本发明公开了一种多媒体广播多播业务(MBMS)业务中统计用户设备(UE)信息的方法,在满足触发条件时,UE向网络侧发送携带反馈信息的专用无线资源控制(RRC)信令;网络侧根据专用RRC信令中的反馈信息进行UE信息统计,在统计的UE信息满足需要时,向UE发送停止反馈指示;UE收到停止反馈指示后,停止发送反馈信息。本发明同时还公开了一种MBMS业务中统计UE信息的系统。通过本发明的方案,实现网络侧对UE信息的统计,满足网络侧激活或者去激活MBMS业务的MBSFN传输方式的要求,并且充分考虑到上行资源的负载,网络侧根据所述方法可以指示UE停止反馈,从而减轻上行资源负载,节省上行资源。

Description

多媒体广播多播业务中统计用户设备信息的方法和系统 技术领域
本发明涉及多媒体广播多播业务 ( MBMS , Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service )系统中用户设备 ( UE, User Equipment )反馈技术, 尤其 涉及一种多媒体广播多播业务中统计用户设备信息的方法及系统。 背景技术
为了有效地利用移动网络资源, 第三代合作伙伴计划 (3GPP , 3rd Generation Partnership Project )提出了 MBMS业务, 该 MBMS业务是一种 从一个数据源向多个目标移动终端传送数据的技术, 实现了网络(包括核 心网和接入网) 资源的共享, 提高了网络资源尤其是空中接口资源的利用 率。
在长期演进 ( LTE, Long Term Evolution ) 系统中, 通知 UE关于某个 MBMS业务将要发生变化时, 这些变化可以是会话开始(session start )、 业 务承载更新或会话停止 (session stop ) 等, 可以先在物理下行控制信道 ( PDCCH, Physical Downlink Control Channel )上发送下行控制信息( DCI, Downlink Control Information )和 MBMS无线网络临时标志符 ( M-RNTI, MBMS-Radio Network Temporary Identifier ), 然后 UE根据 DCI中的相关信 息进一步去读取具体的 MBMS 点对多点控制信道 ( MCCH , MBMS point-to-multipoint Control CHannel )消息 ,这称为 MCCH通知 ( notification ) 机制。 所述 MCCH上将发送具体的业务配置参数, 如业务标识(ID )、 业 务的无线链路控制( RLC, Radio Link Control )参数、媒体访问控制( MAC, Media Access Control )参数、 物理层配置参数等。
在 LTE系统中, MBMS 有两种承载模式:广播模式和增强型广播模式。 由于没有多播模式, 因此网络侧并不能够获知 UE接收或感兴趣接收哪些 MBMS 业务。 增强型广播介于广播和多播之间, 吸收了广播中流程简单和 多播中资源优化的优点。 在使用 MBMS增强型广播承载时, 只需要在应用 层上通过加入 /离开过程就可以实现从 UE到广播多播服务中心 (BM-SC, Broadcast Multicast - Service Center ) 的注册 /注销, 无需在 载网络层进行 信令交互和信息存储。 增强型广播是对广播的一种优化和扩展, 如在接入 网,增强型广播不会向那些没有接收 UE的小区发送数据。对于增强型模式 的 MBMS 业务, 在配置系统帧号(SFN, System Frame Number )和分配资 源时需要考虑接收 MBMS业务的 UE状态和数量, 这样就需要接收或感兴 趣接收 MBMS业务的 UE进行信息反馈,这称之为 MBMS的上行反馈。 3GPP Rel-10 MBMS为了激活 /去激活多播 /广播单频网络( MBSFN )传输方式, 网络侧需要得到 UE的接收状态信息, 如正在接收给定 MBMS业务的 UE 数量信息等。
为了使网络侧能够得到各个小区内有 MBMS 业务需求的用户数, MBMS 系统引入了计数(counting )过程。 counting 过程是指一个 MBMS 业务会话(session )开始时、 或者在会话进行过程中 (也称为 recounting ), 网络侧发起统计小区内接收和感兴趣接收某 MBMS 业务用户数的过程,用 以确认是否釆用 MBSFN传输方式。 网络侧准备发起计数 /重新计数过程时, 在 MCCH的接入信息( access info )中加入 MBMS业务的标识和接入概率。 之所以要使用接入概率, 是因为并不需要所有的用户都建立连接进行反馈, 只要反馈的数量可能达到门限就可以, 否则空闲 ( Idle )状态用户比较多的 时候会引起上行拥塞。
