Abstract

A trouble classification ID and a cause ID are mutually mapped to each of a work index and a guidance ID. When an operator designates a period and a work index to be inspected, a result from the designated work index in the designated period is obtained. Further, the "trouble classification ID and cause ID" associated with the designated work index are extracted, and a message outputted during the designated period is extracted on the basis of a guidance rule associated with the extracted "trouble classification ID and cause ID". A line graph (1411) indicative of a trend of the results of the designated work index in the designated period, a bar graph (1421) indicative of the period the message is outputted, and a message (1422) corresponding to the bar graph (1421) are displayed.

Operation guidance effect display device, operation guidance effect display method, and computer program
The present invention relates to an operation guidance effect display device, an operation guidance effect display method, and a computer program, and in particular, is suitable for use by an operator to evaluate the effect of guidance on operations performed on an operator in a production line. It is.
Conventionally, in order to ensure that the operators operating in each manufacturing process of the production line perform operations reliably and efficiently, guidance on operations has been provided. When registering such guidance, the registrant needs to input rules that are knowledge related to the guidance.
Therefore, in Patent Document 1, an operation instruction information setting field for setting information related to an operation instruction and a condition setting field for setting a condition for guiding the operation instruction information to the operator are displayed. In the condition setting column, the display items in the lower menu are changed according to the contents selected by the registrant from the upper menu so that the registrant can select conditions hierarchically. With such a technique, a registrant can easily register guidance.

Incidentally, for example, in the rolling line of continuous rolling of sheet in the steel industry, when turning on the thin plate rolling line, it is necessary to perform a welding operation between the tip of the tail and the following material of the preceding material, the welding Work may fail. Further, depending on the rolling conditions, the surface of the steel sheet being conveyed through the rolling line may be wrinkled. As described above, various troubles may occur in the thin plate rolling line, and the causes are various. Therefore, it may be difficult for a registrant to accurately determine what guidance is effective for operation. If it does so, the input of the rule which is the knowledge which concerns on guidance will become inadequate, and there exists a possibility that it cannot become effective guidance with respect to operation.
However, the prior art focuses on providing guidance. For this reason, there has been a problem that it is not possible for the operator to perform an evaluation work on the effect of the guidance, such as how the output guidance is reflected in the work in each manufacturing process of the manufacturing line. Therefore, for example, there is a possibility that useless guidance may remain.

(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example of a schematic configuration of an operation support system.
As shown in FIG. 1, the operation support system includes an operation guidance effect display device 10, process management devices 20a to 20d, and an operation index result storage device 30. In addition, the operation guidance effect display device 10, the process management devices 20a to 20d, and the operation index result accumulation device 30 are connected to each other via a network so as to communicate with each other.
The operation guidance effect display device 10 provides operation-related guidance to the operators 40a to 40d engaged in operations in each manufacturing process of the manufacturing line 50 via the process management devices 20a to 20d. Further, the operation guidance effect display device 10 causes the operator of the operation guidance effect display device 10 to evaluate the effect of the guidance given to the operators 40a to 40d. As described above, the operation guidance effect display device 10 of the present embodiment also has a function as an operation support device that performs operation guidance and supports operation.
Examples of the production line 50 include a plating line for continuously plating a thin steel plate on which finish rolling has been performed. However, the production line 50 is not limited to a plating line. It is preferable to apply the operation guidance effect display device 10 to the production line 50 in which a wide variety of troubles occur and the causes of the troubles vary. In such a production line 50, it may be difficult for a registrant of guidance, which is an example of an operator who operates the operation guidance effect display device 10, to appropriately determine the setting contents for guidance. Therefore, it is important for the operator to evaluate the effect of the output guidance. FIG. 1 shows an example in which the production line 50 includes four production steps from the first step to the fourth step, but the number of production steps in the production line 50 is four. It is not limited to.
Here, the trouble is a concept including all troubles that have occurred in the production line 50 and the product, such as that the operation work has not been normally performed and the quality of the product to be produced is not normal.
