Abstract
Die Anmeldung betrifft ein Antennen-Bauelement (1) sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Antennen-Bauelements (1) mit einer dreidimensionalen Antenne. Das Verfahren umfasst die Schritte: Ausbildung einer in Form einer ersten Antennenstruktur ausgeformten ersten elektrisch leitfähigen Schicht (12) auf einer ersten thermoplastischen Trägerfolie, Einlegen eines so gebildeten ersten Folienkörpers mit der ersten thermoplastischen Trägerfolie und der ersten in Form der ersten Antennenstruktur ausgeformten ersten elektrisch leitfähigen Schicht (12) in eine erste Tiefziehform und Thermoformen des ersten Folienkörpers gemäß den Konturen der ersten Tiefziehform unter Einsatz von Hitze und eines Vakuums, Einlegen des derart verformten ersten Folienkörpers (10') in eine Spritzgussform und Hinterspritzen des verformten ersten Folienkörpers (10') mit einem Spritzgussmaterial zur Ausbildung eines Trägerelements.
