Abstract

本发明属于移动终端技术领域,公开了一种移动终端及其关机装置和方法,所述装置包括开关机按键以及一延时电路,所述装置还包括第一电感以及一与所述主控芯片连接的第一MOS管;其中,所述延时电路用于调整器件参数设置一延时时间,若所述开关机按键按下的时间超过该延时时间,所述第一电感控制所述第一MOS管断开与所述主控芯片的连接,进而实现关机。本发明通过设置一延时电路,通过该延时电路设置一延时时间,当按键按下的时间超过所述延时间时,断开主控芯片BB的连接,进而切断HOLD信号的输出,从而关闭PMU,用户在移动终端死机时,只需长时间按下按键即可关机,无需拆卸电池。

Description

一种移动终端及其关机装置及方法
技术领域
本发明属于移动终端技术领域,具体涉及一种移动终端及其关机装置及方法。
背景技术
随着移动终端技术的不断发展,用户对移动终端功能的要求也越来越高。
现有技术中,手机等便携设备硬件设计的开机方法一般是:
按下开关机键启动电源芯片(PMU)后,PMU给主控芯片BB供电,同时通知BB启动。当BB完成正常启动操作后,会输出一个HOLD信号给PMU,通知PMU系统已启动,整个系统启动完成。在设备正常运行过程中,该HOLD信号会一直
保持。系统启动时,如果BB没有正常启动,就不会输出HOLD信号。PMU启动后经过一定的时间,如果没有收到HOLD信号,会自动关闭;在设备运行过程中,如果HOLD信号被切断,PMU也会自动关闭。整个系统的电源也就关掉,系
统关机。
手机等移动终端在某些情况下会出现系统死机,甚至开关机键失效的情况,正常的开关机键无法关机重启设备。出现这种情况后,因为开关机键已经失效,往往需要打开设备外壳拔掉电池来实现关机,再重新装上电池才能重新开机。某些
手机或便携设备,因外壳设计原因,外壳拆装非常麻烦。
如何提供一种在移动终端出现异常状况时,仍能够正常关机的方法,是移动终端技术领域研究的方向之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种移动终端的关机装置,旨在移动终端出现异常状况时,仍能够正常关机。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种移动终端的关机装置,包括开关机按键,包括一延时电路,所述装置还包括第一电感以及一与所述主控芯片连接的第一MOS管;
其中,所述延时电路用于调整器件参数设置一延时时间,若所述开关机按键按下的时间超过该延时时间,所述第一电感控制所述第一MOS管断开与所述主控芯片的连接,进而实现关机。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括一关机装置,所述装置包括开关机按键以及一延时电路,所述装置还包括第一电感以及一与所述主控芯片连接的第一MOS管;
其中,所述延时电路用于调整器件参数设置一延时时间,若所述开关机按键按下的时间超过该延时时间,所述第一电感控制所述第一MOS管断开与所述主控芯片的连接,进而实现关机。
本发明实施例的还一目的在于提供一种移动终端的关机方法,所述终端包括一延时电路,所述方法包括以下步骤:
所述延时电路调整器件参数设置一延时时间;
若所述开关机按键按下的时间超过所述延时时间,所述终端的第一电感控制所述终端的第一MOS管断开与所述主控芯片的连接,进而实现关机,其中,所述主控芯片连所述第一MOS管。
本发明实施例通过设置一延时电路,通过该延时电路设置一延时时间,当按键按下的时间超过所述延时间时,断开主控芯片BB的连接,进而切断HOLD信号的输出,从而关闭PMU,用户在移动终端死机时,只需长时间按下按键,无需拆
卸电池,效率高,极大的方便了用户的使用。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1示出了本发明实施例提供的移动终端的关机装置的结构。
所述装置包括开关机按键Power On_Key,包括一延时电路,所述装置还包括第一电感U1以及一与主控芯片BB连接的第一MOS管Q1;
其中,所述延时电路用于调整器件参数设置一延时时间,若所述开关机按键Power On_Key按下的时间超过该延时时间,所述第一电感U1控制所述第一MOS Q1管断开与所述主控芯片BB的连接,进而实现关机。
所述延时电路包括第一电阻R1和第一电容C1,所述第一电阻R1和所述第一电容C1分别连接所述第一电感U1。
其中,所述延时时间大于所述终端正常开关机的按键按下时间。R1、C1组成延时电路,可调整器件参数改变延时时间,若正常按住Power On_Key的关机时间为3.0秒,则本发明实施例设置的延时时间为延时4.7秒。开关机键Power On_Key
