Abstract

본 발명의 열충격 완화구조를 구비한 판형 열교환기는 용접형 판형 열교환기가 지니고 있던 열충격에 의한 응력집중과 피로응력을 완화시켜 제품의 수명을 연장시키고 열교환기가 이용 되어지는 각종 산업시스템의 안정성을 도모할 수 있는 것으로서, 프레임의 내부에 적층되는 다수개의 전열판과, 상기 전열판의 상하면에 상하부 라이닝을 각각 구비하여 유체 간의 열교환을 이루는 판형 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 프레임의 내측 네 모서리에 각각 결합되고 사각기둥 형상으로 형성되되 상기 전열판과 근접한 위치에 배치되는 모서리는 길이 방향을 따라 제거되어 완충면을 형성하며, 상기 상부 라이닝과 상기 하부 라이닝 사이에 용접 접합되는 칼럼과; 상기 칼럼의 길이 방향을 따라 연장 형성되며, 일측은 다수개의 홈이 형성되어 적층된 전열판의 꼭지점이 상기 홈에 삽입 결합되며, 타측은 양측으로 벌어져 상기 칼럼의 양측 면에 결합되되 상기 칼럼의 완충면과는 서로 이격되도록 하여 그 사이에 완충공간을 형성하게 되는 칼럼라이너와; 상기 전열판이 열에 의하여 팽창시에 발생하는 응력을 분산시킬 수 있도록 상기 상부 라이닝과 하부 라이닝의 판면에 각각 형성되는 응력분산수단;을 포함하여 구성되어 있다.
