本发明实施例公开了一种广告选择方法及一种互联网协议电视IPTV平台,为在选择插入视频内容中的广告时能够体现视频内容提供方的意愿而发明。本发明实施例的方法包括:从视频内容提供方获取与视频内容关联的广告插入规则信息;根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广告并插入所述视频内容中。本发明实施例的IPTV平台包括接口模块、广告服务器和播放实体,其中广告服务器,用于通过所述接口模块获取与视频内容关联的广告插入规则信息,并在所述播放实体请求广告时,根据所述广告插入规则信息选择插入所述视频内容中的广告。本发明实施例可用于互联网电视业务中。

Description

一种广告选择方法及一种互联网协议电视 IPTV平台 本申请要求于 2010年 9月 25日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201010290346. 1、发明 名称为 "一种广告选择方法及一种互联网协议电视 IPTV平台" 的中国专利申请的优先 权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域 本发明涉及视频业务技术领域, 特别涉及一种广告选择方法及一种 IPTV ( Internet Protocol Television, 互联网协议电视)平台。 背景技术 当前有两种视频业务, 一种是用户通过计算机连接互联网观看视频网站的视频内 容, 另一种是用户通过 STB ( Set Top Box, 机顶盒)连接到基于 IP协议的电视广播服 务的 IPTV平台观看 IPTV运营商提供的视频内容。 视频网站和 IPTV平台在向用户提供 视频服务时, 一般会在视频内容中插入广告作为其重要的盈利方式。
基于上述两种视频业务, 可引进一种新的视频业务, 即互联网电视业务, 它是将互 联网视频内容引入 IPTV平台供用户通过电视机观看。 在这种视频业务下, IPTV平台可 能需要在视频网站提供的视频内容中插入自己的广告。在现有技术中, IPTV平台是根据 自身制定的广告策略来选择广告插入视频内容中。
在实现本发明的过程中发明人发现, 由于目前在视频网站上存在大量用户上传的原 创视频内容,不少视频内容上传者出于种种原因很可能会对在自己创作的视频内容中插 入广告提出一些广告约束条件,另外视频网站本身也会对在其提供的视频内容中插入广 告提出一些广告约束条件, IPTV平台在引入视频网站上的视频内容时,如果仍然根据自 身制定的广告策略来选择插入广告,将无法体现视频作者或视频网站作为视频内容提供 方的意愿。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供一种广告选择方法和一种 IPTV平台,用于解决 IPTV平台在选择插 入视频内容中的广告时无法体现视频内容提供方的意愿的问题。
本发明实施例采用如下技术方案:
一种广告选择方法, 包括: 从视频内容提供方获取与视频内容关联的广告插入规则信息; 根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广告并插入到所述视频内容中。
一种 IPTV平台, 包括: 接口模块、 广告服务器和播放实体, 其中,
所述接口模块, 用于提供 IPTV平台与视频内容提供方的接口;
所述广告服务器, 用于通过所述接口模块获取与视频内容关联的广告插入规则信 息, 并在所述播放实体请求广告时, 根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广告;
所述播放实体, 用于向所述广告服务器请求广告, 并将所述广告服务器选择的广告 插入到所述视频内容中。
由本发明实施例的上述技术方案可知,通过从视频内容提供方获取与视频内容关联 的广告插入规则信息, 并根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广告并插入到所述视频内容 中,从而能够根据视频内容提供方所提供的广告插入规则信息来选择广告插入到相关联 的视频内容中, 而不再仅仅根据 ιρτν平台自身制定的广告策略来选择广告, 因此在选择 插入视频内容中的广告时能够体现视频内容提供方的意愿。 附图说明 为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例的技术方案,下面将对实施例描述中所需要使用的 附图作一简单地介绍。

