 송전단 및 수전단에 대한 전력조류를 제한하는 전력전류 제한 장치;계통 데이터를 이용하여 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하는 관리 장치; 및상기 관리 장치로부터 수신한 전력조류량 및 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단을 측정한 측정 데이터를 이용하여 제어 데이터를 생성하고, 상기 제어 데이터를 이용하여 상기 전력전류 제한 장치로 게이트 신호를 발생하는 제어 장치를 포함하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전력전류 제한 장치는,상기 게이트 신호에 의해 턴-온(turn-on)되어 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 위상을 제어해서 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단에 대한 전력조류를 제한하는 전력 전자 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는,상기 전력조류량을 기준으로 상기 측정 데이터에 따라 상기 전력전류 제한 장치를 제어하는 상기 제어 데이터를 생성하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 전력 전자 소자에 상기 게이트 신호를 공급해야 하는 주기를 나타내는 공급 주기를 포함하는 상기 제어 데이터를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는,상기 제어 데이터에 포함된 공급 주기에 따라 상기 게이트 신호를 상기 전력 전자 소자에 발생하는 게이트 드라이버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 전력 전자 소자는 사이리스터(thyristor)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는,상기 측정 데이터를 아날로그 신호에서 디지털 신호로 변환하고, 상기 디지털 신호로 변환하여 상기 제어부로 전송하는 아날로그 디지털 변환기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 관리 장치는,상기 계통 데이터를 분석하여 정태 시 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하는 전력 계통 분석부; 및상기 계통 데이터 및 사고 발생 이벤트 데이터를 분석하여 계통 사고를 판단하고, 상기 계통 사고에 따라 과도 시 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하는 계통 사고 분석부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전력전류 제한 장치는,상기 송전단 및 수전단 각각에 연결되며, 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단에 흐르는 전력조류의 고조파를 억제하는 고주파 필터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전력전류 제한 장치는,상기 송전단 및 수전단 각각에 연결되며, 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단에 흐르는 전력조류의 고조파를 억제하고, 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전압을 높이거나 낮추는 변압기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 측정 데이터는 전압 측정 데이터, 전류 측정 데이터, 위상 측정 데이터, 조류방향 측정 데이터 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는,상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전압을 측정하여 상기 전압 측정 데이터를 생성하는 전압 측정부;상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전류를 측정하여 상기 전류 측정 데이터를 생성하는 전류 측정부;상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 위상을 판단하여 상기 위상 측정 데이터를 생성하는 위상 판단부; 및상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단에 흐르는 전력조류의 방향을 인식하여 상기 조류방향 측정 데이터를 생성하는 조류방향 인식부 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전력조류 제한 장치와 접속하며 상기 전력조류 제한 장치에서 발생하는 열을 냉각시키는 냉각 장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전력조류 제한 장치와 접속하며, 상기 전력조류 제한 장치를 보호하는 보호 장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 관리 장치는 에너지 관리 시스템(Energy Management Systems : EMS), 원방 감시 제어 및 자료 취득 장치(Supervisory Control and Data Acqisition : SCADA), 위상자 측정 시스템(Phasor Measurement System : PMU) 중 적어도 하나로부터 계통 데이터를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 시스템.
- 전력조류 제어 시스템이 전력조류를 제어하는 전력조류 제어 방법에 있어서,(a) 계통 데이터를 이용하여 송전단 및 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하는 단계;(b) 상기 전력조류량 및 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단을 측정한 측정 데이터를 이용하여 제어 데이터를 생성하는 단계;(c) 상기 제어 데이터를 이용하여 전력전류 제한 장치로 게이트 신호를 발생하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 전력전류 제한 장치에 포함된 전력 전류 소자가 상기 게이트 신호에 의해 턴-온(turn-on)되어 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단에 대한 전력조류를 제한하는 단계를 포함하는 전력조류 제어 방법.
- 제16 항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계는,(b1) 상기 전력조류량에 따른 전력 기준 데이터 또는 전류 기준 데이터를 생성하는 단계; 및(b2) 상기 전류 기준 데이터 또는 상기 전력 기준 데이터를 기준으로 상기 측정 데이터의 전류 측정 데이터 또는 상기 전류 측정 데이터를 이용하여 생성한 전력 측정 데이터에 따라 상기 제어 데이터를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 방법.
- 제17 항에 있어서,상기 (b2) 단계는,상기 전력 기준 데이터와 상기 전력 측정 데이터를 비교하여 전력 비교 데이터를 생성하거나 상기 전류 기준 데이터와 상기 전류 측정 데이터를 비교하여 전류 비교 데이터를 생성하는 단계; 및상기 전력 비교 데이터 또는 전류 비교 데이터를 PI(Proportional-Integral) 제어하여 제어 데이터를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 방법.
- 제16 항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계는,상기 전력조류량 및 상기 측정 데이터를 이용하여 상기 전력 전자 소자에 상기 게이트 신호를 공급해야 하는 주기를 나타내는 공급 주기를 포함하는 상기 제어 데이터를 생성하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 방법.
- 제19 항에 있어서,상기 (c) 단계는,상기 제어 데이터에 포함된 상기 공급 주기에 따라 상기 게이트 신호를 상기 전력조류 제한 장치로 전송하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 방법.
- 제16 항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계 이전에,상기 전력조류량 및 상기 계통 데이터 중 적어도 하나가 게이트 오프 조건에 해당하는지를 판단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 방법.
- 제21 항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계는,상기 전력조류량 및 상기 계통 데이터 중 적어도 하나가 상기 게이트 오프 조건에 해당하지 않으면 상기 전력 조류량 및 상기 측정 데이터를 이용하여 상기 제어 데이터를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 방법.
- 제16 항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계는,상기 계통 데이터를 분석하여 정태 시 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하거나, 상기 계통 데이터 및 사고 발생 이벤트 데이터를 분석한 계통 사고에 따라 과도 시 상기 송전단 및 상기 수전단의 전력조류량을 생성하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력조류 제어 방법.
