本发明公开了一种会话建立方法,包括:第一策略服务器需要建立与第二策略服务器之间的会话时,向所述第二策略服务器发送请求消息,请求所述第二策略服务器发起建立与所述第一策略服务器之间的会话;所述第二策略服务器根据所述请求消息,发起并建立与所述第一策略服务器的会话。本发明还相应地公开了一种会话建立系统。通过本发明,即使第一策略服务器无法建立与第二策略服务器的会话,也可以通过向第二策略服务器发送请求,请求第二策略服务器建立会话,所以,能够提高会话建立的灵活性,并且,在第二策略服务器建立的会话可以用于策略控制的情况下,本发明能够提高会话建立的有效性。

Description

一种会话建立方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信领域, 尤其涉及一种会话建立方法及系统。 背景技术
图 1为非漫游场景下的演进的分组系统( Evolved Packet System, EPS ) 的架构示意图, 如图 1所示, EPS 由演进的通用移动通信系统陆地无线接 入网 ( Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network, E-UTRAN )、 移 动管理单元 ( Mobility Management Entity , MME )、 服务网关 ( Serving Gateway, S-GW ),分组数据网络网关( Packet Data Network Gateway, P-GW 或者 PDN GW)、 归属用户服务器( Home Subscriber Server, HSS )、 策略和 计费规则功能(Policy and Charging Rules Function, PCRF ) 实体及其他支 撑节点组成, 其中, PCRF是策略计费控制 (Policy and Charging Control, PCC )的核心, 负责策略决策和计费规则的制定。 PCRF提供了基于业务数 据流的网络控制规则, 这些网络控制包括业务数据流的检测、 门控(Gating Control ), 服务质量( Quality of Service, QoS )控制以及基于数据流的计费 规则等。 PCRF将其制定的策略和计费规则发送给策略计费执行功能( Policy Charging Enforcement Function, PCEF )执行, 同时, PCRF还需要保证这些 规则和用户的签约信息一致。 PCRF制定策略和计费规则的依据包括: 从应 用功能(Application Function, AF )获取与业务相关的信息; 从用户签约数 据库( Subscription Profile Repository , SPR )获取与用户策略计费控制签约 信息; 从 PCEF获取与承载相关网络的信息。
EPS支持与非 3GPP系统的互通, 与非 3GPP系统的互通通过 S2a/b/c 接口实现,Ρ-GW作为 3GPP与非 3GPP系统间的锚点。如图 1所示,非 3GPP 系统被分为可信任非 3GPP IP接入和不可信任非 3GPP IP接入, 可信任非 3GPP IP接入可直接通过 S2a接口与 P-GW连接;不可信任非 3GPP IP接入 需经过演进的分组数据网关( Evolved Packet Data Gateway, ePDG )与 P-GW 相连, ePDG与 P-GW间的接口为 S2b, 并且 UE和 ePDG之间采用 IPSec 对信令和数据进行加密保护。 S2c提供了用户设备 ( User Equipment, UE ) 与 P-GW之间的用户面相关的控制和移动性支持, 其支持的移动性管理协 议为支持双栈的移动 IPv6 ( Moblie IPv6 support for dual stack Hosts and Routers, DSMIPv6)。
目前很多运营商关注固网移动融合( Fixed Mobile Convergence, FMC ), 并针对 3GPP和宽带论坛(Broadband Forum, BBF )互连互通进行研究。 对于用户通过 BBF接入接入移动核心网的场景需要对数据的整个传输路径 (数据会经过固网和移动网传输 )上的 QoS进行保证。 目前主要研究两种 BBF接入与 3GPP互操作的场景:
图 2为 UE通过 WLAN接入 EPS核心网的示意图, 如图 2所示 , BBF 接入网作为不可信任的非 3GPP接入, 当 UE接入 BBF接入网后, 宽带接 入服务器 ( Broadband Remote Access Server, BRAS ) /宽带网络网关 (Broadband Network Gateway, BNG)将执行基于 3GPP的接入认证, 同时由 BBF的 BPCF主动发起 S9*的会话与 3GPP的 PCRF进行交互。 从而 PCRF 在进行 QoS 授权时能够与宽带策略控制功能 (Broadband Policy Control Function, BPCF ) 交互, BPCF执行资源的接纳控制。