The process management devices 20a to 20d are provided corresponding to the respective manufacturing processes of the manufacturing line 50. The process management devices 20a to 20d provide guidance and information on process management to the operators 40a to 40d that perform the respective manufacturing processes by display and voice. At this time, the process management apparatuses 20a to 20d provide information on process management and the like based on the control by the operation guidance effect display apparatus 10 or the operation input by the operators 40a to 40d. Further, each of the process management devices 20a to 20d manages the performance of the operation index in each manufacturing process of the manufacturing line 50. Although details will be described later with reference to FIG. 6, the operation index includes at least one of product manufacturing efficiency, work efficiency in manufacturing the product, product yield, and product quality. . In the present embodiment, a case where one type of product is manufactured on the manufacturing line 50 will be described as an example.
The operation index result accumulating device 30 stores the daily results of the operation index managed by the process management devices 20a to 20d in the database. Although details will be described later, in the present embodiment, the operation guidance effect display device 10 causes the operator of the operation guidance effect display device 10 to evaluate the effect of the guidance given to the operators 40a to 40d. Do the following: In other words, the operation guidance effect display device 10 parallels the monthly transition of the “result of the target operation index” in the target period and the “output result in the target period” of the guidance linked to the target operation index in parallel. Are displayed on one screen (see FIG. 14). Therefore, the operation guidance effect display device 10 obtains the “result of the target operation index” in the target period from the operation index result storage device 30 in order to obtain the monthly transition of the “result of the target operation index” in the target period. To do.

Thereafter, the operator inputs a cause name to be registered in the cause name input field 423 by text. When the operator presses the add button 421, the trouble classification list registration unit 101 adds one cause setting field 412b. Thereby, a plurality of cause names can be selected on one screen for one trouble name.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4A, when the delete button 422 is pressed while only one cause setting field 412b is displayed, the trouble classification list registration unit 101 is input to the cause name input field 423. Erase the data. Also, if the cause setting column 412b delete button 422 is pressed in a state in which a plurality of display, trouble classification list registration unit 101 deletes the data of the setting column 412b itself causes the deletion button 422 belongs . At this time, the trouble classification list registration unit 101 also deletes the display of the cause setting field 412b.
When the operator presses the registration button 412c, the trouble classification list registration unit 101 attaches a cause ID for identifying the cause name to the cause name input in the cause name input field 423, the cause name and Correlate cause IDs. Further, the trouble category list registration unit 101 correlates the cause name and cause ID with the trouble name selected in the trouble name selection field 412a and the trouble category ID corresponding to the trouble name in the trouble category list 500. Register (see FIG. 5). In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, not only the cause name (for example, -0002) but also the trouble name (for example, 0001) associated with the cause name by the cause ID (for example, 0001-0002). -) Can also be identified.

[Trouble-related operation index table]
3, operation indicator master table storage unit 103, the operation indicator master table indicating the name of the operational indicator that can be handled by the operating guidance effect display device 10, and stores in advance based on an operation input by the operator.
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of the operation index master table. As shown in FIG. 6, in this embodiment, the "operational indicator name field" of operational indicators master table 600, the work rate, T / H, product yield, defect rate, ○○ defect rate, and □ □ Defect occurrence rate is registered. In the “definition column” of the operation index master table 600, a definition formula of the operation index indicated by each operation index name is stored.
Here, the manufacturing work time is the time obtained by subtracting “planned work downtime” and “unplanned work downtime” from “working time” (“manufacturing work time” = “working time” − “planned work downtime”). Time "-" Unplanned work downtime "). As is apparent from the definition of the manufacturing operation time, if there is a trouble in the manufacturing line and there is an unplanned operation downtime, the manufacturing operation time is shortened. The defect occurrence rate is a percentage obtained by dividing the “total mass of products rejected by the shipping inspection” by the “total mass of manufactured products” (“defect occurrence rate” = “shipment”). Total mass of products that failed the inspection ”÷“ total mass of manufactured products ”× 100). Also, XX defect rate (□□ defect rate) is calculated by dividing “total mass of products that failed due to XX (□□) in shipping inspection” by “total mass of manufactured products”. ("XX defective rate (□□ defective rate)" = "Total mass of products rejected due to XX (□□) in shipping inspection" ÷ " Total mass of manufactured product "x 100). In FIG. 6, specific contents are not shown as the XX defect occurrence rate and the □□ defect occurrence rate, but XX and □□ include, for example, inspection items to be performed in the product shipping inspection.
