- the concrete vault door has a thickness equal to the side wall and similar internal components. Considering the layers that make up the safe door we have steel plate 13, chemical protection 14, special concrete 15 and steel plate 16.
- Another approach of the present methodology is to improve the locking mechanisms of the safe door, thus aiming to offer greater resistance to burglary attempts, thus, some items are incorporated or modified to reach the desired security level.

- the concrete vault anchor system is comprised of a set of 40 trapezoidal metal fittings, umbrella handle and flat bars. Trapezoidal hardware and umbrella handle feature a grooved metal bushing 41 welded all around.
- a hole is drilled in the floor of the installation site.
- the fittings are screwed into a jig plate that is positioned on the floor and the concrete is poured into the holes of the jig plate.
- the safe After curing the concrete the safe is positioned with the internal hole centered with the anchor sleeve holes. To secure the safe to the anchor sleeves, special alloy steel screws 42 and different thickness steel washers 43 are used.