然而在某些场景中, BBF接入网并不能总能感知到 UE的接入或者 BBF 接入网不支持基于 3GPP的接入认证。 在这种场景下, BPCF将不能主动发 起 S9*会话的建立, 从而不能实现对 UE接入的 QoS控制。 此时, 只能由 PCRF向 BPCF发起会话建立流程。 而如何建立 S9*会话在现有技术中还是 一个未解决的问题。 图 3为 H(e)NB通过 BBF接入网接入 EPS的核心网的示意图, 如图 3 所示, 当 3GPP UE通过 HeNB接入 3GPP核心网访问业务时, 所需的 QoS 不能超过 BBF接入网所能提供的 QoS。 由于 3GPP UE通过 H(e)NB接入对 BBF接入网是不可感知的, 因此只能由家用基站策略功能(H(e)NB Policy Function ) 向 BPCF发起会话建立流程。 同样, 如何建立 S9*会话在现有技 术中还是一个未解决的问题。
另外, 在现有 PCC架构中, 采用 Diameter协议建立用于策略控制会话 的会话, 如 PCEF与 PCRF之间的 Gx会话。 当 PCEF需要向 PCRF请求策 略时, 若 PCEF与 PCRF之间还没有建立 Gx会话, 则 PCEF向 PCRF发送 信用控制请求(Credit Control Quest, CCR )消息, 请求建立 PCEF与 PCRF 之间 的 Gx 会话, 消息中 的请求类型可以设置为初始请求 ( INITIAL_REQUEST )。 PCRF收到 CCR消息后, 向 PCEF返回信用控制 应答(Credit Control Answer, CCA )消息。 此后, PCRF将可以通过重授权 请求( Re- Authorization Request, RAR )主动下发策略, 或通过 CCA消息 根据 PCEF的请求下发策略。
然而,在 FMC的场景中 ,若 BBF无法感知 3GPP UE的接入,此时 PCRF 需要主动向 BPCF发起会话建立, 若采用现有技术, 那么 PCRF向 BPCF 发送 CCR消息, 并且消息中的请求类型设置为 INITIAL_REQUEST。 一旦 会话建立后, PCRF只能向 BPCF主动发送 CCR消息或根据 BPCF的请求 发送 RAA消息, PCRF将无法通过 RAR消息或 CCA消息向 BPCF下发策 略。
可以看出, 现有技术在某些场景下无法建立会话, 并且, 在某些场景 下, 即使建立会话也无法用于策略控制。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种会话建立方法及系统, 能 够提高会话建立的灵活性及有效性。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:

第一策略服务器向第二策略服务器发送请求消息, 请求所述第二策略 服务器发起建立与所述第一策略服务器之间的会话;

本发明的基本思想是: 当第一策略服务器要建立与第二策略服务器之 间的会话时, 第一策略服务器将向第二策略服务器发送请求消息, 请求第 二策略服务器发起建立与第一策略服务器的会话, 或者, 当策略服务器要 建立与策略执行实体或计费功能实体之间的会话时, 策略服务器将向策略 执行实体或计费功能实体发送请求消息, 请求策略执行实体或计费功能实 体发起建立与策略服务器的会话。
图 4为本发明实施例会话建立方法流程示意图, 如图 4所示, 该方法 包括:
步驟 401 : 第一策略服务器需要建立与第二策略服务器之间的会话。 这里, 第一策略服务器和第二策略服务器的组合可以有多种情况, 例 如, 第一策略服务器为 PCRF、 第二策略服务器为 BPCF; 或者, 第一策略 服务器为归属地 PCRF ( H-PCRF ) , 第二策略服务器为拜访地 PCRF ( V-PCRF ); 或者, 第一策略服务器为 H(e)NB Policy Function, 第二策略 服务器为 BPCF。
步驟 402: 第一策略服务器将向第二策略服务器发送请求消息,请求第 二策略服务器发起建立与第一策略服务器之间的会话。
这里, 第一策略服务器将向第二策略服务器发送的请求消息一般为信 用控制请求消息或授权认证请求消息, 所述信用控制请求消息或授权认证 请求消息携带请求建立会话指示。
所述请求消息可以进一步携带请求建立会话标识信息, 其中, 所述请 求建立会话标识信息用来标识所述第二策略服务器与所述第一策略服务器 之间建立的会话。
步驟 403: 第二策略服务器根据所述请求消息,发起并建立与第一策略 服务器之间的会话。
第二策略服务器收到第一策略服务器的信用控制请求消息或授权认证 请求消息后, 一般会返回一个信用控制应答消息或授权认证应答消息。
第二策略服务器发起并建立与第一策略服务器之间的会话一般为: 第 二策略服务器向第一策略服务器发送信用控制会话建立请求消息, 所述信 用控制会话建立请求消息可以携带请求建立会话标识信息; 第一策略服务 器向第二策略服务器发送信用控制应答消息。
