Abstract

Le kénaf est une culture fibreuse à tige épaisse annuelle de saison chaude qui contient deux composants de base : des fibres libériennes dans l'écorce externe, et un cœur interne de fibres de xylème courtes. La plupart des moissonneuses modifiées existantes transforment les tiges en petits fragments. En outre, l'industrie du kénaf requiert que les fibres de kénaf soient aussi longues que possible. A cet effet, l'invention porte sur un système de récolte (100) et sur un système de coupe (200), lesquels sont conçus et fabriqués pour une moissonneuse de kénaf attachée sous la forme d'un équipement extérieur à un tracteur ordinaire. Les parois latérales en forme de V (109) selon la présente invention aident à recevoir, à pousser et à guider les tiges pour une meilleure coupe. Le système de récolte (100) peut maintenir les tiges dressées vers le haut avant et après la coupe, et transporter les tiges coupées dressées vers le haut à travers un tunnel droit (111) de façon à décharger les tiges derrière le tracteur. L'invention porte également sur un système de coupe rotatif à impact (200), lequel système comprend un disque de grand diamètre (203) et plusieurs lames spéciales (201) qui peuvent couper simultanément quatre rangées de tiges.
