铰链在人们的日常生活中应用非常广泛,通常安装于门或窗上。但是普通的铰链没有调节功能,人们在安装铰链时,如果因为安装中产生了尺寸偏差或误差,就容易造成门与门框或窗与窗框之间配合不严密甚至配合不上的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种可以在三个方向进行调节的三维调节铰链。

三维调节铰链,包括第一活页及与其枢接的第二活页,其特征在于:第一活页上设有第一枢轴孔,第二活页上设有第二枢轴孔,第一枢轴孔及第二枢轴孔中穿设有枢轴,所述枢轴与第二活页固定连接,第一活页与第二活页通过枢轴枢接,所述第一枢轴孔内设有上下调节机构,所述第二活页通过上下调节机构能够沿枢轴的轴线方向相对移动,所述第二活页一面设有固定背板,第二活页上设有左右调节机构,所述左右调节机构与固定背板相连接,所述固定背板能够通过左右调节机构相对于第二活页移动,所述第二活页与固定背板间设有前后调节机构,所述固定背板通过前后调节机构能够相对于第二活页移动。
所述上下调节机构包括上下调节螺钉,上下调节螺钉设置在第一枢轴孔内两端。
所述前后调节机构包括安装在固定背板上的前后调节螺钉、设置于第二活页上的卡止孔,所述卡止孔与前后调节螺钉位置对应,所述卡止孔的直径小于前后调节螺钉上螺帽的直径。

参照图1至图5,本发明公开了一种三维调节铰链,包括第一活页1及与其枢接的第二活页2,第一活页1上设有第一枢轴孔11,第二活页2上设有第二枢轴孔21,第一枢轴孔11及第二枢轴孔21中穿设有枢轴3,枢轴3与第二活页2固定连接,第一活页1及第二活页2通过枢轴3枢接,第一枢轴孔11内设有上下调节机构,第二活页2通过上下调节机构能够沿枢轴3的轴线方向相对移动,第二活页2一面设有固定背板4,固定背板4上设有活页安装位,第二活页2设置在活页安装位中。第二活页2上设有左右调节机构,左右调节机构与固定背板4相连接,第二活页2能够通过左右调节机构与固定背板4相对移动,第二活页2与固定背板4间设有前后调节机构,第二活页2通过前后调节机构能够与固定背板4相对移动。
如图所示,本具体实施例中的上下调节机构包括上下调节螺钉12,上下调节螺钉12设置在第一枢轴孔11内两端,上下调节螺钉12顶推枢轴3,当上面的螺钉松开而下面的螺钉旋入时,枢轴3和与枢轴3固定的第二活页2能够枢轴3的轴线向上移动,当下面的螺钉松开而上面的螺钉旋入时,枢轴3和与枢轴3固定的第二活页2能够枢轴3的轴线向下移动,而上下的螺钉同时旋入顶死枢轴3时,枢轴3在第一枢轴孔11内不能上下移动。为了使枢轴3在不能上下动的同时能够转动,枢轴3与上下调节螺钉12间设置了钢珠13。上下调节螺钉12通过钢珠13调节枢轴的位置,既达到了调节上下的功能又不影响使用。本具体实施例优选采用钢珠,因为钢珠不仅容易采购,而且安装方便、节省安装空间。当然,钢珠也可换用两头为半圆球的柱体,或者半圆球体代替。
如图所示,前后调节机构包括安装在固定背板4上的前后调节螺钉25、设置于第二活页2上的卡止孔23,卡止孔23与前后调节螺钉25位置对应,卡止孔23的直径小于前后调节螺钉25上螺帽的直径,上述结构为本发明的具体实施例。通过上述结构,调节工具能够通过卡止孔23调节前后调节螺钉25的升降,前后调节螺钉25则通过螺帽和卡止孔23边沿的顶压使第二活页2升高或降低。本前后调节螺钉25采用了半圆头螺钉,螺钉上的半圆头的顶部可以伸入卡止孔23内,减小了安装空间,使结构更紧凑。
如图所示,左右调节机构包括设置第二活页2上的左右调节孔27及设置在固定背板4上的轴孔41、穿设于左右调节孔27中的偏心轴22、活页紧固孔24及活页紧固螺钉26,第二活页2通过活页紧固螺钉26及活页紧固孔24与固定背板4固定连接,偏心轴22一面设有位置偏离轴心的转轴223,转轴223安装在轴孔41内,偏心轴22通过转轴223能够在轴孔41内转动,偏心轴22能够通过左右调节孔27使第二活页2相对于固定背板4作一定的移动。进一步,偏心轴22内设有六角孔221,通过六角孔221能够使用内六角扳手进行调节。更进一步,左右调节孔27为长孔,长孔可以避免偏心轴22转动时因偏心而被左右调节孔27卡死的问题。进一步,本实施例中的卡止孔23及活页紧固孔24为长孔,当第二活页2左右移动时,活页紧固螺钉26及前后调节螺钉25通过长孔可以避开第二活页2。

