Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif inédit (1 ; 20) destiné à empêcher les oiseaux de se poser sur un garde-corps (12) équipant un bateau, situé autour d'une galerie et équivalent. Ledit dispositif comprend une pluralité de tiges (3) et de moyens de raccordement permettant de raccorder lesdites tiges au garde-corps. Un ruban métallique (2) supportant les tiges (3) dressées vers le haut depuis le garde-corps recouvre le garde-corps sur toute sa longueur, lesdites tiges (3) étant équitablement réparties sur le ruban métallique (2). Un moyen de raccordement (11) est prévu pour fixer ledit ruban métallique au garde-corps.
