- Large-power LED lighting devices usually are equipped with a heavy cooling body. The LED lighting devices need to be adjusted to a certain angle and then maintained at this angle so that they irradiate in a fixed direction.
- a solution in the prior art is to mount a ceiling recessed luminaries at an assembling ring of a mounting portion via two bolts, and the two bolts also function as rotating shafts. After rotating the ceiling recessed luminaries to a predetermined angle, due to the friction between the bolts and the assembling ring, the ceiling recessed luminaries is maintained at this angle. However, after repeatedly adjusting the irradiating angle of the ceiling recessed luminaries, there must be certain abrasion between the bolts and the assembling ring, which virtually alleviates the friction between the bolts and the assembling ring, and thus it is very difficult to maintain the ceiling recessed luminaries at the predetermined angle.
- the present invention aims to provide a rotating fixing device for a lighting device, especially for an LED lighting device, which may be a recessed LED lighting device (e.g. downlight).
- the rotating fixing device according to the present invention can reliably maintain the lighting device at a predetermined irradiating angle, and the life span of the overall lighting device will not be shortened with the increase in the number of times of adjusting the angle.
- the object of the present invention is realized via a rotating fixing device for a lighting device, wherein, the lighting device comprises a fixedly arranged assembling ring and a rotating ring that rotates with respect to the assembling ring, wherein, the rotating fixing device comprises a first disc in anti-torsion connection with the rotating ring and a second disc in anti-torsion connection with the assembling ring, wherein the first disc and the second disc respectively comprise a first teeth portion and a second teeth portion, and the first teeth portion engages with the second teeth portion to realize locking a rotating angle of the rotating ring, and the first teeth portion disengages from the second teeth portion to realize adjusting the rotating angle of the rotating ring.
- the first teeth portion or the second teeth portion can retreat from a teeth groove of the second teeth portion or the first teeth portion and enters the next teeth groove to adjust a lighting angle, and the first teeth portion engages with the second teeth portion to reliably maintain the rotating ring of a lighting device at a predetermined angle, and thus the predetermined lighting angle of the lighting device is obtained.
- the mutual engagement of the teeth portions can also reliably ensure that the lighting device is maintained at the predetermined lighting angle, which also the life span of the overall lighting device.
- the first disc and the second disc are coaxially provided, and the first teeth portion disengages from the second teeth portion when they get away from each other axial ly and the first teeth portion engages with the second teeth portion when they get close to each other axially.
- the first teeth portion axially pushes the second teeth portion to move in axial direction so that the second teeth portion gets away from the first teeth portion and then the first teeth portion disengages from the second teeth portion to realize angle adjustment, and after further rotating, the first teeth portion gets close to the second teeth portion, and they engages with each other, thereby locking the angle.
- an elastic member is provided at a side of the first disc facing the rotating ring and/or at a side of the second disc facing the assembling ring, and provides a restoration force that makes the first disc engage with the second disc.
- the first teeth portion of the first disc generates a force that makes the second disc get away from the first disc, and thus the elastic member is pressed to have elastic deformation, which thus allows the first teeth portion and/or the second teeth portion retreating from a teeth groove of the second teeth portion and/or the first teeth portion to engage with each other under the restoration force of the elastic member, and adjusting and locking the angle are realized.
- the elastic member is a rubber washer or a spring washer, and this type of elastic washer can be easily obtained in the market.
- a tooth profile angle of the teeth of the first teeth portion and the second teeth portion is within a range from 50 to 70 degrees. This angle range can ensure reliably locking the angle when the first teeth portion engages with the second teeth portion, and can also ensure that the first teeth portion can reliably disengage from the second teeth portion when an external force is applied.
- the rotating fixing device is connected between the rotating ring and the assembling ring via a shaft lever, wherein the shaft lever constitutes a rotating shaft.
- the shaft lever penetrates the assembling ring, then sequentially penetrates the elastic member, the second disc and the first disc of the rotating fixing device, and penetrates the rotating ring and also functions as a rotating shaft, so that the rotating ring can rotate with respect to the assembling ring.
- the first disc has a restricting protrusion or a restricting groove which engages with a restricting protrusion or a restricting groove of the rotating ring to prevent torsion of the first disc with respect to the rotating ring, so that the rotating ring can bring the first disc to also rotate in a simple way during rotating the rotating ring.
- the second disc has a restricting protrusion or a restricting groove which engages with a restricting groove or a restricting protrusion of the assembling ring to prevent torsion of the second disc with respect to the assembling ring.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a lighting device comprising the above rotating fixing device, and the lighting device can reliably irradiate at a predetermined lighting angle and have a long life span.

- the movement of the second disc 4 in the axial direction forces the elastic member to have elastic deformation, thereby generating a restoration force that restores the second disc 4.
- the teeth portion of the second disc 4 again engages with the next teeth groove of the first disc 3. After rotating to a predetermined angle, rotation stops. Then the first teeth portion 5 and the second teeth portion 6 are again in an engagement state, thereby realizing locking the angle.
- a tooth profile angle of the teeth of the first teeth portion 5 and the second teeth portion 6 is within a range from 50 to 70 degrees, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the tooth profile angle is 60 degrees. This angle can not only ensure reliably locking the angle when the first teeth portion 5 engages with the second teeth portion 6, and but also ensure that the first teeth portion 5 can reliably disengage from the second teeth portion 6 when an external force is applied.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation rotatif pour un dispositif d'éclairage, le dispositif d'éclairage comprenant une bague d'assemblage disposée solidement (1) et une bague rotative (2) qui se met en rotation par rapport à la bague d'assemblage (1), le dispositif de fixation rotatif comprenant un premier disque (3) en liaison anti-torsion avec la bague rotative (2) et un second disque (4) en liaison anti-torsion avec la bague d'assemblage (1), le premier disque (3) et le second disque (4) comprenant respectivement une première partie dents (5) et une seconde partie dents (6), la première partie dents (5) venant en prise avec la seconde partie dents (6) pour bloquer l'angle de rotation de la bague rotative, et la première partie dents (5) se séparant de la seconde partie dents (6) pour régler l'angle de rotation de la bague rotative. Le dispositif de fixation rotatif selon la présente invention permet de maintenir de manière fiable le dispositif d'éclairage à un angle d'irradiation prédéterminé, et la durée de vie du dispositif d'éclairage dans son ensemble ne sera pas raccourcie par l'augmentation du nombre de réglages de l'angle. La présente invention concerne également un dispositif d'éclairage comprenant ledit dispositif de fixation rotatif.
