Abstract

Procédé pour fabriquer un objet thermoformé métallisé, telle qu'une antenne, comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : a) fourniture d'un substrat (10), en polymère thermoplastique, b) dépôt localisé d'une encre (20), électriquement conductrice, comprenant au moins un solvant et des particules électriquement conductrices, sur le substrat, par exemple, par sérigraphie, c) thermoformage du substrat (10) par une source (30) de rayonnement infrarouge et/ou de chaleur, de manière à obtenir un objet thermoformé recouvert localement par des métallisations électriquement conductrices, des nanoparticules (40) absorbant le rayonnement infrarouge et/ou la chaleur étant disposées, en contact avec l'encre (20) déposée, entre le substrat (10) et la source (30) de rayonnement infrarouge et/ou de chaleur.
