Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la producción y purificación de proteínas recombinantes en plantas, mediante la producción de plantas transgénicas que expresan las proteínas recombinantes fusionadas con proteínas asociadas al gránulo de almidón a través de una secuencia reconocida por una proteasa. Este procedimiento permite la purificación de la proteína mediante etapas simples de homogeneización, centrifugación y tratamiento con la proteasa. Así mismo, la invención se refiere a los vectores, hospedadores, células y plantas empleados en dicho procedimiento.