失效后,按住开关机键Power On_Key4.7秒后,把第一电容C1输入拉低,通过U1关断第一MOS管Q1,从而把BB到PMU的HOLD信号切断。
本发明实施例充分利用HOLD信号的作用,在开关机键Power On_Key失效时,长时间按住开关机键Power On_Key,通过延时电路,断开所述主控芯片BB的连接,切断主控芯片BB送出的HOLD信号,进而让PMU关闭,停掉电源,实现关
机。对于外壳设计复杂或拆机不方便的设备,系统死机时不用拆外壳就能实现关机,恢复系统。
本发明实施例还提供一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括本发明实施例提供的关机装置,鉴于该装置在上文已有详细的描述,此处不再赘述。
图2示出了本发明实施例提供的移动终端的关机方法的流程。
在步骤S201中,所述延时电路(R1和C1)调整器件参数设置一延时时间;
在步骤S202中,若所述开关机按键按下的时间超过所述延时时间,所述终端的第一电感U1控制所述终端的第一MOS管断开与所述主控芯片的连接,进而实现关机,其中,所述主控芯片连所述第一MOS管Q1。
其中,所述延时电路包括第一电阻和第一电容,所述第一电阻和所述第一电容分别连接所述第一电感。
优选的,所述延时时间大于所述终端正常开关机的按键按下时间。
本发明实施例通过设置一延时电路,通过该延时电路设置一延时时间,当按键按下的时间超过所述延时间时,断开主控芯片BB的连接,进而切断HOLD信号的输出,从而关闭PMU,用户在移动终端死机时,只需长时间按下按键,无需拆
卸电池,效率高,极大的方便了用户的使用。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种移动终端的关机装置,包括开关机按键,其特征在于,包括一延时电路,所述装置还包括第一电感以及一与所述主控芯片连接的第一MOS管;
    其中,所述延时电路用于调整器件参数设置一延时时间,若所述开关机按键按下的时间超过该延时时间,所述第一电感控制所述第一MOS管断开与所述主控芯片的连接,进而实现关机。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端的关机装置,其特征在于,所述延时电路包括第一电阻和第一电容,所述第一电阻和所述第一电容分别连接所述第一电感。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端的关机装置,其特征在于,所述延时时间大于所述终端正常开关机的按键按下时间。
  4. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括一关机装置,所述装置包括开关机按键以及一延时电路,所述装置还包括第一电感以及一与所述主控芯片连接的第一MOS管;
    其中,所述延时电路用于调整器件参数设置一延时时间,若所述开关机按键按下的时间超过该延时时间,所述第一电感控制所述第一MOS管断开与所述主控芯片的连接,进而实现关机。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述延时电路包括第一电阻和第一电容,所述第一电阻和所述第一电容分别连接所述第一电感。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述延时时间大于所述终端正常开关机的按键按下时间。
  7. 一种移动终端的关机方法,其特征在于,所述终端包括一延时电路,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    所述延时电路调整器件参数设置一延时时间;
    若所述开关机按键按下的时间超过所述延时时间,所述终端的第一电感控制所述终端的第一MOS管断开与所述主控芯片的连接,进而实现关机,其中,所述主控芯片连所述第一MOS管。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的移动终端的关机方法,其特征在于,所述延时电路包括第一电阻和第一电容,所述第一电阻和所述第一电容分别连接所述第一电感。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的移动终端的关机方法,其特征在于,所述延时时间大于所述终端正常开关机的按键按下时间。
