Abstract
The invention relates to a method for the tamper-proof charging of an electric vehicle (1) via a charging post (LS), comprising the steps of: enabling (S13, S23) a charging operation (S2) for charging the electric vehicle (1) at the charging post (LS) of a charging station operator following successful checking of the authorization data of the electric vehicle (1) by a charging authorization checking unit (LBPE) of the charging post (LS); comparing (S3A) energy discharge information data, which is determined by a quantity of charge measuring unit (LMME) of the charging post (LS) and is transmitted to the quantity of charge measuring checking unit (LMMPE) of the electric vehicle (1), with energy consumption information data, which is determined by a quantity of charge measuring checking unit (LMMPE) of the electric vehicle (1), by means of the quantity of charge measuring checking unit (LMMPE) of the electric vehicle (1) during the charging operation in order to determine a charge monitoring result; cryptographically protected transmission (S4) of the charge monitoring result from the quantity of charge measuring checking unit (LMMPE) of the electric vehicle (1) to the charging authorization checking unit (LBPE) of the charging post (LS), wherein, when the energy discharge information data agrees with the energy consumption information data, the charging operation (S2) is continued and, in the event of any deviation of the energy discharge information data from the energy consumption information data, the charging authorization checking unit (LBPE) at the charging post (LS) interrupts the charging operation (S2) of the electric vehicle (1) at the charging post (LS).
