( 4 ) 消息緩存处理： 前台主业务程序在查询用户信息之前， 会一直将 该次流程对应的彩信消息体及目的用户号码緩存， 直到成功转发到邮箱或用 户拒绝开通该业务。 此外， 在实施过程中还可以对该转邮箱业务进行计费。 由于在网的彩信 相册系统并不提供单独的计费话单， 所以如果要收取费用， 则需要在主业务 程序中增加产生计费原始话单的功能。 本优选实施例实现简单， 成本小， 且不会涉及到在网其他系统的更改， 对网络的影响较小。 优选实施例二 本优选实施描述了用户初次开户时开通转邮箱业务的流程。 图 5是 居 本发明优选实施例二的用户初次开户且开通彩信消息转邮箱业务的流程图， 如图 5所示， 该流程包括以下步骤： 步骤 S502 , 彩信相册收到彩信中心转发的彩信消息。 步骤 S504, 彩信相册给用户下发通知消息 （短消息） 时， 更新短消息内 容， 询问用户是否要开通转邮箱业务并提供邮箱地址。 需要注意的是， 此时 彩信相册前台的主业务程序仍旧保存该彩信消息的相关 （例如， 消息体、 目 的用户地址等） 在緩存中。 步骤 S506 , 主业务程序收到用户的响应短信息。 如果用户开通该功能， 则主业务程序将用户反馈的有关信息通过内部消息交给配置台的业务程序； 如果用户不开通该功能， 则流程结束， 同时主业务程序释放彩信体及用户号 码的緩存。 步骤 S508 , 配置台业务程序更新用户信息 （即， 将用户信息入库） 后， 给前台主业务程序回复更新成功的消息。 步骤 S510 , 前台主业务程序收到消息后， 向配置台程序查询该用户的信 息。 步骤 S512 , 前台主业务程序根据查询到的用户信息， 将緩存的彩信消息 体及目的用户号码取出打包成邮件格式， 转发给邮件服务器。 转发完成后， 该緩存清除。 综上所述， 上述实施例应用于移动网络中的彩信业务领域， 是对彩信业 务中彩信相册系统的功能的扩展， 解决了用户无法正常接收彩信消息时， 查 看彩信消息操作复杂且运营成本高的问题， 提高了用户查看彩信消息的成功 率， 提升了用户对彩信业务服务质量满意度， 并且简单、 易行、 成本少。 显然， 本领域的技术人员应该明白， 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现， 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上， 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上， 可选地， 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现， 从而， 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行， 并 且在某些情况下， 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤， 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块， 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样， 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已， 并不用于限制本发明， 对于本 领域的技术人员来说， 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的^"神和 原则之内， 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等， 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

1. 一种彩信消息的处理方法， 包括以下步骤：
彩信相册接收来自用户的消息， 其中， 该消息中携带有所述用户 要求开通彩信消息转邮箱业务的指示信息；
所述彩信相册根据所述指示信息获取所述用户提供的邮箱地址， 并根据所述邮箱地址将所述彩像消息转发给邮件服务器。
2. 居权利要求 1所述的方法， 其中， 所述彩信相册接收来自所述用户 的消息之前， 还包括：
所述彩信相册向所述用户发送通知消息， 其中， 所述通知消息中 包括用于询问所述用户是否开通所述彩信消息转邮箱业务的信息。
3. 居权利要求 2所述的方法， 其中， 所述彩信相册向所述用户发送所 述通知消息之前， 还包括：
所述彩信相册为所述用户开户， 并生成与所述用户对应的用户信 息， 其中， 所述用户信息包括用于标识彩信转邮箱的字段和邮箱地址 字段。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法， 其中， 所述彩信相册根据所述指示信息 获取所述用户提供的所述邮箱地址之后， 还包括： 所述彩信相册才艮据所述指示信息更新用户数据库中所述用户的用 户信息。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法， 其中， 根据所述邮箱地址 将所述彩像消息转发给所述邮件服务器之后， 还包括：
所述彩信相册生成与所述彩信消息转邮箱业务对应的计费原始话 单。

接收模块， 设置为接收来自用户的消息， 其中， 该消息中携带有 所述用户要求开通彩信消息转邮箱业务的指示信息； 获取模块， 设置为根据所述指示信息获取所述用户提供的邮箱地 址； 以及 发送模块， 设置为根据所述邮箱地址将所述彩像消息转发给邮件 服务器。

配置模块， 设置为为所述用户开户， 并生成与所述用户对应的用 户信息， 其中， 所述用户信息包括用于标识彩信转邮箱的字段和邮箱 地址字段。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的彩信相册网元， 其中， 还包括：
更新模块， 设置为根据所述指示信息更新用户数据库中所述用户 的用户信息。
10. 根据权利要求 6至 9中任一项所述的彩信相册网元， 其中， 还包括： 计费模块， 设置为生成与所述彩信消息转邮箱业务对应的计费原 始话单。
