孕妇产后大出血是产科常用的突然病，该病情特别危机，危险性高，如果无法在短时间内止血，就有可能给患者带来生命危险，现有技术中一般都是应用药物促进宫缩，或向子宫腔内填塞纱布止血，药物起作用的时间较长，而填塞纱布止血不仅操作困难，且止血效果较差。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种妇产科用止血气囊装置，操作方便，止血效果快。 
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：妇产科用止血气囊装置，包括气囊，所述气囊外周面设有环形海绵层，所述气囊通过气管连接有气泵，所述环形海绵层内部包裹有药液喷头，所述药液喷头通过输液管连接有注射器。 
优选的，所述环形海绵层外周面为圆锥梯形结构。 
优选的，所述气管上设有压力表。

如附图所示，妇产科用止血气囊装置，包括气囊1，气囊1外周面设有环形海绵层2，气囊1通过气管3连接有气泵4，环形海绵层2内部包裹有药液喷头5，药液喷头5通过输液管6连接有注射器7。环形海绵层外周面为圆锥梯形结构。气管3上设有压力表8。 
使用时，将该装置放入患者阴道中，用气泵4向气囊1内充气，进行压迫止血，同时用注射器7通过药液喷头5向子宫壁上喷洒止血药液，通过药液的作用使子宫内壁吻合，从而达到快速止血的效果。
