Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil à jus comprenant un mécanisme d'ouverture/fermeture d'orifice d'évacuation des débris. L'appareil à jus comprend : un capuchon comportant un orifice d'entrée à travers lequel un aliment est introduit ; une vis coupant, pulvérisant et pressant l'aliment introduit pour transférer l'aliment vers un côté inférieur, la vis comportant un arbre rotatif disposé verticalement ; un tambour perforé entourant une surface latérale de la vis, le tambour perforé comportant un orifice d'évacuation de tambour perforé à travers lequel les débris sont déchargés sur une surface inférieure de celui-ci ; un logement couplé à la vis et au tambour perforé de sorte que la vis est mise en rotation dedans, le logement comportant un orifice d'évacuation du jus dans une surface extérieure de celui-ci et un orifice d'évacuation des débris communiquant avec l'orifice d'évacuation de tambour perforé, et étant couplé à une partie inférieure du capuchon ; un corps d'entraînement sur lequel une partie d'appui permettant de soutenir le logement est disposée et comportant un arbre de transmission relié à l'arbre rotatif pour entraîner la vis disposée au centre de la partie d'appui ; et un mécanisme d'ouverture/fermeture d'orifice d'évacuation des débris permettant d'ouvrir/fermer l'orifice d'évacuation de tambour perforé ou l'orifice d'évacuation des débris. Le mécanisme d'ouverture/fermeture d'orifice d'évacuation des débris peut ajuster le degré d'ouverture de l'orifice d'évacuation de tambour perforé ou de l'orifice d'évacuation des débris.
