Definitions
- the present invention relates to a base station, a relay station, and a method in a mobile communication system.
- a base station (eNB) and a mobile station are used to expand cell coverage and / or to load balance a base station (eNB).
- a relay node (RN) between the two.
- the base station (eNB) in this case functions as a master station and may be referred to as a donor base station (Donnor eNodeB: DeNB).
- the user apparatus (UE) is typically a mobile station, but may be a fixed station.
- the user apparatus (UE) may be any appropriate apparatus such as a mobile phone, an information terminal, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, and a portable personal computer.
- the radio interface between the base station (eNB) and the relay station (RN) is referred to as “Un”.
- the radio interface between the relay station (RN) and the mobile station (UE) is referred to as “RN-Un”.
- the base station In order to perform radio communication with the base station (eNB), it is necessary to appropriately set a radio bearer or a logical path after receiving a notification signal from the base station (eNB) and being able to access the base station (eNB). is there. That is, various parameters in each sublayer such as RLC, MAC, and PDCP sublayer need to be matched with the base station (eNB).
- the logical path must be set not only by the user equipment (UE) but also by the relay station (RN). In this case, the setting of the logical path of the user apparatus (UE) and the setting of the logical path of the relay station (RN) are at least partially different.
- the relay station (RN) uses the time division duplex (TDD) method to achieve reception from the base station (eNB) and transmission to the user equipment (UE) in a half-duplex method using the same frequency. To do. At that time, the relay station (RN) needs to receive a signal from the base station (eNB) by using a subframe that can be configured to transmit MBSFN (Multimedia Broadcast multicast service Single Frequency Network). On the other hand, there is no such restriction in the user apparatus (UE). Therefore, the logical path settings of the relay station (RN) and the user equipment (UE) are different at least with respect to the usage of the subframe. In addition to subframe settings, for example, information indicating resource usage in semi-persistent scheduling (SPS), information indicating sounding reference signal (SRS) resources, and configuration information in the MAC sublayer may be different. There is sex.

- the base station (eNB) transmits the first RRC message in step S11
- the base station (eNB) does not wait for reception of a response message (RRC Procedure Complete) to the first RRC message.

Thereafter, the base station (eNB) transmits the second RRC message in step S23. Therefore, the time when both the relay station (RN) can acquire the first and second RRC messages is later than in the sequence of FIG. However, in the case of the sequence of FIG. 2, when the response signal (RRC Procedure Complete) for the first RRC message does not reach the base station (eNB), the base station (eNB) transmits the second RRC message in vain. This is advantageous in that it can be avoided.

- the base station (eNB) first transmits the first setting information common to the user apparatus (UE) and the relay station (RN) to the individual first RRC message. To the relay station (RN). By setting the logical path according to the first setting information, the relay station (RN) can communicate with the base station (eNB) in the same manner as the user apparatus (UE). next, The base station (eNB) transmits second setting information dedicated to the relay station (RN) to the relay station (RN) by using an individual second RRC message. By re-setting the logical path according to the second setting information in addition to the first setting information, it becomes possible to communicate with the base station (eNB) as the relay station (RN).

- the relay station (RN) When setting failed> ⁇ 2.1 Reconnection request for each message >> As described with reference to FIGS. 1-3, the relay station (RN) appropriately receives the first RRC message (RRC Procedure) and the second RRC message (Un Configuration) and sets up a logical path. Thus, it can function as a relay station (RN). Therefore, when both or one of the first and second RRC messages cannot be properly received, it cannot function as an appropriate relay station (RN). In such a case, in the example described below, the relay station (RN) can prompt the retransmission of the first and second RRC messages by using the RRC message for reconnection.