S 11, 从视频内容提供方获取与视频内容关联的广告插入规则信息。 S12, 根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广告并插入到所述视频内容中。 IPTV平台在获取与视频内容关联的广告插入规则信息时, 有两种方式: 一种是, 视频内容提供方借助传递视频内容元数据来传递广告插入规则信息, 视频 内容提供方在传递视频内容元数据时, 在所述视频内容元数据中包括广告插入规则信 息, 将该视频内容所对应的广告插入规则信息传递给 ιρτν平台。 如果采用这种方式, 则 广告插入规则信息所对应的视频内容即为该视频内容元数据所对应的视频内容。 另一种是, 视频内容提供方独立于传递视频内容元数据来传递广告插入规则信息, 视频内容提供方主动或根据 ιρτν平台的请求单独传递视频内容的广告插入规则信息。如 果采用这种方式, 则需指出与广告插入规则信息所关联的视频内容, 具体可以在传递广 告插入规则信息的同时传递适用条件,满足适用条件的视频内容即为该广告插入规则信 息所适用的视频内容。 所述适用条件可以是 "视频内容标识 =χχχχ" , 用以表示该广告 插入规则信息适用于对应的单个视频内容; 可以是 "视频内容列表标识 =yyyy", 用以 表示该广告插入规则信息适用于对应的一组视频内容; 可以是 "作者标识 =ZZZZ" , 用 以表示该广告插入规则信息适用于对应作者的所有视频内容;还可以是其他视频内容属 性及其取值,用以表示该广告插入规则信息适用于视频内容属性满足取值的所有视频内 容, 例如与 "视频内容类型"这一属性的取值为 "动画片"的所有视频内容关联起来。 当然, 该适用条件还可以是其他形式, 只要能够表达该广告插入规则信息适用于特定视 频内容即可。
IPTV平台获取的广告插入规则信息, 可以是视频作者提供给视频内容提供方的, 例 如视频作者在向视频网站上传视频内容时, 同时利用视频网站提供的设置界面设置在所 上传视频内容中插入广告的约束条件并上传; 也可以是视频网站自己提供的, 分别用于 体现视频作者或视频网站作为视频内容提供方对在视频内容中插入广告的意愿。该广告 插入规则信息可以包括限制性插入规则信息和 /或建议性插入规则信息。 比如说,有些视频作者为了保证自己创作的视频内容的播出效果或由于本人的宗教 信仰等原因, 会很介意在其视频内容中插入某些方面的广告, 从而会提出限制性插入规 则信息, 场景示例 1, 某民间制作小团体自发拍摄了一部名为 "心宽体胖"的电影, 讲 述胖人的快乐人生, 提倡健康的生活理念, 因此不希望在该电影中插入"减肥"方面的 广告; 场景示例 2, 某视频作者是回民, 回族禁烟酒, 因此比较忌讳在自己创作的视频 内容中插入 "烟酒"方面的广告。 再比如说, 由于视频作者本身对其视频内容是最为了解的, 如果清楚其中插入什么 方面的广告效果会比较好, 也可以提出建议性插入规则信息, 场景示例如下: 一个旅游 爱好者根据自己走遍大江南北录制的资料创作了一个环保专题视频内容, 认为插入 "节 能环保用品"的广告效果会比较好。
IPTV平台对获取的广告插入规则信息,首先确定所述广告插入规则信息在 IPTV平台 上所关联的视频内容标识, 并保存所述视频内容标识与广告插入规则信息的映射关系。 如果采用第一种传递方式,则广告插入规则信息所适用的视频内容即为视频内容元 数据所对应的一个或多个视频内容,保存这一个或多个视频内容所对应的视频内容标识 与广告插入规则信息的映射关系即可。 如果采用第二种传递方式,则满足适用条件的视频内容即为该广告插入规则信息所 适用的视频内容,保存满足适用条件的一个或多个视频内容所对应的视频内容标识与广 告插入规则信息的映射关系即可。
