Description

一种止血器充放气装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种桡动脉压迫止血器的充 放气装置。 背景技术
压迫止血器是用于在手术中介入桡动脉进行压迫止血, 目前, 与 压迫止血器配套使用的充放气装置通常使用的是普通的 20ml注射器 或类似于 20ml的注射器的气体注射器械。使用这种气体注射器械作为 充气式止血压迫器的充放气装置,在操作使用中不能有效准确的控制 气体放出量的多少, 操作不方便。 而且, 注射器一般为标准的鲁尔接 头结构, 医生在操作中很容易把单向阀与鞘管延长管接口混淆, 从而 把气体误打入鞘管, 出现医疗事故。 发明内容
(一) 要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能快速便捷地与压迫止血 器连接, 在进行充放气操作时能有效密封, 并能准确的按产品使用要 求控制使用过程中的气体放出量的充放气装置,且不会把气体误打入 鞘管, 出现医疗事故。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的, 本发明的技术方案提供一种止血器充放气装 置, 包括简体以及与筒体紧密配合的活塞柱, 所述活塞柱的一端固定 有连接杆, 其中, 所述简体的底端与短管固定连接, 所述短管与简体 内部空间连通, 所述连接杆呈相互交叉的十字形柱结构, 所述十字形 柱中轴线的相对两侧垂直固定有挡板, 所述筒体上连接有卡扣, 所述 卡扣固定连接在简体上并伸入简体的内表面。
其中, 所述短管的外表面为台阶形, 所述台阶的大端与简体的底 端连接。
其中, 所述短管的外表面为三级台阶形, 所述台阶为锥形阶梯。 其中, 所述简体的外表面有刻度。
其中, 所述短管锥形阶梯最细端, 直径为 lmm~4mm。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细 描述。 以下实施例用于说明本发明, 但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图 1-2所示, 依照本发明一种实施方式的止血器充放气装置, 包括筒体 11以及与筒体 11紧密配合的活塞柱 12,所述活塞柱 12的一端 固定有连接杆 13 , 简体 11的底端与短管 10固定连接, 短管 10与简体 11 内部空间连通。 所述连接杆 13呈相互交叉的十字形柱结构, 所述十字 形柱中轴线的相对两侧垂直固定有挡板 16,所述简体 11上连接有卡扣 15 , (如图 4所示)所述卡扣 15固定连接在简体 11上并伸入筒体 11的内 部, 当连接杆 13后退时可以与挡板 16接触, 阻挡连接杆 13的后退。
为了与压迫止血器连接时, 防止止血器的气体泄漏, 所述短管 10 的外表面为台阶形, 所述短管 10的外表面优选为三级锥形台阶形(如 图 3所示)。 所述台阶的大端与简体 11的底端连接。 如图 5所示, 短管 10的连接头端刚好与压迫止血器上的单向阀活塞接触, 此时, 充放气 装置的短管 10头端的第二锥形阶梯段已同时与单向阀接口内壁贴附, 向内用力并轻转充放气装置,充气口头端的短管 10压迫单向阀的活塞 使充、放气通路打开, 同时充气口短管 10连接头端的第二锥形阶梯段 与单向阀接口内壁紧密贴附, 以防止气体泄漏。 短管 10锥形阶梯最细 端的直径优选为 lmm~4mm, 第二大端直径优选为 1.5-6mm (可根据 止血器单向阀接口内壁的大小来设置相应的直径大小), 短管的内径 优选为 0.5-0.8mm。