在现有技术中, 3GPP Rel-10 MBMS需要控制激活或者去激活 MBSFN 传输方式的方法,该方法需要基于网络侧对 UE信息的统计,但网络侧如何 统计 UE信息目前还没有具体的方案。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种 MBMS业务中统计 UE信 息的方法及系统, 实现网络侧对 UE信息的统计, 减轻上行资源负载, 节省 上行资源。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供的一种 MBMS业务中统计 UE信息的方法, 该方法包括: 在满足触发条件时, UE向网络侧发送携带反馈信息的专用无线资源控 制 ( RRC )信令;
网络侧根据所述专用 RRC信令中的反馈信息进行 UE信息统计, 在统 计的 UE信息满足需要时, 向 UE发送停止反馈指示;
UE收到停止反馈指示后, 停止发送反馈信息。
上述方案中, 所述触发条件为: 网络侧触发和 /或 UE主动触发; 所述网络侧触发是网络侧发送反馈请求进行触发;
所述 UE主动触发是设定反馈周期,在反馈时间到时触发,或设定触发 事件, 在触发事件发生时触发。
上述方案中, 所述携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令为: 根据 RRC规则 新建一条 RRC信令, 专用于携带反馈消息。
上述方案中, 所述反馈信息包括业务标识、 以及以下至少一种: UE状 态、 区域标识; 其中,
所述 UE状态为至少以下一种:感兴趣接收、不感兴趣接收、开始接收、 中止接收、 接收承载变更、 小区更新、 小区切换;
所述区域标识包括: 多播广播单频网络( MBSFN ) 区域标识 ( ID )、 或通知指示 ( notification indicator );

上述方案中, 所述现有的 RRC信令为以下至少一种: RRC连接设置消 息、 RRC连接重配置消息、 RRC连接重建消息、 RRC连接重建拒绝消息、 RRC连接释放消息、 RRC连接拒绝消息、 MCCH消息、 SIB 13消息。
上述方案中,所述 UE向网络侧发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令为: 如果一个反馈周期内 UE状态没有改变、 且只收到一次反馈请求, 则 UE发送一次携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令;
如果在一个反馈周期内 UE状态发生变化、或者收到一次以上的反馈请 求, 则 UE在每次 UE状态发生变化、 或者收到反馈请求时发送携带反馈信 息的专用 RRC信令。
上述方案中, 所述 UE接收状态发生变化包括以下至少一种:从不感兴 趣接收变更为感兴趣接收、 从感兴趣接收变更为不感兴趣接收、 从未接收 变更为开始接收、 从正在接收变更为中止接收、 接收承载改变。
本发明提供的一种 MBMS业务中统计 UE信息的系统,所述系统包括: UE、 网络侧; 其中,
UE, 用于根据触发条件向网络侧发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令, 并在接收到网络侧发送的停止反馈指示后, 停止发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令;
网络侧,用于接收 UE发送的所述专用 RRC信令,根据所述专用 RRC 信令中的反馈信息进行 UE信息统计, 在统计的 UE信息满足需要时, 向 UE发送停止反馈指示。

本发明的基本思想是: 在满足触发条件时, UE向网络侧发送携带反馈 信息的专用 RRC信令; 网络侧根据专用 RRC信令中的反馈信息进行 UE 信息统计, 在统计的 UE信息满足需要时, 向 UE发送停止反馈指示; UE 收到停止反馈指示后, 停止发送反馈信息; 网络侧根据统计结果调整业务 发送方式。
其中, 所述触发条件可以为: 网络侧触发或者 UE主动触发; 所述网络 侧触发是指网络侧发送反馈请求进行触发,所述 UE主动触发是指设定反馈 周期, 在反馈时间到时触发, 或设定触发事件, 在触发事件发生时触发。
所述反馈信息包括业务标识、以及以下至少一种: UE状态、 区域标识; 所述 UE状态可以为至少以下一种: 感兴趣接收、 不感兴趣接收、 开始 接收、 中止接收、 接收承载变更、 小区更新、 小区切换等; 所述区域标识 为: MBSFN区域 ID或通知指示; 所述业务标识包括: TMGI、和 /或 MBMS 业务 ID、 和 /或 PMCH ID、 和 /或 LCID、 和 /或 session ID、 和 /或业务列表索 引、和 /或业务导航标识等;这里,所述感兴趣接收为: UE准备通过 MBSFN 方式接收 MBMS业务、 且正在监听 MCCH上的变更通知消息; 所述不感 兴趣接收为: UE不准备通过 MBSFN方式接收 MBMS业务、 且没有监听 MCCH上的变更通知消息。
所述反馈信息进一步包括以下至少一种: UE接收能力指示、 UE ID; 所述 UE接收能力指示用于指示 UE接收 MBSFN传输的能力, 可以用 一个比特表示, 该指示信息用于 UE移动过程中实现业务连续性; 所述 UE ID用于区分相同的 UE在一个反馈周期内发送多次相同的反馈; 所述业务 导航标识指示还未开始的 MBMS业务, 用于统计感兴趣接收该业务的 UE 的数量。