需要说明的是, 本发明也可以用于策略服务器与策略执行实体之间策 略控制会话建立。 例如策略服务器为 PCRF, 策略执行实体为业务检测功能 Traffic Detection Function(TDF)。 PCRF可以采用与图 4类似的流程, 请求 TDF发起建立其与 PCRF的 TDF会话。策略服务器还可以是 PCRF或 BPCF, 策略执行实体为策略执行点 Policy Enforcement Point (通常位于宽带接入服 务器(BRAS, Broadband Remote Access Server ) /宽带网络网关( BNG, Broadband Network Gateway ) 中)。 相应的, 请求消息携带的请求建立会话 标识信息用来标识所述策略执行实体与所述策略服务器之间建立的会话。
需要说明的是, 本发明也可以用于策略服务器与计费功能实体之间策 略控制会话建立。 例如策略服务器为 PCRF, 计费功能实体为在线计费系统 Online Charging System ( OCS )。 PCRF可以采用与图 4类似的流程, 请求 OCS发起建立其与 PCRF的策略控制会话。策略服务器还可以是 PCRF,计 费功能实体为离线计费系统 Offline Charging System ( OFCS )。 相应的, 请 求消息携带的请求建立会话标识信息用来标识所述计费功能实体与所述策 略服务器之间建立的会话。 本发明实施例还相应地提出一种会话建立系统, 该系统包括: 第一策 略服务器和第二策略服务器; 其中,

步驟 501 : PCRF接收到触发,需要建立与 BPCF之间的策略控制会话。 该触发可能是 ePDG或 P-GW向 PCRF发送的策略控制会话消息, 所 述策略控制会话消息中携带 UE通过 WLAN接入的指示信息。 PCRF收到 该策略控制会话消息后, 判定需要建立与 BPCF 之间的策略控制会话, 以 便向 BBF接入网提供策略以及请求 BBF接入网的接纳控制。
步驟 502: PCRF向 BPCF发送信用控制请求消息, 所述信用控制请求 消息中携带请求建立会话指示。 该指示的实现是在消息中携带特定的参数 或是消息本身就隐含了请求建立会话的指示信息。
这里, 请求建立会话指示用于通知 BPCF发起建立策略控制会话。 所述信用控制请求消息中可以进一步携带请求建立会话标识信息, 用 于将来作为 BPCF发起会话的标识, 以便于 PCRF 判断请求建立的会话 BPCF是否已经发起。 所述请求建立会话标识信息可以为用户接入 BBF接 入网的位置信息, 或是 PCRF分配的能够唯一区分的标识, 或是用户的标 识、 用户的 IP地址以及 PDN标识中的一个或多个。
步驟 503: BPCF收到所述信用控制请求消息后, 向 PCRF返回信用控 制应答消息。
步驟 504: BPCF根据所述信用控制请求消息中的请求建立会话指示或 根据该消息本身, 向 PCRF发送信用控制会话建立请求消息, 请求建立策 略控制会话。
所述信用控制会话建立请求消息中可以携带步驟 502 中下发的请求建 立会话标识信息, 用于通知 PCRF该消息用于建立步驟 502中请求建立的 策略控制会话。
步驟 505: PCRF向 BPCF发送信用控制应答消息。
此后, PCRF可以通过步驟 504和步驟 505建立的策略控制会话进行策 略的下发, BPCF也可以通过它进行策略执行结果、接纳控制结果以及事件 的上报。
本实施例中的策略控制会话具体可以是网关控制会话。
本实施中步驟 502、 503 建立的策略控制会话可以在 PCRF每次请求 BPCF建立策略控制会话时建立,并且在 BPCF发起建立策略控制会话后进 行终结, 该终结可以由 PCRF发起, 也可以由 BPCF发起。 在这种情况下, 步驟 502 中信用控制请求消息中的请求类型设置为 INITIAL_REQUEST。 此外, 本实施中步驟 502、 503建立的策略控制会话也可以是设备级的, 当 PCRF第一次请求 BPCF建立策略控制会话时发送策略控制请求消息,并且 在 BPCF发起建立策略控制会话后不终结。当 PCRF再次请求 BPCF建立策 略控制会话, 将使用第一次请求时建立的策略控制会话。 在这种情况下, 第一次请求时, 步驟 502 中信用控制请求消息中的请求类型设置为 INITIAL_REQUEST,再次请求时步驟 502中信用控制请求消息中的请求类 型设置为 UPD ATE_REQUEST。
本实施中步驟 502、 503的消息也可以不建立策略控制会话, 即该消息 只是用来通知 BPCF需要建立与 PCRF的策略控制会话,本身并不建立会话。 因此也就不需要会话终结的操作。
在本实施例中, PCRF可以采用其他消息请求 BPCF建立策略控制会话, 如在步驟 502 中发送消息授权认证请求 (Authorize Authenticate Request, AAR), 步驟 503中发送消息授权认证应答 (Authorize Authenticate Answer, AAA)。 因此, 本发明并不限定步驟 502及步驟 503的消息类型。 实施例 2
