Description

Childcare equipment
The present invention relates to a childcare device, and more particularly to a childcare device that has been improved so that it can be used for many years.
For example, there is a “multifunctional bicycle” described in Patent Document 1 as an interesting thing for the present invention. This “multifunctional bicycle” can be attached with a push rod for pushing it from behind, a pair of auxiliary wheels as a practice bicycle, or two rear wheels as a tricycle.
Therefore, according to this “multi-functional bicycle”, the child who rides it can drive it by his / her own rowing operation, so that it can be driven by his / her own rowing in addition to the state of use as a bicycle. It is also possible to use the vehicle as a push-wheel such that a guardian or the like takes a walk by operating a push rod while an unoccupied child is sitting on the seat. Therefore, this “multifunctional bicycle” can be used over a relatively long period of time.
However, Patent Document 1 discloses only a saddle-like seat attached to a normal children's tricycle as a seat of a “multifunctional bicycle”. Therefore, even if a push rod is attached, it must be said that this "multifunctional bicycle" cannot be used as a baby carriage, for example. The baby carriage includes not only a baby seat (B type) on which an infant is seated, but also a baby carriage (A type) in which the backrest is tilted up to 170 degrees and the infant is almost lying on its back. The latter type A baby carriage is suitable for carrying infants from about 1 month to 7 months after birth, which is considered to be the most sound in brain science. In particular, the “multifunctional bicycle” described in Patent Document 1 cannot be used as a substitute for such an A-type baby carriage.
Furthermore, the seat provided for the “multifunctional bicycle” described in Patent Document 1 is naturally intended to be used as an independent chair by removing it from the vehicle body and placing it on the floor. Absent.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a child-care instrument that can be used in various states, and thus can be used over a long period of time.
A childcare apparatus according to the present invention is a vehicle main body having a rotatable and turnable front wheel and a rotatable rear wheel, and for operating to turn the front wheel, and is detachable from the vehicle main body. The handle is for manually pushing the vehicle body and is detachable from the vehicle body, and has a push bar, a seat portion and a backrest portion, and the seat portion and the backrest portion on the floor surface. A baby carriage seat having leg members for placing on the vehicle body and detachable with respect to the vehicle body; It can be selectively combined to enable various usage states.
That is, by attaching the push rod and the baby carriage seat to the vehicle main body, the use state as the baby carriage is made possible. By attaching the handle and the wheelbarrow seat to the vehicle main body, for example, for children The use state as a leg wheel like a tricycle is possible, and the use state as an independent chair is enabled by using the baby carriage seat alone.
It is preferable that the vehicle body described above further includes a pedal for rotationally driving the front wheel by a leg.
In the baby carriage seat, it is preferable that the inclination angle of the backrest portion with respect to the seat portion can be changed.
The vehicle body preferably further includes an interlocking mechanism for transmitting the turning operation of the front wheels from the push rod.
According to the childcare apparatus of the present invention, at least the use state as a baby carriage and the use state as a leg wheel like a child tricycle, the baby carriage seat is removed from the vehicle body and used alone. Can be used as an independent chair.
Therefore, it can be used for a relatively long period of the child's growth process (for example, 5 years). Therefore, it is not only economical, but it can be used to create attachments for a long time, and to create a feeling of having to take care of things, as well as a warm heart, especially between parents and children. It can be an effective means of nurturing pure love, and is also preferable for education.
In particular, in the baby carriage seat, if the inclination angle of the backrest with respect to the seat can be changed, it can be used as a “B-type” baby carriage to be placed in a state where an infant is seated, and the backrest is 170 degrees. Can be used as a "A-type" baby carriage that can be used with the infant lying almost on its back, and can be used from the first month of life. Can do. Even when the baby carriage seat is used as an independent chair alone, the above-described at least two types of states can be provided, so that the usable period as a chair can be further extended.