下面通过附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。 本发明实现 MBMS业务中统计 UE信息的方法, 如图 1所示, 该方法 包括以下几个步骤:
步骤 101 : 在满足触发条件时, UE向网络侧发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令;
本步骤中, 所述触发条件可以为: 网络侧触发和 /或 UE主动触发; 所 述网络侧触发是指网络侧发送反馈请求进行触发,所述 UE主动触发是指设 定反馈周期, 在反馈时间到时触发, 或设定触发事件, 在触发事件发生时 触发;
所述反馈周期可以由 UE自己选定,或者网络侧通过 RRC消息或 MAC 消息指定; 进一步的, UE 自己选定的反馈周期可以是一个或多个 MCCH 修改周期或者 MBMS业务信道(MCH )调度周期; 进一步的, 所述周期一 般小于业务会话持续时间;
所述触发事件可以是 MBMS业务的会话开始、 MBMS业务的会话结束、 承载变更指示、 小区更新、 小区切换等;
所述网络侧发送反馈请求可以是网络侧通过 RRC消息或者 MAC消息 指示 UE发送反馈信息,优选的, 所述 RRC消息可以是 MCCH消息或者系 统消息;
所述反馈请求包括 MBMS 业务标识、 概率因子, 其中, 所述 MBMS 业务标识用于指示需要统计 UE信息的业务,是指一个 MBSFN区域范围内 的业务, 即以 MBSFN区域为单位进行统计, 所述 MBMS业务标识可以有 一个或多个; 所述概率因子用于指示同时发送反馈信息的 UE数量,如所述 概率因子为 0.5 , 收到业务请求的 UE随机在 0~1间取值, 取值小于 0.5的 UE发送反馈信息, 如果概率因子为 0, 表明网络侧要求 UE停止反馈, 如 果概率因子为 1 , 表明不限制参与反馈的 UE数量;
上述中, 在一个反馈周期内, 当触发 UE—次反馈后, UE可以继续根 据触发事件或者网络侧反馈请求发送反馈; 即在一个反馈周期内, UE可以 发送一次或多次反馈信息, 其中, 如果一个反馈周期内 UE状态没有改变、 且只收到一次反馈请求, 则 UE发送一次携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令, 可以是在收到反馈请求时发送; 如果在一个反馈周期内 UE状态发生变化、 或者收到一次以上的反馈请求, 则 UE在每次 UE状态发生变化、 或者收到 反馈请求时发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令; 所述 UE状态发生变化包 括以下至少一种: 从不感兴趣接收变更为感兴趣接收、 从感兴趣接收变更 为不感兴趣接收、 从没有接收变更为开始接收、 从正在接收变更为中止接 收、 接收承载改变;
本步骤中, 所述 UE是指具有 MBMS接收能力的 UE, 可以处于 RRC 连接态或者 RRC空闲态, 也可以正在接收业务或者没有接收业务; 所述网 络侧包括 eNB和 MBMS协调实体( MCE, MBMS Coordination Entity ); 其 中, MCE为逻辑实体, MCE可以单独存在, 或者作为其他网元的一部分存 在, 如作为 eNB的一部分; 进一步的, 所述网络侧也可以是中继(Relay )、 或者家庭基站(HeNB , Home eNodeB )等;
所述携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令, 具体是: 根据 RRC规则新建一 条 RRC信令, 专用于携带反馈消息, 命名为 MBMSRecptionStatusReport。 如果 MBMSRecptionStatusReport 信令发送失败, 则 UE 可以重新发送 MBMSRecptionStatusReport 信令或者才艮据网络侧指示停止发送; 所述 MBMSRecptionStatusReport 信令可以是通过逻辑信道通用控制信道 ( CCCH )或者专用控制信道(DCCH )发送, 釆用缺省的物理层、 MAC 层配置, RLC 层釆用非确认 ( UM ) 发送方式; 所述 UE 发送 MBMSRecptionStatusReport信令时应处于 RRC连接态,即如果 UE处于 RRC 空闲态,则 UE需要进入 RRC连接态后才能发送 MBMSRecptionStatusReport 信令, 即 UE首先发起随机接入过程, 并发送 RRC连接建立请求, 将 RRC 连接建立原因设置为 MBMS reception, 如果 RRC连接建立成功, 则 UE在 相应的上行资源发送 MBMSRecptionStatusReport信令, 否则 UE重新请求 随机接入; 所述 UE 在根据触发条件触发, 向 网络侧发送 MBMSRecptionStatusReport信令时, 如果 UE被调度, 则 UE通过现有的上 行资源发送反馈信息, 否则, UE通过调度请求(SR )或者緩冲区状态报告 ( BSR )请求上行资源用于发送反馈信息;