IPTV平台存储所述广告插入规则信息和所述视频内容标识的映射关系后,在接收到 携带有视频内容标识的广告请求消息时,能够査找该存储的映射关系从而获取到与所述 视频内容标识对应的广告插入规则信息。 在 IPTV平台获取到与视频内容关联的广告插入规则信息后,可以根据该广告插入规 则信息作为广告策略的依据, 选择插入所述视频内容中的广告。 由本发明实施例提供的广告选择方法的技术方案可知,通过从视频内容提供方获取 与视频内容关联的广告插入规则信息, 并根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广告并插入到 所述视频内容中,从而能够根据视频内容提供方提供的广告插入规则信息来选择广告插 入相关联的视频内容中, 而不再仅仅根据 IPTV平台自身制定的广告策略来选择广告, 因 此在选择插入视频内容中的广告时能够体现视频内容提供方的意愿。 实施例一 本发明实施例一通过扩展视频内容提供方向 IPTV平台传输的视频内容元数据,在视 频内容元数据中包括广告插入规则信息来获取广告插入规则信息。 参见图 2, 本发明实施例一提供的广告选择方法, 包括如下操作: 步骤 21, 视频内容提供方向 IPTV平台的接口模块传递视频内容元数据, 在所述视频 内容元数据中包括广告插入规则信息。 所述广告插入规则信息包括限制性插入规则信息和 /或建议性插入规则信息, 插入 规则信息中具体可以指定广告的各种属性, 比如说广告类型(如烟酒类、 化工类、 食品 类等) 、 广告关键词 (如酒、 减肥、 节能等)等, 另外, 还可以指定该插入规则信息的 约束程度, 比如, 1代表必须满足, 0代表尽量满足等。 具体可以定义 AdRules元素携带广告插入规则信息,其中 AdRules元素作为视频内容 元数据中某个元素的子元素。 比如说, 在 ITU CPMD (Content provisioning metadata, 内容提供元数据) 接口规范中, CP ( Content provider, 内容提供商) 向 SP ( service provider, 业务提供商)传递的信息中定义了一个元素 distribution condition (分发 条件) , 用于 CP指定在内容分发方面的插入规则信息, 可以将广告插入规则信息的 AdRules元素作为该元素的子元素进行传递。 简单起见, 下面仅以通过广告关键词表示广告插入规则信息为例详加阐述, 其中, ForbidAdKeywordList元素指的是禁止在视频内容中展示的广告关键词列表, 即在该广 告插入规则信息对应的视频内容中禁止播放具有 ForbidAdKeywordList中任一关键词的 广告; SuggestAdKeywordList元素指的是优先在视频内容中展示的广告关键词列表, 即 在该广告插入规则信息对应的视频内容中优先播放具有 SuggestAdKeywordList中任一 关键词的广告, 并且, 如果 ForbidAdKeywordList和 SuggestAdKeywordList元素同时存 在, 则必须是在不具有 ForbidAdKeywordList中任一关键词的广告中根据
SuggestAdKeywordList的关键词选择优先播放的广告。 定义的 AdRules元素示例如下:

</complexType> 步骤 22, IPTV平台的接口模块确定与该广告插入规则信息相关联视频内容的视频内 容标识。 广告插入规则信息是通过视频内容元数据携带的,广告插入规则信息所对应的视频 内容即为该视频内容元数据所对应的视频内容, 所以, 与广告插入规则信息相关联视频 内容的视频内容标识即为元数据所对应的视频内容的视频内容标识。 所确定的视频内容标识可以是该视频内容在视频网站上的标识,也可以是 IPTV平台 为该视频内容新分配或者重新分配的标识。确定的方法可以如下: 如果传递的元数据为 单个视频内容的元数据, 且元数据中携带该视频内容在 IPTV平台上的标识(不管是视频 内容提供方分配的还是 IPTV平台分配的) , 则该携带的标识即为确定的标识; 如果传递 的元数据为单个视频内容的元数据,且元数据中没有携带视频内容标识或者携带了视频 内容提供方为所述视频内容分配的视频内容标识但 IPTV平台不采用该标识作为视频内 容在 IPTV平台上的标识, 且 IPTV平台为该视频内容分配了标识, 则该分配的标识即为确 定的标识; 如果传递的元数据为多个视频内容共同的元数据, 则该元数据对应的多个视 频内容的视频内容标识即为确定的视频内容标识。 步骤 23, IPTV平台的接口模块将所述视频内容标识和所述广告插入规则信息发送给