本实施例应用于 UE通过 H(e)NB接入 EPS核心网的场景,第一策略服 务器为 H(e)NB Policy Function, 第二策略服务器为 BPCF, H(e)NB Policy Function与 BPCF之间需要建立策略控制会话。其中 H(e)NB Policy Function 可以集成在 PCRF中。
图 6为本发明实施例 2会话建立方法流程示意图, 如图 6所示, 该方 法包括:
步驟 601 : H(e)NB Policy Function接收到触发, 需要建立与 BPCF之间 的策略控制会话。
该触发可能是 H(e)NB GW、 或 SeGW、 或 MME 向 H(e)NB Policy Function发送的策略控制会话消息。 PCRF收到所述策略控制会话消息后, 判定需要建立与 BPCF之间的策略控制会话, 以便向 BBF接入网提供策略 以及请求 BBF接入网的接纳控制。
步驟 602: H(e)NB Policy Function向 BPCF发送信用控制请求消息, 所 述信用控制请求消息携带请求建立会话指示。 该指示的实现是在消息中携 带特定的参数或是消息本身就隐含了请求建立会话的指示信息。
这里, 请求建立会话指示用于通知 BPCF发起建立策略控制会话。 所述信用控制请求消息中可以进一步携带请求建立会话标识信息, 该 请求建立会话标识信息用于作为将来 BPCF发起会话的标识, 请求建立会 话标识信息可以为 H(e)NB接入 BBF接入网的位置信息,或是 H(e)NB的标 识、 H(e)NB的 IP地址中的一个或多个。
步驟 603: BPCF 收到所述信用控制请求消息后, 向 H(e)NB Policy Function返回信用控制应答消息。
步驟 604: BPCF根据所述信用控制请求消息中的请求建立会话指示, 向 H(e)NB Policy Function发送信用控制会话建立请求消息 , 请求建立策略 控制会话。
所述信用控制请求消息中可以携带 602步中下发的请求建立会话标识 信息, 用于通知 H(e)NB Policy Function该消息用于建立步驟 602步中请求 建立的策略控制会话。
步驟 605: H(e)NB Policy Function向 BPCF发送信用控制应答消息。 此后, H(e)NB Policy Function可以通过步驟 604和步驟 605建立的策 略控制会话进行策略的下发, BPCF也可以通过它进行策略执行结果、接纳 控制结果以及事件的上报。
本实施例中的策略控制会话具体可以是网关控制会话。
本实施中步驟 602、 603 建立的策略控制会话可以在 H(e)NB Policy Function每次请求 BPCF建立策略控制会话时建立,并且在 BPCF发起建立 策略控制会话后进行终结, 该终结可以由 H(e)NB Policy Function发起, 也 可以由 BPCF发起。 在这种情况下, 步驟 602中信用控制请求消息中的请 求类型设置为 INITIAL_REQUEST。
此外,本实施中步驟 602、 603建立的策略控制会话也可以是设备级的, 当 H(e)NB Policy Function第一次请求 BPCF建立策略控制会话时发送策略 控制请求消息, 并且在 BPCF发起建立策略控制会话后不终结。 当 H(e)NB Policy Function再次请求 BPCF建立策略控制会话, 将使用第一次请求时建 立的策略控制会话。 在这种情况下, 第一次请求时, 步驟 602 中信用控制 请求消息中的请求类型设置为 INITIAL_REQUEST, 再次请求时步驟 602 中信用控制请求消息中的请求类型设置为 UPDATE_REQUEST。
本实施中步驟 602、 603的消息也可以不建立策略控制会话, 即该消息 只是用来通知 BPCF需要建立与 PCRF的策略控制会话,本身并不建立会话。 因此也就不需要会话终结的操作。 在本实施例中, H(e)NB Policy Function可以采用其他消息请求 BPCF 建立策略控制会话, 如在步驟 602 中发送消息授权认证请求 (Authorize Authenticate Request, AAR), 步驟 603中发送消息授权认证应答 (Authorize Authenticate Answer, AAA)。 因此, 本发明并不限定步驟 602及步驟 603的 消息类型。
需要说明的是, H-PCRF与 V-PCRF之间建立的策略控制会话(可以称 为 S9会话) 的流程与上述两个实施例类似, 在此不作详细介绍。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种会话建立方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
第一策略服务器向第二策略服务器发送请求消息, 请求所述第二策略 服务器发起建立与所述第一策略服务器之间的会话;
