背景技术
目前市场上有很多喷墨打印机用的墨盒为一体盒,也就是将打印喷嘴与墨水容器集成在一起,一般为海棉墨盒的结构。这类墨盒有一个特点,在用户用完了墨水后,可以对墨盒进行灌墨然后继续使用。
  常用的灌墨方法有以下几种:
  1.喷嘴灌墨法:厂家为用户设计并提供了齐全的附件:墨水瓶、墨盒盖、螺丝钉,让用户从墨盒的喷嘴对墨盒内注入墨水。这种方法的缺点在于:从喷嘴加墨水,将会使可能堵塞喷嘴的灰尘及其他大颗粒物质不经过墨盒过滤系统直接进入墨盒,假如兼容墨水质量不高,很可能造成喷嘴堵塞,使墨盒报废,而这个一体式的墨盒如果使用原装墨水原本是应该具有较长寿命的。

3、用钻头扩充墨盒空间时需掌握力度;
4、采用注射器或弹簧瓶填充时,回抽不灵活;
5、使用的辅助工具多,操作复杂;
6、上机后常出现漏墨、打印机不认墨盒等问题;
7、金属芯片上墨水擦拭不干净,容易引起打印机短路。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于墨盒的灌墨装置,其使用方便、干净卫生且填充效果好。
技术解决方案

  参考图7和图8,实施例二提供的灌墨装置在组成上与实施例一基本类似,同样包括了容纳墨盒1的底座2、上盖5和灌墨瓶4等,区别主要在于上盖5的结构。与实施例一相比,实施例二的上盖5在其上盖本体51的底部还设有可沿灌墨针53的轴向移动的灌墨针保护板52,该灌墨针保护板52上具有可供灌墨针53穿过的通孔521。上盖5设置有与灌墨针保护板52配合的两根导柱54,导柱54的顶部固定在上盖5的顶板55上,导柱54上套有位于顶板55与灌墨针保护板52之间的弹簧56。本实施例由于设置有灌墨针保护板52,在灌墨装置的安装过程中可以避免灌墨针外露伤人,使用起来更加安全。
  实施例三
  参见图9,本实施例三使用注射器6替代了上述实施例一和二的墨水瓶进行抽负压和灌墨,该注射器6包括外筒61和可在该外筒61内往复移动的实心推杆62。以下对注射器6的使用方法进行说明:
把注射器6插到上盖3的灌墨接口34上,拔起实心推杆62,把墨盒1的储墨腔13内的气体抽出来,注射器6内预先装有四分之一左右的墨水,可以看到有气泡冒起,表示在对储墨腔13抽负压。待把实心推杆62抽拉到外筒61的接近顶端时,松开实心推杆62,此时实心推杆62在外界的大气压力下往下走,注射器6内的墨水也被压到墨盒1的储墨腔13内。
  实施例四
  参见图10,本实施例使用注射器7进行抽负压和灌墨,该注射器7包括外筒71和可在该外筒71内往复移动的空心推杆72,该推杆72内的空腔721与外筒71的内腔711相连通。以下对注射器7的使用方法进行说明:把注射器7插到上盖3的灌墨接口34上,拔器注射器7的空心推杆72,把墨盒1的储墨腔13内的气体抽出来,外筒71内预先装有三分之一左右的墨水,可以看到有气泡冒起,表示在对储墨腔13抽负压。待把空心推杆72抽拉到外筒71的接近顶端时,松开空心推杆72,此时空心推杆72在外界的大气压力下往下走,注射器7内的墨水也被压到墨盒1的墨水腔13内。
  以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
采用本发明的灌墨装置进行灌墨时,无需用户接触墨水,不会弄脏用户的手和周围的环境;灌墨过程中,墨盒的喷嘴朝下,能更好地保证把喷嘴和滤网下面的供墨柱内墨水灌满,达到良好的打印效果。而且,本发明采用负压进行灌墨,灌墨量是墨盒腔体能吸进去的墨水量,不会少灌或多灌,不会出现冒墨和喷嘴漏墨的现象,并且灌墨效果也更好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于墨盒的灌墨装置,所述墨盒的顶部具有灌墨孔,底部具有喷嘴,其特征在于:所述灌墨装置包括底座、连接于该底座的上盖和容纳墨水的灌墨容器,所述底座内具有用于放置所述墨盒的墨盒容纳腔,所述上盖设有用于与所述灌墨容器的出墨口对接的灌墨接口和用于插入所述灌墨孔的灌墨针,所述灌墨容器为可对所述墨盒预先抽气的负压灌墨容器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灌墨装置,其特征在于:所述墨盒容纳腔的底部设有用于在灌墨时密封所述喷嘴的密封垫,该密封垫固定在所述底座上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灌墨装置,其特征在于:所述密封垫为硅胶垫。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的灌墨装置,其特征在于:所述灌墨针上设有用于在灌墨时密封所述灌墨孔的密封件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灌墨装置,其特征在于:所述上盖的底部还设有可沿所述灌墨针的轴向移动的灌墨针保护板,该灌墨针保护板上具有可供所述灌墨针穿过的通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的灌墨装置,其特征在于:所述上盖设置有与所述灌墨针保护板配合的导柱,所述导柱上套有弹簧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的灌墨装置,其特征在于:所述负压灌墨容器为内部具有负压的灌墨瓶,该灌墨瓶上具有在灌墨时撕下的导气膜。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的灌墨装置,其特征在于:所述负压灌墨容器为注射器,该注射器包括外筒和可在该外筒内往复移动的推杆。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灌墨装置,其特征在于:所述推杆为实心杆。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的灌墨装置,其特征在于:所述推杆为空心杆,该推杆内的空腔与所述外筒的内腔相连通。
