Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种胸围背扣, 包括有公扣 (2) 和母扣 (1), 公扣 (2) 与 母扣 (1) 配合, 其特征在于: 母扣 (1)包括有母扣基部 (11) 和与 母扣基部 (11) 连接的第一软胶部 (12), 第一软胶部 (12) 设置有 扣接部 (3), 扣接部 (3) 开设有扣槽 (31), 公扣 (2) 包括有公扣 基部 (21) 和与公扣基部 (21) 连接的第二软胶部 (22), 第二软胶 部 (22) 对应扣槽 (31) 设置有扣拉块 (4)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种胸围背扣, 其特征在于: 所述扣 拉块(4)包括有挡块(41)和与挡块(41)一体成型的弹性拉杆(42), 弹性拉杆 (42) 设于所述第二软胶部 (22) 与挡块 (41)之间, 当背 扣扣紧时, 挡块 (41) 嵌装于所述扣槽 (31) 内。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种胸围背扣, 其特征在于: 所述扣 接部(3)对应所述弹性拉杆(42)开设有安置槽(32), 安置槽(32) 与所述扣槽 (31)连通, 当背扣扣紧时, 弹性拉杆 (42)嵌装于安置 槽 (32) 内。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种胸围背扣, 其特征在于: 所述第 二软胶部 (22) 沿所述公扣 (2) 的宽度方向设置有扣拉块 (4), 所 述第一软胶部 (12) 沿所述母扣 (1) 的长度方向设置有至少两个扣 接部 (3)。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种胸围背扣, 其特征在于: 所述扣 拉块 (4) 的数目为两个, 两个扣拉块 (4) 沿所述公扣 (2) 的中间 平面对称设置。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种胸围背扣, 其特征在于: 所述第 一软胶部 (12) 沿所述母扣 (1) 的宽度方向设置有扣接部 (3), 所 述第二软胶部 (22) 沿所述公扣 (2) 的长度方向设置有至少两个扣 拉块 (4)。
7、 根据权利要求 3至 6任意一项所述的一种胸围背扣, 其特征 在于: 所述安置槽(32)的开口位置设置有卡肩, 卡肩沿安置槽(32) 的侧壁设置。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种胸围背扣, 其特征在于: 所述母 扣基部(11)与所述第一软胶部(12)—体成型, 所述公扣基部(21) 与所述第二软胶部 (22) —体成型。
9、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种胸围背扣, 其特征在于: 所述扣 接部 (3) 与所述第一软胶部 (12) —体成型, 所述扣拉块(4) 与所 述第二软胶部 (22) —体成型。
