Description

TÍTULO DA INVENÇÃO
"PALLET" CAMPO DA TÉCNICA
A presente patente de invenção refere-se a um aperfeiçoamento em pallet, utilizável com empilhadeira ou prateleira para transporte , movimentação ou armazenamento de carga.
ESTADO DA TÉCNICA REFERENTE À INVENÇÃO
Os pallets conhecidos da técnica são estruturas confeccionadas em madeira, metal, plástico e até mesmo papelão, basicamente constituídos de uma estrutura maciça dotada de pés de apoio fixados ao longo de uma chapa superior ou duas chapas paralelas, uma superior outra inferior, delimitando, assim, o vão de espaçamento entre ditas chapas, local da introdução das garras da empilhadeira para a movimentação do referido pallet e da carga disposta sobre o mesmo.
Como exemplos do estado da técnica, destacam-se os documentos
PI 0700846-5 e MU 8601929-5, os quais ilustram pallets do tipo constituídos por uma única chapa superior e provida de pés de apoio, sendo que o pallet revelado no documento PI 0700846-5 apresenta-se constituído por peça única, em plástico injetado, de forma que seus pés são parte integrante da chapa superior; já o pallet revelado no documento PI 0501284-8 é constituído por chapa e pés encaixáveis, confeccionados em papelão, de forma que dito pallet pode ser montado no local desejado.
Os documentos MU 7401238-0 e PI 0704503-4 ilustram pallets do tipo constituído por duas chapas paralelas, uma superior e outra inferior, interligadas entre si por elementos espaçadores.
Entretanto, esses pallets conhecidos guardam entre si um ponto em comum, e que constitui sua principal desvantagem, qual seja, nenhum deles apresenta meios de regulagem de sua altura, o que, no caso específico dos pallets com chapas duplas, constitui a regulagem do espaçamento entre essas chapas. Com isso, esses pallets não estão aptos a serem utilizados com qualquer tipo de empilhadeira, sendo necessária a fabricação de várias peças com alturas diferenciadas de seus pés, ou espaçadores, para permitir o encaixe de qualquer tamanho de garra destas máquinas. OBJETIVOS E RESUMO DA INVENÇÃO
Constitui objetivo da presente invenção a criação de um pallet totalmente inédito em sua concepção e construtividade, que venha solucionar de forma prática, eficiente e simples o problema comentado acima.
Constituem outros objetivos da presente invenção a criação de um pallet de altura regulável; um pallet que pode ser montado em qualquer tamanho desejado; e um pallet de fácil armazenamento, pois quando desmontado possibilita o empilhamento somente das chapas, e as peças que constituem seus pés ficam à parte.
Para atender a esses objetivos, criou-se o presente "PALLET", o qual se apresenta composto por uma chapa superior perfurada e pelo menos dois suportes reguláveis, cada qual constituído por uma régua horizontal inferiormente provida de pequenos tubetes verticais em forma de copo, nos quais se encaixam as extremidades superiores de conjuntos extensores compostos por tubo externamente roscado, bucha de ancoragem internamente roscada, que se rosca na extremidade inferior do referido tubo, e porca de travamento igualmente roscada no tubo vertical, responsável pelo travamento entre este último e a bucha de ancoragem na altura desejada.
As perfurações previstas na chapa superior são dispostas em pontos coincidentes com os tubetes em forma de copo previstos nas réguas que integram os suportes reguláveis do pallet, gerando orifícios nos quais são introduzidas, sob pressão, respectivas cavilhas que neles se alojam, bem como nos correspondentes tubetes verticais, efetuando a fixação/ancoragem da chapa nos suportes. Essas cavilhas são preferivelmente confeccionadas em cortiça, mas podem também serem confeccionadas em material apropriado com as mesmas características de maleabilidade.
A chapa que compõe o pallet pode apresentar-se de quaisquer dimensões, e confeccionada em diversos materiais, tais como madeira, papelão reforçado, plástico, metal, etc, sendo que para se montar o pallet com chapas de grandes dimensões, basta empregar um maior número de suportes, e/ou empregar suportes mais longos.
A fixação por cavilhação não é necessária em toda a extensão da chapa do pallet, mas apenas em pontos estratégicos definidos pelo montador, e de acordo com as dimensões finais do pallet.
Opcionalmente, a fixação da chapa nos suportes pode ser feita através de parafusos.
Além disso, numa outra opção de realização do presente invento, a chapa superior pode ser dotada de pinos que se projetam verticalmente para baixo, de sua face inferior, coincidentes com os tubetes em forma de copo das réguas do suporte regulável, e passível de neles de encaixarem, constituindo meios de fixação da dita chapa no dito suporte.
DESCRIÇÃO DOS DESENHOS Para efeito de ilustração, seguem anexos desenhos do presente invento, através dos quais o mesmo será melhor visualizado:
a figura 1 ilustra o pallet ora inovado em perspectiva inferior e explodida;
a figura 2 ilustra o mesmo em perspectiva superior e montado, mostrando em tracejado a possibilidade de o mesmo apresentar-se em maiores dimensões;
a figura 3 é uma vista lateral e explodida do referido pallet, com a chapa que o integra em corte, ilustrando a modalidade de fixação desta nos suportes através de cavilhas;
a figura 4 ilustra uma outra modalidade de fixação da chapa nos suportes, qual seja, através de parafusos;
na figura 5 é ilustrada uma outra opção de realização do presente pallet, com a chapa superior provida de pinos inferiores e projetantes que constituem os meios de fixação nos suportes reguláveis. DESCRIÇÃO DETALHADA DA INVENÇÃO
O objeto da presente patente de invenção é um "PALLET", o qual é constituído por chapa (1) provida de perfurações (1a) e pelo menos dois suportes reguláveis (2), cada qual constituído por régua (3) inferiormente provida de tubetes verticais (4) em forma de copo com furo central na base, passíveis de se encaixarem nas extremidades superiores de conjuntos extensores (5), constituídos por tubos verticais (6) e respectivas buchas de ancoragem (7), dito tubo (6) dotado de trecho inferior externamente roscado que se rosca na rosca interna da bucha de ancoragem (7), sendo que para travar o roscamento entre estas duas peças na altura desejada é prevista porca (8), igualmente roscada no tubo (6).
Os orifícios (1a) da chapa (1) são praticados em pontos coincidentes e alinhados com as aberturas superiores dos tubetes verticais (4) das réguas (3) que integram o suporte regulável (2), gerando cavidades nas quais, numa primeira opção de realização da fixação da chapa (1) nos suportes (2), são introduzidas, sob pressão, respectivas cavilhas (10). Essas cavilhas (10) são preferivelmente confeccionadas em cortiça, mas podem também serem confeccionadas em outro material apropriado com as mesmas características de maleabilidade.
Opcionalmente, a fixação da chapa (1) nos suportes (2) pode ser efetuada por meio de parafusos (p).
Numa outra opção de realização do pallet (Pa) ora inovado, a chapa (1) apresenta-se dotada de pinos (11) que se projetam verticalmente para baixo, de sua face inferior, coincidentes com os tubetes (4) da régua (3) do suporte regulável (2), e passível de neles de encaixarem, constituindo meios de fixação da dita chapa (1) no dito suporte (2).
A chapa (1) que compõe o pallet (Pa) pode apresentar-se de quaisquer dimensões, e confeccionada em diversos materiais, tais como madeira, papelão reforçado, plástico, metal, etc, sendo que para se montar o pallet (Pa) com chapas (1) de grandes dimensões, basta empregar um maior número de suportes (2), e/ou empregar suportes (2) mais longos.
Adicionalmente, o pallet (Pa) possibilita total racionalização do espaço de armazenamento quando desmontado, uma vez que as chapas (1) são empilhadas, e as peças que integram os suportes (2) são ensacadas.