As described above, the operation index includes at least one of product manufacturing efficiency, work efficiency in manufacturing the product, product yield, and product quality. In the example shown in FIG. 6, the work rate corresponds to the work efficiency, T / H corresponds to the manufacturing efficiency, the product yield corresponds to the yield, the defect occurrence rate, XX defect occurrence rate, and □□ defect Incidence corresponds to quality.
The contents of the operation index can be determined as appropriate depending on the product to be manufactured and the production line.
In FIG. 3, the trouble-related operation indicator table registration unit 104 stores the trouble-related operation indicator table in the trouble-related operation indicator table storage unit 105 based on the operation input by the operator.
FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example of a trouble-related operation index table registration screen. Specifically, FIG. 7A shows an example of a trouble-related operation index table registration screen before a related operation index is designated. FIG. 7B shows an example of the trouble-related operation index table registration screen after the related operation index is designated. FIG. 8 shows an example of the trouble-related operation index table. As shown in FIG. 8, the trouble-related operation index table 800 is for associating a trouble classification ID, a trouble name, a cause ID, a cause name, and a related operation index with each other. In the trouble-related operation index table 800, operation indices that are (largely) affected by the trouble caused by the cause identified by the cause ID are registered. In the trouble-related operation index table 800, for example, if welding fails due to insufficient care of equipment, it indicates that the work rate and product yield are greatly affected. Thus, what trouble caused by what kind of cause and what kind of operation index affects what kind of operation index “trouble classification ID, cause ID, cause ID, cause ID, It can be determined by the “operation index”.
The trouble-related operation index table registration screen 700 shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B is displayed based on a predetermined operation input by the operator. Trouble - related operational indicator table registering unit 104, trouble - upon display the relevant operational indicator table registration screen 700, reads all are associated with each other in trouble classification list 500 "Cause ID, trouble name, and causes the name" a . The “cause ID, trouble name, and cause name” read in this way is displayed in the “cause ID display field, trouble name display field, and cause name display field” of the related operation index input field 701. .
Further, the trouble-related operation index table registration unit 104 reads all the operation indices stored in the operation index master table 600 when displaying the trouble-related operation index table registration screen 700. In the “related operation index display field” of the related operation index input field 701, the name of the operation index read in this way is displayed. In the related operation index input field 701, a check box for the operator to specify an operation index that is determined to be (largely) affected by “cause ID, trouble name, and cause name” is displayed. The operator clicks a check box corresponding to the operation index determined to be (largely) affected by “cause ID, trouble name, and cause name”. Then, the check box is checked. In the example shown in FIG. 7B, the check box is filled with black.

Since there are a large number of sets of “cause ID, trouble name, and cause name” associated with each other in the trouble classification list 500, one trouble-related operation index table registration screen 700 displays all of them. Sometimes it cannot be displayed. In such a case, it is a matter of course that all display is performed by displaying a trouble-related operation index table registration screen 700 including a plurality of pages.
Here, all the operation indexes stored in the operation index master table 600 are displayed on the trouble-related operation index table registration screen 700 so that the operator can select at least one of all the operation indexes. . However, this is not always necessary. For example, in the trouble-related operation index table registration screen 700, one operation index may be associated with each “cause ID, trouble name, and cause name”. In this case, the “related operation index display field” of the “related operation index input field 701” of the trouble-related operation index table registration screen 700 is stored in the operation index master table 600 instead of the check box. A pull-down menu for causing the operator to select any one of the operation indexes being displayed may be displayed.

The content of the comparison formula 1 changes depending on the selection content to be compared, and is located in the lower hierarchy of the comparison target.
