1、 根据日志信息中包括的随机接入失败原因对小区的随机接入参数进 行优化。 该优化过程为通过对用户上报的随机接入日志信息的分析, 网络可 以发现因资源不足或邻小区千扰造成的随机接入失败情况从而分配更加合理 的随机接入资源。 下面对根据不同的接入失败原因对小区的随机接入参数进 行优化的过程进行说明。 如果随机接入失败原因为邻小区千扰, 则说明本小区与邻小区的随机接 入资源冲突, 这时候网络侧设备协调目标小区与邻小区的随机接入参数, 以 避免随机接入资源冲突; 如果随机接入失败原因为小区资源不足, 则说明本小区为热点区域, 这 时候网络侧设备可以协调目标小区与周边邻小区的随机接入参数 (例如, 随 机接入前导个数, 随机接入前导索引集合, 前导功率偏移信息, 最大前导发 送次数, 和 /或前导响应接收窗大小等), 以增加目标小区的随机接入资源。 2、根据 UE上报的日志信息中的随机接入成功率在一定时间范围内的变 化规律对小区的随机接入参数进行优化。 该优化过程为网络侧设备通过随机 接入成功率在较长的时间范围 (例如, 一天, 一周) 内的变化规律, 再按照 这种规律对随机接入资源进行半静态的分配, 可以在保证用户满意度的前提 下更有效的利用资源。 例如多个小区的随机接入资源的总数一定, 而在办公 楼密集区所属小区白天通信话务量大, 而在居民区密集区所属小区夜间通信 话务量大, 可以根据此规律对不同小区的随机接入资源进行半静态分配。 在 白天给办公楼密集区所属小区更多的随机接入资源, 在夜间给居民区密集区 所属小区更多的随机接入资源, 其中, 上述资源包括以下至少之一: 随机接 入前导个数, 随机接入前导索引集合, 前导功率偏移信息, 最大前导发送次 数, 前导响应接收窗大小等。 本实施例对根据 UE上报的日志信息进行统计信息, 对小区随机参数进 行优化进行了说明, 具有方法实施例一的全部有益效果, 此处不再重述。 方法实施例三: 本实施例将在方法实施例一的基础上, 对 UE向网络侧设备上报日志信 息的时机进行说明。 上述时机既可以是 UE主动上报日志信息, 也可以为 UE 接到网络侧设备的通知后被动上报日志信息, 或者是两者的组合。 本实施例中, 当满足预设触发条件时, UE向网络侧设备上报日志信息, 其中, 触发条件包括以下至少之一: 日志信息达到预设数量; 到达了上报日 志信息的周期; UE当前没有业务; UE处于业务低活跃期, 网络侧设备根据 随机接入资源的占用程度, 通知 UE上报日志信息的感兴趣条目。 本实施例对才艮据 UE上 4艮的日志信息的日期进行了说明, 具有方法实施 例一的全部有益效果, 此处不再重述。 方法实施例四: 本实施例将给出一个完整的小区随机接入参数优化的方法。 该方法包括 三个步 4聚, 下面对本实施例中的方法包括的三个步 4聚进行说明。 步骤一、 UE记录随机接入日志。 图 2为根据本发明方法实施例四小区 随机接入参数优化方法中 UE记录随机接入日志的流程图, 如图 2所示, 该 流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S202, 通信小区建立, 配置一整套随机接入相关的参数集; 步骤 S204, UE开机, 成功驻留小区, 读取系统广播, 存贮其中随机接 入的配置; 步骤 S206, UE在 Attach过程会按照之前接收到的配置发起随机接入; 步骤 S208, 在随机接入过程中, 网络侧设备请求 UE打开记录随机接入 日志信息及上报的功能; 步骤 S210, 若 UE不接受上述请求则关闭记录随机接入相关日志信息及 上 4艮的功能, 流程结束; 如果接受, 则进入步骤 S212; 步骤 S212 , UE记录此后发生的所有随机接入整个过程中的日志信息, 直至网络发起关闭记录随机接入日志信息及上报的功能的请求。 步骤二、 UE上传随机接入日志。 