所述第二策略服务器根据所述请求消息, 发起并建立与所述第一策略 服务器的会话。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述请求消息携带了请 求建立会话标识信息, 其中, 所述请求建立会话标识信息用来标识所述第 二策略服务器与所述第一策略服务器之间建立的会话。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述请求消息为携带请 求建立会话指示的信用控制请求消息或授权认证请求消息,
所述第二策略服务器根据所述请求消息, 发起并建立与所述第一策略 服务器的会话为:
第二策略服务器收到所述携带请求建立会话指示的信用控制请求消息 或授权认证请求消息后, 向第一策略服务器发送信用控制会话建立请求消 息;
第一策略服务器向第二策略服务器发送信用控制应答消息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二策略服务器收 到所述携带请求建立会话指示的信用控制请求消息或授权认证请求消息 后, 该方法还包括:
第二策略服务器向第一策略服务器返回信用控制应答消息或授权认证 应答消息。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述第一策略服务器为策略计费规则功能 PCRF,所述第二策略服务器 为宽带策略控制功能 BPCF; 或者, 所述第一策略服务器为归属地 PCRF, 所述第二策略服务器为拜访地 PCRF; 或者,
所述第一策略服务器为家用基站策略功能 H(e)NB Policy Function, 所 述第二策略服务器为 BPCF。
6、 一种会话建立方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
策略服务器将向策略执行实体或计费功能实体发送请求消息; 所述策略执行实体或计费功能实体根据所述请求消息, 发起并建立与 所述策略服务器的会话。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述请求消息携带了请求建立会话标识信息, 所述请求建立会话标识 信息用于标识所述策略执行实体或计费功能实体与所述策略服务器之间建 立的会话。
8、 一种会话建立系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 第一策略服务器和 第二策略服务器; 其中,
所述第一策略服务器, 用于向所述第二策略服务器发送请求消息, 请 求所述第二策略服务器发起建立与所述第一策略服务器之间的会话;
所述第二策略服务器, 用于根据来自所述第一策略服务器的请求消息, 发起并建立与所述第一策略服务器的会话。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述第一策略服务器还用于在所述请求消息中携带请求建立会话标识 信息, 其中, 所述请求建立会话标识信息用来标识所述第二策略服务器与 所述第一策略服务器之间建立的会话。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一策略服务器 发送的请求消息为携带请求建立会话指示的信用控制请求消息或授权认证 请求消息, 所述第二策略服务器根据来自所述第一策略服务器的请求消息, 发起 与所述第一策略服务器的会话为: 第二策略服务器收到所述携带请求建立 会话指示的信用控制请求消息或授权认证请求消息后, 向第一策略服务器 发送信用控制会话建立请求消息,
所述第一策略服务器, 还用于根据所述信用控制会话建立请求消息向 第二策略服务器发送信用控制应答消息。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述第二策略服务器, 还用于在收到所述携带请求建立会话指示的信 用控制请求消息或授权认证请求消息后, 向第一策略服务器返回信用控制 应答消息或授权认证应答消息。
12、 根据权利要求 8至 11任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一策略服务器为 PCRF, 所述第二策略服务器为 BPCF; 或者, 所述第一策略服务器为归属地 PCRF, 所述第二策略服务器为拜访地 PCRF; 或者,
所述第一策略服务器为 H(e)NB Policy Function, 所述第二策略服务器 为 BPCF。
13、 一种会话建立系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 策略服务器、 策 略执行实体或计费功能实体; 其中,
所述策略服务器, 用于向策略执行实体或所述计费功能实体发送请求 消息, 请求所述策略执行实体或所述计费功能实体发起建立与所述策略服 务器之间的会话;
所述策略执行实体或所述计费功能实体, 用于根据来自所述策略服务 器的请求消息, 发起并建立与所述策略服务器的会话。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述策略服务器发送的请求消息携带请求建立会话标识信息, 所述请 求建立会话标识信息用于标识所述策略执行实体或计费功能实体与所述策 略服务器之间建立的会话。
