Abstract

Ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Elektroisolationsmaterials (5, 6, 7) weist die Schritte auf: Bereitstellen eines flüssigkristallinen Polymers; Formen des flüssigkristallinen Polymers zu einer Isolationsfolie derart, dass die Mesophase des flüssigkristallinen Polymers in der Isolationsfolie vorliegt, wodurch sich die Moleküle des Polymers in der Isolationsfolie in eine Vorzugsrichtung ausrichten; Laminieren mehrerer Isolationsfolien zu einem das Elektroisolationsmaterial (5, 6, 7) bildenden Schichtverbund, wobei der Schichtverbund mindestens eine Isolationsfolie aufweist, die sich in der Vorzugsrichtung ihrer Moleküle von der Vorzugsrichtung der Moleküle einer anderen Isolationsfolie unterscheidet.