图 3 为根据本发明方法实施例四小区 随机接入参数优化方法中 UE上传随机接入日志的流程图, 如图 3所示, 该 流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S302 , UE打开记录随机接入日志信息的功能; 步骤 S304, UE按照记录配置记录的随机接入相关日志信息; 步骤 S306, 判断日志信息是否达到了向网络上报的触发条件, 例如, 随 机接入相关日志条目是否达到一定数量, 上一次上报成功后设置的定时器是 否超时, 当前 UE没有业务发起或当前时间是否处于 UE业务低活跃时段等, 但不限于上述触发条件,如果是,执行步骤 S308,如果不是,执行步骤 S304; 步骤 S308 , UE向网络指示将上传随机接入日志信息, 指示信息中可包 含需要上传信息的简要描述, 例如, 文件大小, 日志时间有效性, 随机接入 成功与失败次数的统计等; 步骤 S310, 网络侧设备根据自身系统资源占用程度, 以及感兴趣的信息 条目, 通知 UE在合适的时间段内对随机接入日志信息中指定的条目进行上 传; 步骤 S312 , UE在网络规定的时间段内完成随机接入日志信息的上传。 步骤三、 网络侧设备优化小区随机接入参数。 图 4为根据本发明方法实 施例四小区随机接入参数优化方法中网络侧设备优化小区随机接入参数的流 程图。 如图 4所示, 该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S402 , 网络对 UE上传的随机接入日志信息进行分析; 步骤 S404, 如果随机接入失败原因为邻小区千扰, 则网络侧设备协调目 标小区与邻小区的随机接入参数, 以避免随机接入资源冲突, 流程结束; 步骤 S406, 如果随机接入失败原因为小区资源不足, 则网络侧设备协调 目标小区与周边邻小区的随机接入参数, 以增加目标小区的随机接入资源, 流程结束; 步 4聚 S408, 网络侧设备统计随机接入数量在预设时间段的变化趋势, 并 由变化趋势对随机接入资源进行半静态分配, 流程结束; 步骤 S410, 若需对 UE记录随机接入功能进行调整, 例如, 关闭记录功 能, 改变上报定时器长度, 改变随机接入日志条目门限以及写入日志的过滤 器设置等, 但不限于此, 网络侧设备将向 UE发送新的请求, 流程结束。 本实施例为方法实施例一至三的实现方式, 具有上述实施例的全部有益 效果, jtb处不再重述。 系统实施例一: 图 5为本发明系统实施例一小区随机接入参数优化系统的示意图。 如图 5所示, 该系统包括 UE和网络侧设备。 下面对该系统进行说明。 UE包括接入模块 502、 记录模块 504、 上 4艮模块 506。 接入模块 502设 置为发起针对目标小区的随机接入操作; 记录模块 504连接至接入模块 502 , 设置为记录随机接入操作过程中的日志信息; 上报模块 506连接至记录模块 504 , 设置为向网络侧设备上报日志信息。 网络侧设备, 设置为根据日志信 息对 '〗、区随机接入参数进行优化。 本实施例中, UE 在发起随机接入过程时, 将记录随机接入的时间, 发 起随机接入的原因, 当前驻留的小区标识, 随机接入结果, 随机接入失败原 因等信息。 在合适的时机, 用户将上述信息报告给网络侧设备, 后者可借助 这些信息分析 UE在进行随机接入时遇到的问题, 查找小区参数配置方面的 不足, 进而对随机接入相关的参数进行有效优化, 从而有效提高小区资源的 利用率。 系统实施例二: 本实施例将在系统实施例一的基础上, 对 UE上报日志信息的时机和网 络侧设备对随机接入参数优化的内容进行说明。 本实施例中, 上报模块还设置为当满足预设触发条件时, 向网络侧设备 上报日志信息。 其中, 触发条件包括以下至少之一: 日志信息达到预设数量; 到达了上报日志信息的周期; UE当前没有业务; 或 UE处于业务低活跃期; 根据随机接入资源的占用程度, 网络侧设备通知 UE上报日志信息的感兴趣 条目。 网络侧设备包括: 识别模块, 设置为识别随机接入失败原因, 其中, 日 志信息包括随机接入失败原因; 优化模块, 设置为: 如果随机接入失败原因 为邻小区千扰, 协调目标小区与邻小区的随机接入参数, 以避免随机接入资 源冲突; 或如果随机接入失败原因为小区资源不足, 协调目标小区与周边邻 小区的随机接入参数, 以增加目标小区的随机接入资源。 网络侧设备包括: 统计模块, 设置为统计随机接入数量在预设时间段的 变化趋势, 其中, 日志信息包括随机接入数量对应的随机接入时间; 优化模 块, 设置为根据变化趋势对随机接入资源进行半静态分配。 本实施例实现的方法可以参照方法实施例一至四, 并具有上述实施例的 全部有益效果, 此处不再重述。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域 的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围 之内。