所述网络侧根据专用 RRC信令中的反馈信息进行 UE信息统计, 一般 是: 网络侧根据专用 RRC信令的反馈信息中的 UE状态、 区域标识、 业务 标识, 统计各业务下、 当前处于不同状态 UE的数量;
进一步的, 在触发条件是网络侧发送反馈请求触发时, 网络侧还根据 所发送的反馈请求中的概率因子统计 MBSFN区域中各业务下、当前处于不 同状态 UE的数量;
在上述一段时间内, 网络侧没有收到 UE反馈信息, 则网络侧认为该 UE停止接收或不感兴趣接收 MBMS业务; 在上述一段时间内, 如果网络 侧收到相同 UE的多个相同反馈信息, 则网络侧可以只统计一次;
进一步的 ,如果所述 MBMS业务的系统还包括 Rel-10系统以前的 UE, 如 Rel-9的 UE, 因为 Rel-9的 UE没有反馈能力, 但是可以通过 MBMS业 务的系统中 Rel-9的 UE和 Rel-10的 UE的比例 , 确定一个比例因子 , 近似 的估算出系统中所有的 MBMS业务的 UE数量。
步骤 103: 网络侧在统计的 UE信息满足需要时, 指示 UE停止发送携 带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令;
具体的, 所述网络侧在统计的 UE信息满足需要时, 向 UE发送停止反 馈指示; UE收到停止反馈指示后, 停止发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信 令; 其中, 所述在统计的 UE信息满足需要时, 一般是, 统计的发送专用 RRC信令的 UE数量已经达到预先设定的门限时、 或反馈信息的接收时间 结束时; 所述停止反馈指示可以是新建一条 RRC信令或利用现有的 RRC 信令携带指示 UE停止发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令的标识;

该实施例, 实现了网络侧激活或者去激活 MBMS业务的 MBSFN传输 方式的要求, 同时网络侧根据所述方法可以指示 UE停止反馈,减轻上行资 源负载, 节省了上行资源。
为了实现上述方法, 本发明还提供了一种 MBMS业务中统计 UE信息 的系统, 如图 2所示 , 该系统包括: 至少一个 UE、 网络侧; 其中,
UE, 用于根据触发条件向网络侧发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令, 并在接收到网络侧发送的停止反馈指示后, 停止发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令; 所述触发条件可以为: 网络侧触发和 /或 UE主动触发; 所述网络侧触 发是指网络侧发送反馈请求进行触发, 所述 UE主动触发是指设定反馈周 期, 在反馈时间到时触发, 或设定触发事件, 在触发事件发生时触发; 网络侧,用于接收 UE发送的专用 RRC信令,根据所述专用 RRC信令 中的反馈信息进行 UE信息统计, 在统计的 UE信息满足需要时, 向 UE发 送停止反馈指示。

上述方案中, 通过 UE向网络侧发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令, 实现网络侧对 UE信息的统计,可以根据统计结果更加准确地获知各业务的 接收状态, 有利于对业务发送方式的调整, 优化网络资源配置, 提高用户 的业务体验, 并且, 可以在统计的 UE信息满足需要时, 网络侧指示 UE停 止发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令,减轻上行资源负载,节省上行资源。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种多媒体广播多播(MBMS )业务中统计用户设备 ( UE )信息的 方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
在满足触发条件时, UE向网络侧发送携带反馈信息的专用无线资源控 制 ( RRC )信令;
网络侧根据所述专用 RRC信令中的反馈信息进行 UE信息统计, 在统 计的 UE信息满足需要时, 向 UE发送停止反馈指示;
UE收到停止反馈指示后, 停止发送反馈信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述触发条件为: 网络 侧触发和 /或 UE主动触发;
所述网络侧触发是网络侧发送反馈请求进行触发;
所述 UE主动触发是设定反馈周期,在反馈时间到时触发,或设定触发 事件, 在触发事件发生时触发。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述携带反馈信息的专 用 RRC信令为:根据 RRC规则新建一条 RRC信令,专用于携带反馈消息。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述反馈信 息包括业务标识、 以及以下至少一种: UE状态、 区域标识; 其中,
所述 UE状态为至少以下一种:感兴趣接收、不感兴趣接收、开始接收、 中止接收、 接收承载变更、 小区更新、 小区切换;
