Abstract

본 발명은 요동각 조절 및 높이조절이 가능한 안장구조 및 이를 구비한 헬스 자전거에 관한 것으로서 안장의 좌우수평요동시 진동을 최소화하고 안정성을 확보하여 장시간에 걸쳐 다리운동, 골반과 척추, 복부 등의 전신운동을 할 수 있음은 물론, 사용자의 인위적인 동작에 의해 전후 방향 및 높이를 조절할 수 있어 다양한 운동범위를 제공할 수 있다.