In addition, in the childcare apparatus according to the present invention, switching between the use state as a baby carriage and the use state as a leg wheel is not frequently performed. That is, it is used as a baby carriage from the birth of a child to about 2 years old, and thereafter, when the baby carriage is no longer needed as the child grows up, the use as a pram is started. In a normal case, it is rarely returned to the baby carriage state again from the rowing wheel state. As described above, in using the childcare apparatus according to the present invention, basically, the baby carriage device can be switched only once from the baby carriage state to the rowing wheel state. Therefore, a complicated structure such as a link mechanism for easily performing such state switching is evaluated as being of an excessive quality for the child-rearing device, and when considering the cost, lightness, etc. It should be considered almost unnecessary.
Therefore, the childcare device according to the present invention does not require a complicated mechanism for switching the state. For mounting a baby carriage seat, a wheelbarrow seat, a handle, a hand bar, etc. to the vehicle body, for example, a bolt or the like It is sufficient to adopt a simple mounting structure using Therefore, the structure of the childcare device can be simplified, and therefore, it is possible to expect cost reduction and weight reduction of the childcare device.
In addition, since the baby carriage seat is provided with leg members, even when the baby carriage seat is attached to the vehicle main body to be in the baby carriage state, the leg members remain there. Therefore, a part of the leg member can be advantageously used for attaching a shopping basket or the like. Moreover, since the leg member itself has a relatively high strength, it can reinforce the seat portion and the backrest portion, and can also serve as a guard against the infant placed on it.
In this invention, if the vehicle body further includes a pedal for driving the front wheels to rotate by foot rowing, a more suitable form can be given to the state of use as a rowing wheel.
When the vehicle body is further equipped with an interlocking mechanism for transmitting the turning operation of the front wheels from the push rod, it is possible to actively change the direction of the front wheels while holding the push rod while in use as a baby carriage. Therefore, good driving maneuverability can be realized in the baby carriage. In addition, when the push rod is attached in the state of use as a rowing wheel, in the state of use as a push wheel, such as a guardian or the like taking a walk by operating a push rod while a child is seated on the seat. Also, good driving maneuverability can be realized.

As shown in FIG. 1, the child-care device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention is used as a baby carriage (hereinafter simply referred to as “stroller state”), as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The use state as a chair (hereinafter simply referred to as “chair state”), as shown in FIG. 5, the use state as a tricycle (hereinafter simply referred to as “tricycle state”), and as shown in FIG. In addition, it can be used as a push wheel (hereinafter simply referred to as a “push wheel state”). These states are realized by appropriately combining a plurality of elements provided in the child-care instrument 1 described below.
First, the childcare device 1 includes a vehicle body 2 shown in FIG. The vehicle main body 2 constitutes a tricycle, and has one front wheel 3 that can be rotated and turned, and two rear wheels 4 that can rotate. The vehicle body 2 also includes a main frame 5 that extends in the front-rear direction. The main frame 5 is inclined so as to become lower from the front toward the rear.
A front leg 6 that rotatably holds the front wheel 3 is attached to the front end of the main frame 5. The front leg 6 includes two pipe members 7 that sandwich the front wheel 3 from both sides. Two pipe members 7 are well illustrated in FIG. Referring to FIG. 7, two pipe members 7 are both fixed to a connecting plate 8 and thereby connected to each other. A shaft 9 extending in the vertical direction is fixed to the central portion of the connecting plate 8, and this shaft 9 is rotatably held on the bottom wall 11 of the cylindrical head 10 located at the front end of the main frame 5. Accordingly, the front leg 6 is held so that the front wheel 3 can be turned with respect to the main frame 5.
Referring to FIG. 2 again, at the rear end of the main frame 5, rear legs 12 for holding the two rear wheels 4 rotatably are attached.
A push rod receiver 13 is attached to the rear end of the main frame 5 so as to be rotatable about its axis. The push rod 14 shown in FIG. 1 and the like includes a rectangular frame-shaped portion 15 and a column portion 16 that extends downward from the central portion of the lower side thereof. The support column 16 is inserted into the push rod receiver 13 and is attached by a bolt 17 so as to rotate integrally with the push rod receiver 13. The push rod receiver 13 is also illustrated in FIG. By loosening the bolt 17 described above, the support column 16 can be pulled out from the push rod receiver 13, thereby removing the push rod 14 from the vehicle body 2.
Next, an interlocking mechanism for transmitting the turning operation of the front wheel 3 from the push rod 14 will be described with reference to FIG.