In addition, the operator inputs an outline of the work procedure in the manufacturing process in the work procedure input field 905.
When the operator presses the registration button 906, the guidance rule registration unit 106 inputs the work instruction information setting field 901, the timing / output destination setting field 903, the application condition setting field 904, and the work procedure input field 905. The content thus obtained is registered as a guidance rule in the guidance rule list 1000 in the guidance rule storage unit 107 together with a guidance ID for identifying the guidance rule (see FIG. 10). In FIG. 10, the guidance rule registration unit 106 displays the contents input in the work instruction information setting field 901, the timing / output destination setting field 903, the application condition setting field 904, and the work procedure input field 905. Although the case where the guidance rule list 1000 is configured by dividing it into two tables (the table of FIG. 10A and the table of FIG. 10B) is shown as an example, the guidance rule list 1000 may be configured by one table.
With registration guidance rule list 1000 as described above, the guidance rule registration section 106, related trouble information set by the setting section 902 corresponds to the "Troubleshooting Name and cause name", "Trouble classification ID and cause ID" trouble classification Extract from list 500. Then, the guidance rule registration unit 106 correlates the extracted “trouble classification ID and cause ID” with the same guidance ID as the guidance ID assigned to the guidance rule registered in the guidance rule list 1000, so that the guidance ID− It is registered in the guidance ID-related trouble information list 1100 in the related trouble information storage unit 108 (see FIG. 11).
In FIG. 9, when the operator presses the close button 907, the guidance rule registration unit 106 closes the guidance rule setting screen 900.
The guidance rule registration unit 106 having the above functions can be realized by using, for example, the CPU 11, the ROM 12, the RAM 13, the PD 14, and the display device 16. The guidance rule storage unit 107 and the guidance ID-related trouble information storage unit 108 can be realized by using, for example, the HD 15.
When the guidance rule setting screen 900 is configured to cancel the output of the guidance, the guidance rule registration unit 106 applies the list of guidance rules registered in the guidance rule list 1000 and the guidance rule. Displays a guidance output stop selection screen including individually provided check boxes. Then, the guidance rule registration unit 106 stops outputting the guidance rule checked on the guidance output stop selection screen until the check is removed.
[Guidance output]
In FIG. 3, the guidance output unit 109 sets guidance to be output from guidance rules stored in the guidance rule list 1000 based on information transmitted from the process management devices 20a to 20d. Extract rules. Then, according to the extracted guidance rule, the guidance output unit 109 transmits information necessary for performing guidance based on the guidance rule as guidance information to at least one of the process management devices 20a to 20d.
Also, the guidance output unit 109 extracts “trouble classification ID and cause ID” associated with the guidance ID attached to the extracted guidance rule from the guidance ID-related trouble information list 1100. The guidance output unit 109 then outputs the guidance date and time when the guidance information is transmitted, the guidance ID attached to the guidance rule extracted as described above, and the guidance rule list 1000 associated with the guidance ID. The work instruction information that is a registered message and the “trouble classification ID and cause ID” extracted as described above are associated with each other and registered in the guidance output result list 1200 in the guidance output result storage unit 110 ( (See FIG. 12).
The guidance output unit 109 having the above functions can be realized by using, for example, the CPU 11, the ROM 12, the RAM 13, the PD 14, and the communication I / F 18. Further, the guidance output result storage unit 110 can be realized by using, for example, the HD 15.
[Display effect by guidance]
In FIG. 3, the operation index / guidance result display unit 111 is a line graph showing the transition of the performance of the target operation index in the target period based on the operation input from the operator, and the target operation among the guidance performed in the target period. A bar graph or the like indicating the output status of guidance related to the index is displayed in parallel on one screen (see FIG. 14). As a result, the operator can evaluate, for example, that the guidance that started output shortly before the target operation index is improved was effective guidance. On the contrary, if the value of the target operation index does not change even if guidance is given, or the target operation index deteriorates, the operator can evaluate that the guidance was not effective in improving the target operation index. .