Claims

用户设备 UE记录针对目标小区的随机接入操作过程中的日志信 息;

所述网络侧设备根据所述日志信息对小区随机接入参数进行优 化。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述日志信息包括随机接入失败 原因, 所述网络侧设备根据日志信息中所述随机接入失败原因对小区 随机接入参数进行优化包括:
如果所述随机接入失败原因为邻小区千扰, 所述网络侧设备协调 所述目标小区与所述邻小区的随机接入参数, 以避免随机接入资源冲 突; 或
如果所述随机接入失败原因为小区资源不足, 所述网络侧设备协 调所述目标小区与周边邻小区的随机接入参数, 以增加所述目标小区 的随机接入资源。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述日志信息包括随机接入时间, 所述网络侧设备根据日志信息中随机接入时间对小区随机接入参数进 行优化包括:
所述网络侧设备统计随机接入数量在预设时间段的变化趋势, 并 根据所述变化趋势对随机接入资源进行半静态分配。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 当满足预设触发条件时, 所述 UE 向网络侧设备上报所述日志信息,

6. 根据权利要求 1-5 中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述网络侧设备对所 述 UE上报日志信息功能进行设置, 所述设置包括以下至少之一: 开 启 /关闭记录功能, 更改上 4艮定时器长度, 更改日志条目门限和 /或更改 日志信息过滤器设置。
7. 根据权利要求 1-5 中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述随机接入参数包 括以下至少之一: 随机接入前导个数, 随机接入前导索引集合, 随机 接入前导分组情况以及不同分组的前导长度, 前导功率偏移信息, 最 大前导发送次数, 前导响应接收窗大小。
8. —种小区随机接入参数优化的系统, 包括 UE和网络侧设备, 其中, 所述 UE, 包括:
接入模块, 设置为发起针对目标小区的随机接入操作; 记录模块, 设置为记录所述随机接入操作过程中的日志信息; 上报模块, 设置为向所述网络侧设备上报所述日志信息; 所述网络侧设备, 设置为根据所述日志信息对小区随机接入参数 进行优化。
9 .根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中,
所述网络侧设备包括: 识别模块, 设置为识别随机接入失败原因, 其中, 所述日志信息 包括所述随机接入失败原因;
优化模块, 设置为如果所述随机接入失败原因为邻小区千扰, 协 调所述目标小区与所述邻小区的随机接入参数, 以避免随机接入资源 冲突; 或设置为如果所述随机接入失败原因为小区资源不足, 协调所 述目标小区与周边邻小区的随机接入参数, 以增加所述目标小区的随 机接入资源。
10.根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中,
所述网络侧设备包括:
统计模块, 设置为统计随机接入数量在预设时间段的变化趋势, 其中, 所述日志信息包括所述随机接入数量对应的随机接入时间; 优化模块, 设置为根据所述变化趋势对随机接入资源进行半静态 分配。
11. 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中,
