Abstract

Pour accomplir l'objectif technique de l'invention, une transmission continuellement variable pour une bicyclette conformément à la présente invention comprend : un plateau d'entraînement (1) accouplé à un arbre de pédale (P) d'un cadre de bicyclette (B) pour fournir la puissance; un plateau asservi (2) accouplé à une roue arrière (C) pour recevoir la puissance du plateau d'entraînement (1); une courroie de transmission (3) se présentant sous la forme d'une chaîne ou d'une courroie enroulée entre le plateau d'entraînement (1) et le plateau asservi (2) pour transmettre la puissance; et un tendeur (4) pour maintenir la tension de la courroie de transmission (3). La transmission continuellement variable pour une bicyclette qui utilise un plateau variable conformément à la présente invention peut changer de vitesse sur une plage de transmission très large, permettant ainsi à la bicyclette de se déplacer à grande vitesse sur un terrain plat et de monter des rues à pente raide. En outre, la transmission continuellement variable pour une bicyclette conformément à la présente invention n'a aucun impact au cours des changements de vitesse et permet le changement de vitesse à un rapport de transmission aléatoire.