As shown in FIG. 3, the operation index / guidance result display unit 111 includes a menu display unit 112, a target period input unit 113, an operation index input unit 114, an operation index result acquisition unit 115, and a related guidance result extraction unit. 116 and a result display unit 117.
The menu display unit 112 displays a menu screen of an operation index transition / guidance result screen based on a predetermined operation input by the operator. FIG. 13 is a diagram illustrating an example of the menu screen of the operation index transition / guidance result screen.
The target period input unit 113 inputs the period selected by the period selection field 1311 displayed on the menu screen 1301 of the operation index transition / guidance result screen 1300. In the example shown in FIG. 13, when the operator clicks the ▽ part of the period selection field 1311, the target period input unit 113 displays a pull-down display of the start and end of a preset period in units of years and months. The operator selects a desired start and end one by one from the start and end of the period displayed in the pull-down display. The target period input unit 113 inputs the start and end of the period selected in this way as the target period.
The operation index input unit 114 inputs the name of the operation index selected by the operation index selection field 1312 displayed on the menu screen 1301. In the example shown in FIG. 13, when the operator clicks the ▽ part of the operation index selection column 1312, the operation index input unit 114 extracts the name of the operation index stored in the operation index master table 600. Then, the operation index input unit 114 pulls down the name of the extracted operation index. The operator selects one desired operation index from the names of operation indexes displayed in the pull-down display. The operation index input unit 114 inputs the operation index selected in this way as a target operation index.
Thereafter, when the display button 1313 is pressed by the operator, the following processing is performed.
First, the operation index result acquisition unit 115 acquires the results of the “target operation index input by the operation index input unit 114” in the target period input by the target period input unit 113 from the operation index result storage device 30. Then, the operation index result acquisition unit 115 aggregates the results of the target operation index in the target period every month, and derives the monthly transition of the results of the target operation index in the target period.
In the present embodiment, the result of the target operation index is acquired from the operation index result accumulation device 30 in this way. Therefore, the definition column of the operation index master table 600 shown in FIG. 6 is not always necessary. However, when the operation guidance effect display device 10 acquires the variables described in the definition column of the operation index master table 600 by communication from an external device or operator's operation input, it is necessary to describe this definition column. Become. For example, when T / H is calculated, the production amount and the manufacturing work time are used as variables described in the definition column of the operation index master table 600, and the operation index results are obtained by communication from an external device or operator operation input. Obtained by the obtaining unit 115. And the results of T / H are obtained by substituting the production amount and the manufacturing work time into the definition formula described in the definition column of T / H.
The related guidance performance extraction unit 116 extracts “trouble classification ID and cause ID” correlated with the target operation index input by the operation index input unit 114 from the trouble-related operation index table 800. Next, the related guidance result extracting unit 116 extracts a guidance ID correlated with the extracted “trouble classification ID and cause ID” from the guidance ID-related trouble information list 1100. Next, the related guidance result extracting unit 116 extracts “message and output date / time” correlated with the extracted guidance ID from the guidance output result list 1200 as the guidance output status.
In this embodiment, the guidance output record list 1200 shows an example in which a guidance ID, a trouble classification ID and a cause ID, and a message are registered in association with each other. However, if the guidance ID and the output date / time are registered in association with each other in the guidance output result list 1200, other information does not necessarily need to be stored in the guidance output result list 1200. For example, when the trouble classification ID and the cause ID are not registered in the guidance output result list 1200, the related guidance result extraction unit 116 associates the “trouble classification” that is correlated with the target operation index input by the operation index input unit 114. The guidance ID correlated with the “ID and cause ID” can be extracted from the guidance ID-related trouble information list 1100. When the message is not registered in the guidance output record list 1200, the related guidance record extraction unit 116 extracts the guidance ID as described above, and is registered in the guidance rule list 1000 in association with the extracted guidance ID. Messages can be extracted.
Also, instead of “guidance output date”, a period during which the same guidance output continues may be derived and output. Whether or not the guidance output is continued can be determined, for example, based on whether or not the interval of the output date and time is within a predetermined range. The determination can also be made based on whether or not the guidance rule output is stopped.