The arm 18 is fixed to the shaft 9 described above, and the arm 18 is rotated integrally with the shaft 9. On the other hand, an arm 19 is fixed to the above-described push rod receiver 13, and the arm 19 is configured to rotate integrally with the push rod receiver 13. The main frame 5 is made of a tubular material having a hollow cross-sectional square shape, and a connecting rod 20 is passed through the inside thereof. One end of the connecting rod 20 is rotatably engaged with the free end portion of the arm 18, and the other end of the connecting rod 20 is rotatably engaged with the free end portion of the arm 19.
When the push rod 14 is rotated, the operation is sequentially transmitted to the push rod receiver 13, the arm 19, the connecting rod 20, the arm 18, and the shaft 9, and the shaft 9 rotates around its axis. This rotation of the shaft 9 is transmitted to the front leg 6 through the connecting plate 8, and as a result, the direction of the front wheel 3 is changed.
The vehicle body 2 is provided with a pedal 21 for driving the front wheel 3 to rotate. For example, the pedal 21 is not necessary in a baby carriage state, and thus may be detachable or may be configured to selectively cut off the transmission of the footing motion to the front wheel 3. Alternatively, the pedal may not be provided and the vehicle may travel by kicking the ground with a foot in a tricycle state.
The child-care instrument 1 also includes a baby carriage seat 22 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The baby carriage seat 22 is detachable from the vehicle body 2. The baby carriage seat 22 includes a seat portion 23 and a backrest portion 24, and also includes leg members 25 for placing the seat portion 23 and the backrest portion 24 on the floor surface. The leg member 25 is composed of a tube material that has been bent so as to give a necessary function. The leg member 25 has a U shape in a plan view, and two anti-slip caps 26 made of rubber are put on the two front open ends. Further, the leg member 25 has a part that rises partially in a side view, and a handrail 27 is formed in this part.
The seat 23 is supported by the seat base 28. The seat base 28 is attached to the leg member 25 via shafts 29 and 30. The seat base 28 has an extension member 31 that can be selectively pulled out. As shown in FIG. 3 and the like, the seat portion 23 can be extended forward by pulling out the extension member 31.
The backrest 24 is supported by the backrest base 32. The backrest base 32 is rotatably attached to the leg member 25 via the shaft 30, whereby the inclination angle with respect to the seat base 28 can be changed. In this way, the inclination angle of the backrest part 24 with respect to the seat part 23 can be changed.
A well-known mechanism can be applied to fix the changed inclination angle of the backrest base 32. In this embodiment, a mechanism is used that includes an adjustment member 33 having one end rotatably attached to the leg member 25 and a chuck member 34 attached to the other end of the adjustment member 33. A plurality of engaging portions (not shown) that can selectively engage the chuck member 34 are provided on the back surface of the backrest base 32 in a vertically distributed manner. By changing the engaging portion to be changed, the inclination angle of the backrest base 32 can be changed and the changed inclination angle can be fixed.
In FIG. 3, the chuck member 34 is engaged with an engaging portion that is relatively below the back surface of the backrest base 32, and the backrest portion 24 is inclined to 170 degrees and the infant is almost laid on its back. It is in a state where it can be put on. In this state, as described above, it is preferable to extend the seat portion 23 forward by pulling out the extension member 31 from the seat base 28. On the other hand, in FIG. 4, the chuck member 34 is engaged with the engaging portion relatively above the back surface of the backrest portion base 32, and the backrest portion 24 is relatively raised. In this state, it is preferable to store the extension member 31 in the seat base 28 and to hang the front end of the seat 23.
It should be noted that an intermediate inclined state between the state shown in FIG. 3 and the state shown in FIG. 4 can be given to the backrest part 24 by selecting an engaging part with which the chuck part 34 is engaged.
The baby carriage seat 22 is further provided with a torso guard 35. The torso guard 35 is intended to guard around the torso of an infant seated on the baby carriage seat 22, and extends from the handrail 27.
