Abstract

Wasserkraft-Staudruckmaschine (1) mit wenigstens einem Laufrad (3), das eine Nabe (4) und damit verbundene Schaufeln (5) aufweist, und das im Betrieb eine Wasserstandshöhe (d) als Differenz zwischen einem Oberwasserpegel (8) und einem Unterwasserpegel (9) festlegt, mit einer mit dem Laufrad (3) gekuppelten elektrischen Motor-Generator-Maschine (10), und mit einer Regeleinrichtung (11) zur Regelung des Oberwasserpegels (8), die mit der Motor-Generator-Maschine (10) verbunden ist, um durch Regelung des bremsenden Drehmoments der Motor-Generator-Maschine (10) die Drehzahl (n1) des Laufrads (3) zur Einhaltung eines vorgegebenen Oberwasserpegels (8) zu regeln.