The result display unit 117 changes the display of the operation index transition / guidance result screen based on the content input to the menu screen 1301. FIG. 14 is a diagram illustrating an example of the operation index transition / guidance result screen after the target period and the target operation index are selected. Here, a case where “□□ defective occurrence rate” is selected as the target operation index is shown as an example.
Based on the “monthly results of the target operation index in the target period” tabulated by the operation index result acquisition unit 115, the result display unit 117 displays a line graph 1411 representing the transition of the target operation index in the target period. Displayed in the operation index transition display area 1401 of the operation index transition / guidance result screen 1400 with the target period as the horizontal axis.
Further, the result display unit 117 displays the message 1422 and bar graphs 1421a and 1421b indicating the period during which the message is output based on the “message and output date / time” extracted by the related guidance result extraction unit 116. It is displayed in the related guidance result display area 1402 of the operation index transition / guidance result screen 1400.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a bar graph indicating a period during which the message is output below the horizontal axis in accordance with the scale of the horizontal axis of the line graph 1411 displayed in the operation index transition display area 1401. 1421a and 1421b are displayed. Further, the contents of messages corresponding to the bar graphs 1421a and 1421b are displayed beside the bar graphs 1421a and 1421b. In the example shown in FIG. 14, the period during which a message is output is indicated by bar graphs 1421a and 1421b. However, the bar graphs 1421a and 1421b do not necessarily indicate that the message is continuously output. For example, the bar graphs 1421a and 1421b may indicate a period during which a message is output as scheduled. Further, it is not always necessary to display the bar graphs 1421a and 1421b for the period in which the message is output. For example, a point may be displayed at a position corresponding to the time when the message is actually output. Thus, the output status of the guidance only needs to include at least the content of the guidance and information on the timing at which the guidance is output. The guidance output status may include, for example, at least one of a location where the guidance is output and a manufacturing process performed at the location where the guidance is output.
13 and 14, when the close button 1314 is pressed by the operator, the result display unit 117 ends the display of the operation index transition / guidance result screens 1300 and 1400.
The operation index / guidance result display unit 111 having the above functions can be realized by using, for example, the CPU 11, the ROM 12, the RAM 13, the PD 14, the HD 15, and the display device 16.
[Operation flowchart]
Next, an example of the operation of the operation guidance effect display device 10 when registering the trouble classification list 500 will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
First, in step S1501, the trouble classification list registration unit 101 displays a trouble classification list registration screen 401 as shown in FIG. 4A based on a predetermined operation input by the operator.
Next, in step S1502, the trouble classification list registration unit 101 receives an input of a trouble name by the operator in the trouble name input field 411a.
Next, in step S1503, the trouble classification list registration unit 101 determines whether or not the registration button 411b has been pressed by the operator. If the registration button 411b is pressed as a result of the determination, the process advances to step S1504, and the trouble classification list registration unit 101 identifies the trouble name with respect to the trouble name input in the trouble name input field 411a. The trouble classification ID is attached. Then, the trouble category list registration unit 101 registers these trouble category IDs and trouble names in the trouble category list 500 in association with each other (see FIG. 5). Then, the process proceeds to step S1505.
On the other hand, if the registration button 411b is not pressed in step S1503, the trouble name is not registered, so step S1504 is omitted and the process proceeds to step S1505.
In step S1505, the trouble classification list registration unit 101 accepts an operator input to the cause name registration field 412. Specifically, the trouble classification list registration unit 101 accepts an operator input of a trouble name in the trouble name selection field 412a and an input of a cause name in the cause setting field 412b. The input method to the cause name registration field 412 is as described with reference to FIG.
Next, in step S1506, the trouble classification list registration unit 101 determines whether or not the registration button 412c has been pressed by the operator. If the registration button 412c is pressed as a result of this determination, the process advances to step S1507, and the trouble classification list registration unit 101 identifies the cause name input in the cause name input field 423 and the cause name. The cause ID, the trouble name selected in the trouble name selection field 412a, and the trouble classification ID for identifying the trouble name are associated with each other and registered in the trouble classification list 500 (see FIG. 5). Then, the process proceeds to step S1508.
