本发明涉及一种具有防冻功能的滑轮, 可实现严寒地区施工时不将线 缆冻结, 属于地下连续墙液压抓斗技术领域。 背景技术
地下连续墙液压抓斗在严寒地区施工时, 抓斗在提升的过程中钢丝绳、 油管、 电缆附带的泥浆会迅速结冰, 各线缆在通过天车滑轮时会与滑轮冻 结在一起, 电缆内部的导线或其它抗拉强度较小的绳缆会因拉扯而断裂。 目前, 行业内对滑轮冻结现象还没有理想的解决方案。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有防冻功能的滑轮, 在不增加其它附加装 置的情况下改善绳缆被冻结的现象。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是提供了一种具有防冻功能的 滑轮, 包括滑轮主体, 在滑轮主体的外圆周面处设有滑轮槽, 其中, 在滑 轮槽内分布有镂空销, 工作在防冻状态时, 绳缆与镂空销相接触。
优选地, 所述镂空销以过盈配合与所述滑轮主体相连。
优选地, 所述镂空销的轴线方向与所述滑轮主体的轴线方向平行。 优选地, 在所述镂空销的末端插有开口销以防止镂空销的串动。
本发明通过减小绳缆与滑轮槽的接触面(由面接触改为多点接触), 从 而大大减少了冻结面。
本发明的优点是: 改善了绳缆被冻结的现象, 减少了绳缆的消耗, 同 时与普通滑轮又具有通用性。

以下结合实施例来具体说明本发明。
实施例
如图 1及图 2所示为根据本发明的一种实施方式提供的一种具有防冻 功能的滑轮, 该滑轮包括滑轮主体 1、 镂空销 2和开口销 3。 在滑轮主体 1 的滑轮槽内均布有一定数量的镂空销 2, 镂空销 2以过盈配合与滑轮主体 1 相连。在每个镂空销 2的末端插有一个开口销 3,用于防止镂空销 2的串动。 如图 1和图 2所示, 多个镂空销 2相互平行地布置在滑轮主体 1的滑轮槽 内, 并且镂空销 2的轴线方向与所述滑轮主体 1的轴线方向平行。
绳缆在本发明提供的具有防冻功能的滑轮上滚动时, 接触面由滑轮槽 变为镂空销 2 (即由面接触变为多点接触)。 同时镂空的结构有利于泥浆的 排泄, 冻结现象有很大改善。 而卸除镂空销 2和开口销 3后防冻功能的滑 轮主体 1又可做为普通滑轮使用。
Claims
1. 一种具有防冻功能的滑轮, 该滑轮包括滑轮主体 (1 ), 在滑轮主体 ( 1 )的外圆周面处设有滑轮槽,其特征在于:在滑轮槽内分布有镂空销(2), 工作时, 绳缆与镂空销 (2) 相接触。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的具有防冻功能的滑轮, 其特征在于, 所述镂空 销 (2) 以过盈配合与所述滑轮主体 (1 ) 相连。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的具有防冻功能的滑轮, 其特征在于, 所述镂空 销 (2) 的轴线方向与所述滑轮主体 (1 ) 的轴线方向平行。
4. 如权利要求 1至 3中任意一项所述的具有防冻功能的滑轮, 其特征 在于, 在所述镂空销 (2) 的末端插有开口销 (3 ) 以防止镂空销 (2) 的串