如图所示,固定背板4一面设有固定面板5,固定面板5通过连接紧固件安装在固定背板4上,固定面板5的安装不仅使整个结构美观,还可以保护内部零件。固定面板5上设有第一调节孔51、第二调节孔52及第三调节孔53,第一调节孔51与前后调节螺钉25位置对应,第二调节孔52与六角孔221位置对应,第三调节孔53与活页紧固螺钉26位置对应,避让孔的设置可以使调节工具通过避让孔对铰链进行调节,而不用拆下固定面板5,方便了用户使用。
上述只是对本发明的一些优选实施例进行了图示和描述,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,只要其以基本相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种三维调节铰链,包括第一活页(1)及与其枢接的第二活页(2),其特征在于:第一活页(1)上设有第一枢轴孔(11),第二活页(2)上设有第二枢轴孔(21),第一枢轴孔(11)及第二枢轴孔(21)中穿设有枢轴(3),所述枢轴(3)与第二活页(2)固定连接,第一活页(1)与第二活页(2)通过枢轴(3)枢接,所述第一枢轴孔(11)内设有上下调节机构,所述第二活页(2)通过上下调节机构能够沿枢轴(3)的轴线方向相对移动,所述第二活页(2)一面设有固定背板(4),第二活页(2)上设有左右调节机构,所述左右调节机构与固定背板(4)相连接,所述固定背板(4)能够通过左右调节机构相对于第二活页(2)移动,所述第二活页(2)与固定背板(4)间设有前后调节机构,所述固定背板(4)通过前后调节机构能够相对于第二活页(2)移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种三维调节铰链,其特征在于:所述上下调节机构包括上下调节螺钉(12),上下调节螺钉(12)设置在第一枢轴孔(11)内两端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种三维调节铰链,其特征在于:所述枢轴(3)与上下调节螺钉(12)间设有钢珠(13)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种三维调节铰链,其特征在于:所述前后调节机构包括安装在固定背板(4)上的前后调节螺钉(25)、设置于第二活页(2)上的卡止孔(23),所述卡止孔(23)与前后调节螺钉(25)位置对应,所述卡止孔(23)的直径小于前后调节螺钉(25)上螺帽的直径。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种三维调节铰链,其特征在于:所述卡止孔(23)为长孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种三维调节铰链,其特征在于:所述左右调节机构包括设置在第二活页(2)上的左右调节孔(27)及设置在固定背板(4)上的轴孔(41)、穿设于左右调节孔(27)中的偏心轴(22)、活页紧固孔(24)及活页紧固螺钉(26),第二活页(2)通过活页紧固螺钉(26)及活页紧固孔(24)与固定背板(4)固定连接,所述活页紧固孔(24)为长孔,所述偏心轴(22)安装在轴孔(41)内,所述偏心轴(22)能够通过左右调节孔(27)使第二活页(2)相对于固定背板(4)作一定的移动。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种三维调节铰链,其特征在于:所述偏心轴(22)端部设有刻度凸起(222),所述固定背板(4)上设有与偏心轴(22)端部上刻度凸起(222)相对应的背板刻度凹槽(42)。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的一种三维调节铰链,其特征在于:所述偏心轴(22)内设有六角孔(221)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种三维调节铰链,其特征在于:所述左右调节孔(27)为长孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种三维调节铰链,其特征在于:所述固定背板(4)一面设有固定面板(5),固定面板(5)通过连接紧固件安装在固定背板(4)上,所述固定面板(5)上设有第一调节孔(51)、第二调节孔(52)及第三调节孔(53),所述第一调节孔(51)与前后调节螺钉(25)位置对应,所述第二调节孔(52)与六角孔位置对应,所述第三调节孔(53)与活页紧固螺钉(26)位置对应,所述固定面板一面设有与偏心轴(22)一端上刻度凸起对应的面板刻度凹槽(54)。