On the other hand, if the registration button 412c is not pressed in step S1506, the cause name is not registered, so step S1507 is omitted and the process proceeds to step S1508.
In step S1508, the trouble classification list registration unit 101 determines whether or not the list display button 413 is pressed by the operator. [
[Summary]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the trouble classification ID for identifying the type of trouble and the cause ID for identifying the cause of the trouble are determined based on the product production efficiency, the work efficiency in producing the product, and the product yield. And an operation index including at least one of product quality and a guidance ID for identifying a guidance rule are correlated with each other. When the operator specifies the target period and the target operation index, the result of the target operation index in the target period is acquired. Further, the “trouble classification ID and cause ID” associated with the target operation index is extracted. Then, a message output during the target period is extracted based on the guidance rule identified by the guidance ID associated with the extracted “trouble classification ID and cause ID”. The line graph 1411 indicating the transition of the performance of the target operation index in the target period, the bar graphs 1421a and 1421b indicating the period during which the message was output, and the message 1422 corresponding to the bar graphs 1421a and 1421b are provided in parallel. Display on the screen.
Therefore, the operator can grasp what kind of message the specified target operation index has improved by looking at the line graph 1411, the bar graphs 1421a and 1421b, and the contents of the message 1422. Therefore, the operator can evaluate the effect of the guidance given to the operator in the production line 50.
At this time, the line graph 1411, the bar graphs 1421a and 1421b, and the message 1422 are displayed on one screen, so that the operator can easily compare them. In addition, since the operation index and the message are associated with each other by both the trouble classification ID and the cause ID, not only the type of trouble but also the “operation index and message” having the same cause of the trouble are obtained. Can be displayed. Therefore, the effect of the guidance can be more accurately evaluated by the operator than when the operation index and the message are associated with each other only by the trouble classification ID.
In the present embodiment, the case where one type of product is manufactured on the manufacturing line 50 has been described as an example. However, the present embodiment can be applied even when a plurality of types of products are manufactured on the manufacturing line 50. In this case, for example, the operation index result accumulating device 30 stores the monthly results of the operation index in the database for each product. Also, an operation index master table 600, a trouble-related operation index table 800, a guidance ID-related trouble information list 1100, and a guidance output result list 1200 are created for each product. Then, on the menu screen 1301 of the operation index transition / guidance result screen 1300, after specifying the product, the target period and the target operation index are specified.
(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the first embodiment, the target operation index is designated on the menu screen 1301 of the operation index transition / guidance result screen 1300, and a message mutually associated with the operation index via the trouble classification ID and the cause ID is displayed. I tried to extract. On the other hand, in this embodiment, a message is designated and the operation index mutually associated with the message is extracted via the trouble classification ID and the cause ID. As described above, the present embodiment and the first embodiment are mainly different in the process of displaying the transition of the performance of the operation index, the content of the message that is the performance of the guidance, and the output period. Therefore, in the description of the present embodiment, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIGS.

When the operator presses the add button 2211a, the message input unit 1904 adds one message selection column 2012. FIG. 21 shows an example in which a message selection field 2012b is added. Thereby, the operator can select a plurality of messages.
When the delete button 2212 is pressed while only one message selection column 2012 is displayed, the message input unit 1904 deletes the data input in the message selection column 2012. When the delete button 2212 is pressed while a plurality of message selection fields 2012 are displayed, the message input unit 1904 deletes the data in the message selection field 2012 itself to which the delete button 2212 belongs. At this time, the message input unit 1904 also deletes the display of the message selection field 2012.
Thereafter, when the display button 2013 is pressed by the operator, the following processing is performed.
First, the guidance result extraction unit 1905 extracts, from the guidance output result list 1200, the output date and time that is the output result in the target period of the target message selected in the message selection field 2012.
Next, the related operation index acquisition unit 1906 extracts “trouble classification ID and cause ID” correlated with the message selected in the message selection field 2012 from the guidance output record list 1200.