The child-care instrument 1 is also provided with a saddle-shaped tricycle seat 36 as a leg wheel seat shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. The tricycle seat 36 includes a seat base 37 projecting downward from the lower surface thereof, and is detachably attached to the vehicle body 2 via the seat base 37. That is, the seat base 37 is fixed to the main frame 5 via the bolts 38. Therefore, the tricycle seat 36 can be removed from the vehicle body 2 by removing the bolt 38.
Furthermore, the child-care instrument 1 includes a handle 39 shown in FIGS. The handle 39 is for operating to turn the front wheel 3 and is detachable from the vehicle body 2. That is, the handle 39 is provided with two handle posts 40 whose lower ends are inserted into the two pipe members 7 of the front leg 6 described above, respectively. Is integrated with the front leg 6. If the handle 39 is operated in this state, the direction of the front wheel 3 can be changed. On the other hand, by loosening the bolt 41, the handle 39 can be separated from the front leg 6 and removed from the vehicle body 2.
As shown in FIG. 1, the child-care instrument 1 also includes a seat base 42 that is used to attach the baby carriage seat 22 to the vehicle body 2. The seat base 42 is attached to the main frame 5 via bolts 43, and is attached to the seat base 28 of the baby carriage seat 22 via bolts 44. The bolt 43 may be common with the bolt 38 described above.
The child-care instrument 1 further includes a footrest 45 shown in FIG. The footrest 45 can be attached to and detached from the vehicle body 2 and is attached to the main frame 5 using the bolt 38 described above. The footrest 45 is provided with an auxiliary wheel 46 for preventing the childcare device 1 in a tricycle state from falling.
In the stroller state shown in FIG. 1, the push rod 14 and the baby carriage seat 22 are attached to the vehicle body 2 by the method described above. In this state, the child-care instrument 1 can be used as a baby carriage by placing an infant on the baby carriage seat 22 and a guardian pushing it with the push rod 14. In addition, if the push rod 14 is rotated, the direction of the front wheel 3 is changed, so that good traveling maneuverability can be realized.
In FIG. 1, the backrest part 24 is inclined up to 170 degrees so that the infant can be placed in a state of being almost laid on his / her back. However, as the infant grows up, the backrest part 24 is shown in FIG. 4. It is good also as the state which made it raise in this way and made the infant sit on the seat 22 for baby carriages. Of course, the backrest 24 can be used in an intermediate inclined state. In addition, the square frame-shaped part 15 mentioned above of the push rod 14 has a dimension and shape which can receive the backrest part 24 which inclines as mentioned above.
Since the baby carriage seat 22 includes the leg member 25, as shown in FIG. 1, the baby carriage seat 22 is attached to the vehicle body 2 and the leg member 25 is also present in the baby carriage state. It remains in a state. Therefore, it is preferable that a shopping basket (not shown) or the like is attached to the leg member 25 by using, for example, a portion 25a horizontally extending rearward so as to facilitate the convenience of going out. Further, since the leg member 25 has a relatively high strength itself, the leg member 25 can reinforce the seat portion 23 and the backrest portion 24 and can also serve as a guard for the infant placed thereon.
3 and 4, the baby carriage seat 22 is detached from the vehicle body 2 and used alone, for example, on the floor of the room. In this chair state, the leg member 25 stably holds the infant seat 22.
Even in the chair state described above, as shown in FIG. 3, the backrest part 24 is inclined to 170 degrees and the infant 24 is placed in a state of being almost lying on its back, and the backrest part 24 is placed as shown in FIG. 4. It is possible to wake up and use an infant and to use it in an intermediate inclined state.
In the tricycle state shown in FIG. 5, the push rod 14 is removed, and the tricycle seat 36 and the handle 39 are attached to the vehicle body 2 by the method described above. In this state, the child rides on the tricycle seat 36 and rotates while holding the handle 39 by hand, and by stepping on the pedal 21 to perform the footing operation, the child-care instrument 1 can be used as a tricycle. .
In the push-wheel state shown in FIG. 6, the push rod 14 and the footrest 45 are attached to the vehicle main body 2 by the above-described method with respect to the above-described tricycle state. In this state, the child is placed on the tricycle seat 36, the handle 39 is grasped by hand, the foot is placed on the footrest 45, and the guardian holds the push bar 14 and pushes the child care instrument 1 in place. It can be used as a push wheel.
