Description

一种鼓粉盒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于成像装置的鼓粉盒,具体来说涉及鼓粉盒上的感光鼓的接地结构。本申请要求于2010年07月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201020274201.8、名称为“一种鼓粉盒”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
背景技术
中国发明专利申请说明书CN200510097878.2中,公布了应用于成像装置的鼓粉盒,其结构如下:如图1至图3,该鼓粉盒包括感光鼓1’和非驱动端端盖2’等,其中感光鼓1’由成像金属管(通常为铝管)11’、法兰 12’、驱动头13’和位于驱动头13’内的导电弹片14’组成。法兰 12’、驱动头13’和非驱动端端盖2’为绝缘材料,成像金属管11’在成像过程中需要接地,通过使用导电弹片14’与成像金属管11’电连接,导电弹片14’与成像装置的驱动部件中的导电棒接触形成闭合回路接地。这种安装方式使得导电弹片14’的结构比较脆弱,接地可靠性不强。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种感光鼓接地结构可靠性更强的鼓粉盒。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:设计一种鼓粉盒,可安装在具有接地导电框架的成像装置中,所述鼓粉盒包括盒框架和可转动地支撑于所述盒框架的感光鼓,所述感光鼓具有成像金属管、位于该成像金属管驱动端的驱动头以及固定在该成像金属管非驱动端的法兰,所述盒框架在靠近所述成像金属管的非驱动端处设有非驱动端端盖,所述法兰由导电材料制成并与所述成像金属管形成电连接,所述法兰与所述非驱动端端盖之间还设有由导电材料制成并与所述法兰形成电连接的接地端盖,该接地端盖上具有可与所述接地导电框架接触以形成接地连接的接触部。
  优选地,在所述法兰与所述接地端盖之间的接触面上涂有导电膏,以便于增加其导电的可靠性。
优选地,所述成像金属管为铝管。
优选地,所述法兰由金属或导电POM制成。
优选地,所述接地端盖由金属或导电POM制成。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:由于省去了感光鼓驱动头内的导电弹片,改为通过感光鼓非驱动端的法兰和接地端盖与成像装置内的接地导电框架接触以形成接地连接,其结构强度更好,提高了感光鼓的接地可靠性。

本发明的实施方式
参见图4至图6,本发明的鼓粉盒1可安装在具有接地导电框架6的成像装置(例如激光打印机或激光复印机)中,接地导电框架6由导电材料制成并且连接地线,该鼓粉盒1包括了盒框架2和可转动地支撑于盒框架2的感光鼓3,感光鼓3具有成像金属管31(例如为铝管)、位于该成像金属管31的驱动端的驱动头32和固定在成像金属管31的非驱动端的法兰33,该法兰33由诸如金属或导电POM(聚甲醛,俗称赛钢)等导电材料制成并与成像金属管31形成电连接,而驱动头32则没有如图3所示的导电弹片14’。
  参见图7和图8,盒框架2在靠近成像金属管31的非驱动端处设有非驱动端端盖4,法兰33与非驱动端端盖4之间设有接地端盖5,该接地端盖5同样由诸如金属或导电POM等导电材料制成并与法兰33形成电连接,并且为了增加其导电的可靠性,在法兰33与接地端盖5的接触面还可以涂有导电膏。该接地端盖5上具有两个接触部51、52。
  参见图9,当鼓粉盒1被安装到成像装置时,成像装置内的定位机构7向下移动并将鼓粉盒1向下压紧定位,接地端盖5受力向下并与接地导电框架6配合,一方面起到定位的作用,另一方面通过接触部51、52与接地导电框架6接触以形成接地连接,并且由于接地端盖5和法兰33本身的导电性,使得成像金属管31与接地导电框架6连接形成闭合回路,达到感光鼓5接地的作用。
  以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明的鼓粉盒省去了感光鼓驱动头内的导电弹片,改为通过感光鼓非驱动端的法兰和接地端盖与成像装置内的接地导电框架接触以形成接地连接,其结构强度更好,提高了感光鼓的接地可靠性。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种鼓粉盒,可安装在具有接地导电框架的成像装置中,所述鼓粉盒包括盒框架和可转动地支撑于所述盒框架的感光鼓,所述感光鼓具有成像金属管、位于该成像金属管驱动端的驱动头以及固定在该成像金属管非驱动端的法兰,所述盒框架在靠近所述成像金属管的非驱动端处设有非驱动端端盖,其特征在于,所述法兰由导电材料制成并与所述成像金属管形成电连接,所述法兰与所述非驱动端端盖之间还设有由导电材料制成并与所述法兰形成电连接的接地端盖,该接地端盖上具有可与所述接地导电框架接触以形成接地连接的接触部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的鼓粉盒,其特征在于,在所述法兰与所述接地端盖之间的接触面上涂有导电膏。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的鼓粉盒,其特征在于,所述成像金属管为铝管。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的鼓粉盒,其特征在于,所述法兰由金属或导电POM制成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的鼓粉盒,其特征在于,所述接地端盖由 金属或导电POM制成。