IPTV平台的广告服务器。 当然, IPTV平台的接口模块也可以不将广告插入规则信息发送给广告服务器, 而是 将广告插入规则信息存储在 ιρτν平台的数据库中, 可以单独存放, 也可以和与其一起传 输的其他视频内容元数据存储在一起(如果和其他视频内容元数据存储在一起, 则可以 无需步骤 22 ), 以便广告服务器后续从数据库中读取广告插入规则信息作为广告决策的 依据。
步骤 24, IPTV平台的广告服务器存储所述广告插入规则信息和所述视频内容标识的 映射关系。
步骤 25, IPTV平台的播放实体向 IPTV平台的广告服务器请求广告, 请求中携带视频 内容标识。 步骤 26, IPTV平台的广告服务器利用该视频内容标识査找存储的映射关系获取所述 视频内容标识对应的广告插入规则信息。 步骤 27, IPTV平台的广告服务器根据所述广告插入规则信息及现有的广告策略选择 合适的广告。 步骤 28, IPTV平台的广告服务器将选择的广告(可以是广告媒体本身, 也可以是广 告链接或广告标识) 返回给 IPTV平台的播放实体。 上述步骤 27的内部处理流程如下: 广告服务器收到广告请求后根据广告插入规则信息和现有的广告策略(如投放广告 时指定的广告播放时段、 广告播放次数, 观看视频内容的用户的性别、 地理位置等)选 择合适的广告, 具体的判断处理方式可以是: 广告服务器可以先根据广告插入规则信息选择出满足条件的广告,如果选择出的广 告多于请求的广告数量再根据现有的广告策略进一步匹配出最合适的广告。或者, 广告 服务器也可以先根据现有的广告策略先选择出满足条件的广告,如果选择出的广告多于 请求的广告数量再根据广告插入规则信息进一步匹配出最合适的广告。 广告服务器还可以指定各种广告策略的优先级, 比如说, 限制性插入规则信息的优 先级最高, 现有的广告策略优先级其次, 建议性插入规则信息的优先级最低。 则可以先 根据限制性插入规则信息排除掉不适合插入的广告,再在其他广告中利用现有的广告策 略匹配出合适的广告, 如果匹配出的广告多与请求的广告数量, 再从中匹配出满足建议 性插入规则信息的广告。 广告服务器可以采用上述任一方式或其组合或变型来实现广告选择,如图 3和图 4所 示, 本发明实施例以一种优选方式为例加以详细阐述, 包括如下步骤:
41, 广告服务器接收广告请求消息;
42, 广告服务器利用现有广告策略和限制性插入规则信息查询满足条件的广告, 得 到广告集 1 ;
43, 广告服务器比较广告集 1中的广告数量和所请求的广告数量 (请求的广告数量 一般默认为 1 ) 的关系;
44, 如果广告集 1的广告数量等于请求的广告数量, 则直接返回; 如果少于请求的 广告数量,则可以直接返回或添加默认广告(如公益广告、 IPTV平台自己的宣传广告等) 后返回; 45, 如果广告集 1的广告数量多于请求的广告数量, 则再利用建议性插入规则信息 进一步过滤得到广告集 2;
46, 广告服务器比较广告集 2中的广告数量和所请求的广告数量的关系;
47, 如果广告集 2的广告数量等于请求的广告数量, 则直接返回; 如果少于请求的 广告数量,则可以直接返回或添加包含在广告集 1中但没有包含在广告集 2中的部分广告 后返回, 添加的这部分广告可以是随机选取的。

步骤 52,视频内容提供方向 IPTV平台的广告服务器传递广告插入规则信息和适用条 件。 满足适用条件的视频内容即为该广告插入规则信息所关联的视频内容。所述适用条 件可以是 "视频内容标识 =χχχχ"、 "视频内容列表标识 =yyyy"、 "作者标识 =zzZZ : 、 视频内容其他属性及其取值等。 为简单起见, 本实施例后续以视频内容标识为例详见阐述。 视频内容提供方向广告服务器发送广告插入规则信息的消息中携带的信息包括视 频内容标识和广告插入规则信息, 该消息体的结构示例如下:

步骤 53, IPTV平台的广告服务器根据所述适用条件确定与所述广告插入规则信息所 关联视频内容的视频内容标识。 如果传递的适用条件即为所述视频内容在 IPTV平台上的视频内容标识,则无需此步 骤。 否则, 需要根据适用条件获取其所对应的一个或多个视频内容在 IPTV平台上的视频 内容标识, 并存储所获取的视频内容标识与广告插入规则信息的映射关系。 具体来说, 如果适用条件是视频内容在网站上的标识, 且 IPTV平台为该视频内容分配了新的标识, 则根据所述视频内容在视频网站上的标识获取其在 IPTV平台上的视频内容标识; 如果适 用条件是作者标识或视频内容列表标识,则获取该作者标识或视频内容列表标识对应的 所有视频内容在 IPTV平台上的视频内容标识; 如果适用条件是视频内容属性及其取值, 则获取视频内容属性满足该取值的所有视频内容在 IPTV平台上的视频内容标识。 步骤 54, IPTV平台的广告服务器存储所述广告插入规则信息和所述视频内容标识的 映射关系。
步骤 55, IPTV平台的播放实体向 IPTV平台的广告服务器请求广告, 请求中携带视频 内容标识。
步骤 56, IPTV平台的广告服务器利用该视频内容标识査找存储的映射关系获取所述 视频内容标识对应的广告插入规则信息。
步骤 57, IPTV平台的广告服务器根据所述广告插入规则信息及现有的广告策略选择 合适的广告。 该步骤的内部处理流程同实施例一的步骤 27。 步骤 58, IPTV平台的广告服务器将选择的合适的广告返回给 IPTV平台的播放实体。 需要说明的是: ιρτν平台的广告服务器也可以不根据所述适用条件确定与所述广告 插入规则信息所关联视频内容的视频内容标识并存储其映射关系,而是直接存储广告插 入规则信息及其适用条件,后续广告服务器收到广告请求后利用广告请求中的视频内容 标识与适用条件进行匹配,进而获取匹配的适用条件所对应的广告插入规则信息进行广 告决策。 实施例三 和实施例二类似, 本发明实施例三也是通过单独的消息获取广告插入规则信息, 唯 一不同在于,视频内容提供方是向 IPTV平台的接口模块传递广告插入规则信息和适用条 件, 然后再由 IPTV平台的接口模块将该信息传递给 IPTV平台的广告服务器。 参见图 6, 本发明实施例三提供的广告选择方法, 包括如下操作: 步骤 61, 视频内容提供方向 IPTV平台的接口模块传递广告插入规则信息和适用条 件。
步骤 62, IPTV平台的接口模块根据所述适用条件确定与所述广告插入规则信息所关 联视频内容的视频内容标识, 具体操作同步骤 53。
步骤 63, IPTV平台的接口模块向 IPTV平台的广告服务器传递所述广告插入规则信息 和所述视频内容标识。
以下步骤 64-步骤 68分别对应实施例二中的步骤 54-步骤 58, 在此不再赘述。
IPTV平台的接口模块也可以不向 IPTV平台的广告服务器传递所述广告插入规则信 息和所述视频内容标识, 而是存储在 IPTV平台的数据库中, 以便广告服务器后续从数据 库中读取广告插入规则信息作为广告决策的依据。 当然, IPTV平台的接口模块还可以保存获取的原始的广告插入规则信息及适用条 件, 后续在接收到新的视频内容时, 根据所保存的广告插入规则信息判断新接收的视频 内容是否满足某些插入规则信息对应的适用条件, 如果满足, 则将所述视频内容在 IPTV 平台上的视频内容标识与其对应的广告插入规则信息发送给 IPTV平台的广告服务器或 保存在数据库中供广告服务器读取。 需要说明的是: IPTV平台的接口模块也可以不根据所述适用条件确定与所述广告插 入规则信息所关联视频内容的视频内容标识,而是直接将广告插入规则信息及其适用条 件转发给 IPTV平台的广告服务器或存储在 IPTV平台的数据库中,后续由广告服务器收到 广告请求后利用广告请求中的视频内容标识与适用条件进行匹配,进而获取匹配的适用 条件所对应的广告插入规则信息进行广告决策。 由上述本发明实施例一至实施例三的广告选择方法的操作步骤可知, IPTV平台的广 告服务器通过 ιρτν平台的接口模块从视频内容提供方获取与视频内容关联的广告插入 规则信息, 并在 IPTV平台的播放实体请求广告时, 根据所述广告插入规则信息选择插入 所述视频内容中的广告,从而 IPTV平台能够根据视频内容提供方提供的广告插入规则信 息来选择广告插入相关联的视频内容中,而不再仅仅根据 IPTV平台自身制定的广告策略 来选择广告, 因此在选择插入视频内容中的广告时能够体现视频内容提供方的意愿。