Claims

REIVINDICAÇÕES
1a) "PALLET", caracterizado por ser constituído por chapa (1) dotada de perfurações (1a) e pelo menos dois suportes reguláveis (2), cada qual constituído por régua (3) inferiormente provida de tubetes verticais (4) em forma de copo com furo central na base, passíveis de se encaixarem nas extremidades superiores de conjuntos extensores (5), constituídos por tubos verticais (6) e respectivas buchas de ancoragem (7), dito tubo (6) provido de trecho inferior externamente roscado que se rosca na rosca interna da bucha de ancoragem (7), sendo que para travar o roscamento entre estas duas peças na altura desejada é prevista porca (8), igualmente roscada no tubo (6); os orifícios (1a) da chapa (1) são praticados em pontos coincidentes e alinhados com as aberturas superiores dos tubetes verticais (4) das réguas (3) que integram o suporte regulável (2), gerando cavidades nas quais são introduzidas, sob pressão, respectivas cavilhas (10) que constituem meios de fixação da chapa (1) nos suportes (2).
2a) "PALLET", de acordo com a reivindicação 1 , caracterizado por a fixação da chapa (1) nos suportes (2) ser efetuada por meio de parafusos (p).
3a) "PALLET", de acordo com a reivindicação 1 , e numa outra opção de realização, caracterizado por a chapa (1) ser provida de pinos (11) que se projetam verticalmente para baixo, de sua face inferior, coincidentes com os tubetes (4) da régua (3) do suporte regulável (2), e passível de neles de encaixarem, constituindo meios de fixação da dita chapa (1) no dito suporte (2).
4a) "PALLET", de acordo com a reivindicação 1 , caracterizado por a chapa (1) que compõe o pallet (Pa) apresentarem-se de qualquer tamanho e confeccionada em diversos materiais, tais como madeira, papelão reforçado, plástico, metal, etc.
5a) "PALLET", de acordo com a reivindicação 1 , caracterizado por o pallet (Pa) possibilitar total racionalização do espaço de armazenamento quando desmontado, uma vez que as chapas (1) são empilhadas, ou sobrepostas, e as peças que integram os suportes (2) são ensacadas.