所述区域标识包括: 多播广播单频网络( MBSFN ) 区域标识 ( ID )、 或通知指示 ( notification indicator );
所述业务标识包括: 临时移动组标识(TMGI )、 和 /或 MBMS业务 ID、 和 /或物理多播信道 ( PMCH ) ID、 和 /或逻辑信道标识(LCID )、 和 /或会话 ( session ) ID、 和 /或业务列表索引、 和 /或业务导航标识。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述停止反馈指示为: 新建一条 RRC信令、或利用现有的 RRC信令携带指示 UE停止发送携带反 馈信息的专用 RRC信令的标识。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述现有的 RRC信令 为以下至少一种: RRC连接设置消息、 RRC连接重配置消息、 RRC连接 重建消息、 RRC连接重建拒绝消息、 RRC连接释放消息、 RRC连接拒绝消 息、 MCCH消息、 SIB13消息。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE向网络侧发送 携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令为:
如果一个反馈周期内 UE状态没有改变、 且只收到一次反馈请求, 则 UE发送一次携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令;
如果在一个反馈周期内 UE状态发生变化、或者收到一次以上的反馈请 求, 则 UE在每次 UE状态发生变化、 或者收到反馈请求时发送携带反馈信 息的专用 RRC信令。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE接收状态发生 变化包括以下至少一种: 从不感兴趣接收变更为感兴趣接收、 从感兴趣接 收变更为不感兴趣接收、 从未接收变更为开始接收、 从正在接收变更为中 止接收、 接收承载改变。
9、 一种 MBMS业务中统计 UE信息的系统, 其特征在于 , 所述系统包 括: UE、 网络侧; 其中,
UE, 用于根据触发条件向网络侧发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令, 并在接收到网络侧发送的停止反馈指示后, 停止发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令;
网络侧,用于接收 UE发送的所述专用 RRC信令,根据所述专用 RRC 信令中的反馈信息进行 UE信息统计, 在统计的 UE信息满足需要时, 向 UE发送停止反馈指示。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述 UE包括触发单元、 反馈单元、 停止单元, 其中,
触发单元, 用于根据触发条件触发反馈单元;
反馈单元, 用于向网络侧发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令; 停止单元, 用于在接收到网络侧的停止反馈指示后, 通知反馈单元停 止发送携带反馈信息的专用 RRC信令;
所述网络侧包括统计单元、 信令发送单元, 其中,
统计单元,用于接收 UE发送的专用 RRC信令,根据专用 RRC信令中 的反馈信息进行统计, 在统计的 UE信息满足需要时, 通知信令发送单元; 信令发送单元, 用于向 UE发送停止反馈指示。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述在触发条件为网 络侧发送反馈请求触发时, 所述网络侧还包括反馈请求单元, 用于向 UE 发送反馈请求;
相应的, 所述触发单元还用于接收网络侧发送的反馈请求。
12、 根据权利要求 9至 11任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述统计 单元, 具体用于根据专用 RRC信令的反馈信息中的 UE状态、 区域标识、 业务标识, 统计各业务下当前处于不同状态 UE的数量;
所述 UE状态为至少以下一种:感兴趣接收、不感兴趣接收、开始接收、 中止接收、 接收承载变更、 小区更新、 小区切换;
所述区域标识包括: MBSFN区域 ID、 或通知指示;
所述业务标识包括: TMGI、 和 /或 MBMS业务 ID、 和 /或 PMCH ID、 和 /或 LCID、 和 /或 sessionID、 和 /或业务列表索引、 和 /或业务导航标识。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述触发单元进一步 用于在检测到自身的 UE状态发生变化时, 触发反馈单元;
所述 UE状态发生变化包括以下至少一种:从不感兴趣接收变更为感兴 趣接收、 从感兴趣接收变更为不感兴趣接收、 从没有接收变更为开始接收、 从正在接收变更为中止接收、 接收承载改变。
