Abstract

A presente invenção trata de uma composição de suplemento alimentar contendo creatina e processo para sua preparação. De modo específico, a presente invenção trata de uma formulação de suplemento alimentar contendo creatina em pó comprimida comprimidos, tabletes ou em pastilhas mastigáveis e palatáveis para o uso, notadamente, de atletas, assim como uma forma de dosagem de creatina monohidratada. Além disso, a presente invenção trata de um processo de preparação da presente formulação que permite a compressão a seco de forma direta dos demais compostos juntamente com a creatina para formar comprimidos, tabletes ou pastilhas mastigáveis e palatáveis, processo este simples e de custo final reduzido.
