Abstract

본 발명에 따른 3D 비디오 데이터를 처리하는 디지털 수신기의 일 예는, 제1 채널을 통하여 제1 3D 서비스 및 그를 위한 제1 시그널링 데이터를 포함한 제1 방송 신호를 수신하고, 제2 채널을 통해 상기 제1 3D 서비스와 관련된 제2 3D 서비스 및 그를 위한 제2 시그널링 데이터를 포함한 제2 방송 신호를 수신하는 수신부; 제1 방송 신호와 제2 방송 신호로부터 각각 3D 서비스 데이터와 시그널링 데이터를 역다중화하는 역다중화부; 역다중화된 제1 시그널링 데이터에 기초하여 제2 방송 신호가 수신되는 채널 정보를 획득하여 제2 방송 신호의 수신을 제어하고, 제2 시그널링 데이터에 기초하여 수신된 제2 방송 신호 내 3D 서비스 데이터가 디스플레이 화면상의 소정 위치에서 출력되도록 제어하는 제어부; 각 3D 서비스 데이터를 디코딩하는 디코더; 상기 디스플레이 화면의 출력 포맷에 따라 디코딩된 각 3D 서비스 데이터를 포맷팅하는 포맷터; 및 포맷팅된 각 3D 서비스 데이터를 화면상에 출력하는 디스플레이부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 3D 비디오 데이터를 처리하는 디지털 수신기의 다른 예는, 제1 채널을 통하여 제1 3D 서비스 및 그를 위한 제1 시그널링 데이터를 포함한 제1 방송 신호를 수신하고, 제2 채널을 통해 상기 제1 3D 서비스와 관련된 제2 3D 서비스 및 그를 위한 제2 시그널링 데이터를 포함한 제2 방송 신호를 수신하는 수신부; 제1 방송 신호와 제2 방송 신호로부터 각각 3D 서비스 데이터와 시그널링 데이터를 역다중화하는 역다중화부; 역다중화된 제1 시그널링 데이터에 기초하여 수신되는 제2 방송 신호를 3D 확장 서비스로 변환되어 화면상의 소정 위치에서 출력되도록 제어하는 제어부; 각 3D 서비스 데이터를 디코딩하는 디코더; 상기 디스플레이 화면의 출력 포맷에 따라 디코딩된 각 3D 서비스 데이터를 포맷팅하는 포맷터; 및 포맷팅된 각 3D 서비스 데이터를 화면상에 출력하는 디스플레이부;를 포함한다.