所述广告服务器 72在根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广告时,具体可以是先根据所 述广告插入规则信息选择出满足条件的广告,如果选择出的广告多于请求的广告数量再 根据现有的广告策略进一歩匹配出最合适的广告; 或者, 具体用于先根据现有的广告策 略选择出满足条件的广告,如果选择出的广告多于请求的广告数量再根据所述广告插入 规则信息进一步匹配出最合适的广告。 优选地, 所述广告服务器 72可以先指定各种广告策略的优先级, 例如指定的各种广 告策略的优先级具体为: 限制性插入规则信息的优先级最高, 现有的广告策略优先级其 次, 建议性插入规则信息的优先级最低时, 则所述广告服务器 72在根据所述广告插入规 则信息选择广告时, 具体可以是先根据限制性插入规则信息排除掉不适合插入的广告, 再在其他广告中利用现有的广告策略匹配出合适的广告,如果匹配出的广告多与请求的 广告数量, 再从中匹配出满足建议性插入规则信息的广告。 由本发明实施例提供的 IPTV平台可知, IPTV平台的广告服务器通过 IPTV平台的接口 模块从视频内容提供方获取与视频内容关联的广告插入规则信息, 并在 IPTV平台的播放 实体请求广告时, 根据所述广告插入规则信息选择插入所述视频内容中的广告, 从而 IPTV平台能够根据视频内容提供方提供的广告插入规则信息来选择广告插入相关联的 视频内容中, 而不再仅仅根据 IPTV平台自身制定的广告策略来选择广告, 因此在选择插 入视频内容中的广告时能够体现视频内容提供方的意愿。 上述具体实施例并不用以限制本发明, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 凡在 不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种广告选择方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
从视频内容提供方获取与视频内容关联的广告插入规则信息;
根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广告并插入到所述视频内容中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从视频内容提供方获取与视频内 容关联的广告插入规则信息具体为:
从视频内容提供方接收所述视频内容的元数据,在所述元数据中包括广告插入规则 信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从视频内容提供方获取与视频内 容关联的广告插入规则信息具体为:
从视频内容提供方接收广告插入规则信息和适用条件,其中所述广告插入规则信息 对应满足所述适用条件的视频内容。
4根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述适用条件为视频内容标识取值、 视频内容列表标识取值、作者标识取值、视频内容属性取值中的一项或者任意多项组合。
5根据权利要求 1-4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
保存所述视频内容的视频内容标识与所述广告插入规则信息的映射关系; 在接收到携带有视频内容标识的广告请求消息时,査找所述存储的映射关系获取与 所述视频内容标识对应的广告插入规则信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1-4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告插入规则信息包括限 制性插入规则信息和 /或建议性插入规则信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述广告插入规则信息选择 插入到所述视频内容中的广告包括:
先根据所述广告插入规则信息选择出满足条件的广告,如果选择出的广告多于请求 的广告数量再根据现有的广告策略进一歩匹配出最合适的广告; 或者,
先根据现有的广告策略选择出满足条件的广告,如果选择出的广告多于请求的广告 数量再根据所述广告插入规则信息进一步匹配出最合适的广告。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述广告插入规则信息选择 插入到所述视频内容中的广告包括:
指定适用各种广告策略的优先级。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述指定的各种广告策略的优先级具体为: 限制性插入规则信息的优先级最高, 现 有的广告策略优先级其次, 建议性插入规则信息的优先级最低;
所述根据所述广告插入规则信息选择插入到所述视频内容中的广告具体为: 先根据限制性插入规则信息排除掉不适合插入的广告,再在其他广告中利用现有的 广告策略匹配出合适的广告, 如果匹配出的广告多与请求的广告数量, 再从中匹配出满 足建议性插入规则信息的广告。
10、 一种互联网协议电视 IPTV平台, 其特征在于, 包括: 接口模块、 广告服务器和 播放实体, 其中,
所述接口模块, 用于提供 ιρτν平台与视频内容提供方的接口;
所述广告服务器, 用于通过所述接口模块获取与视频内容关联的广告插入规则信 息, 并在所述播放实体请求广告时, 根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广告;
所述播放实体, 用于向所述广告服务器请求广告, 并将所述广告服务器选择的广告 插入到所述视频内容中。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的 IPTV平台, 其特征在于,
所述接口模块,具体用于接收视频内容提供方传递的包括广告插入规则信息的视频 内容元数据, 确定与所述广告插入规则信息相关联视频内容的视频内容标识, 并向所述 广告服务器传递所述广告插入规则信息和所述视频内容标识;
所述广告服务器,具体用于接收所述接口模块传递的所述广告插入规则信息和所述 视频内容标识, 存储所述广告插入规则信息和所述视频内容标识的映射关系; 并在接收 到所述播放实体的携带有视频内容标识的广告请求消息时,査找所述存储的映射关系获 取所述视频内容标识对应的广告插入规则信息;然后根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广 告, 并向所述播放实体返回选择的广告;
所述播放实体,具体用于向所述广告服务器发送携带有视频内容标识的广告请求消 息, 并将所述广告服务器选择的广告插入到所述视频内容标识对应的视频内容中。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的 IPTV平台, 其特征在于,
所述接口模块, 具体用于向视频内容提供方传递所述广告服务器的地址; 所述广告服务器,具体用于接收所述视频内容提供方传递的广告插入规则信息和适 用条件,根据所述适用条件确定与所述广告插入规则信息所关联视频内容的视频内容标 识, 并存储所述广告插入规则信息和所述视频内容标识的映射关系; 以及在接收到所述 播放实体的携带有视频内容标识的广告请求消息时,查找所述存储的映射关系获取所述 视频内容标识对应的广告插入规则信息; 然后根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广告, 并 向所述播放实体返回选择的广告;
所述播放实体,具体用于向所述广告服务器发送携带有视频内容标识的广告请求消 息, 并将所述广告服务器选择的广告插入到所述视频内容标识对应的视频内容中。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的 IPTV平台, 其特征在于,
所述接口模块, 具体用于接收视频内容提供方传递的广告插入规则信息和适用条 件, 根据所述适用条件确定与所述广告插入规则信息所关联视频内容的视频内容标识, 并向所述广告服务器传递所述广告插入规则信息和所述视频内容标识;
所述广告服务器,具体用于接收所述接口模块传递的所述广告插入规则信息和所述 视频内容标识, 存储所述广告插入规则信息和所述视频内容标识的映射关系; 并在接收 到所述播放实体的携带有视频内容标识的广告请求消息时,查找所述存储的映射关系获 取所述视频内容标识对应的广告插入规则信息;然后根据所述广告插入规则信息选择广 告, 并向所述播放实体返回选择的广告;
所述播放实体,具体用于向所述广告服务器发送携带有视频内容标识的广告请求消 息, 并将所述广告服务器选择的广告插入到所述视频内容标识对应的视频内容中。
