一种移动终端 技术领域
本实用新型涉及移动终端技术, 特别是指一种新型天线连接方式的移 动终端。 背景技术
天线作为移动终端中必不可少的关键器件, 起着发射和接收信号的重 要作用。 由于诸如手机等移动终端产品的设计空间很小, 因此, 具有柔软 性、 可靠性、 以及空间利用率高等优点的柔性印刷电路(FPC , Flexible Printed Circuit ) 天线, 就成为设计者们青睐的对象。
在实际应用过程中, FPC 天线需要通过连接器, 实现与移动终端主板 的连接。 目前, 较为通用的连接方式为: 在主板上焊接弹脚, 弹脚再与 FPC 天线相连, 从而实现 FPC天线与主板的连接; 或者, 使用昂贵的弹簧顶针 ( pogopin )连接器。
但是, 在使用过程中, 如果釆用弹脚的方式, 会存在由于外界不可预 知的因素导致接触不良的问题, 比如: 弹脚由于跌落而导致撞击变形等, 会出现弹脚被压扁的情况, 进而会出现馈点与连接器的虚接, 甚至完全脱 落, 进而产生接触不良的问题; 如果釆用 pogopin连接器, 由于 pogopin连 接器的价格非常昂贵, 会大大增加移动终端的成本, 因此, FPC 天线与移 动终端的主板之间连接的可靠性及低成本要求, 就成为在设计上需要平衡 的技术难点。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种移动终端, 能在不增 加成本的同时, 解决 FPC天线与移动终端主板间连接可能出现的接触不良 问题。
为达到上述目的, 本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型一种移动终端, 包括: 外壳、 主板、 以及 FPC天线, 所述
FPC天线的金手指通过螺钉固定在所述主板上。
上述方案中, 所述 FPC天线的金手指上设置有螺钉孔; 所述螺钉孔的 边缘与所述 FPC天线馈点走线之间的距离为预先设置的安全距离。
上述方案中, 所述螺钉孔的直径大于所述螺钉的直径。
上述方案中, 所述螺钉为一个以上。
上述方案中, 所述 FPC天线固定在所述外壳上。
上述方案中, 所述螺钉为绝缘材料的螺钉、 或导电材料的螺钉。
上述方案中, 所述螺钉固定后与所述外壳之间的距离大于等于预先设 置的安全距离。
本实用新型提供的移动终端, 将 FPC的金手指通过螺钉固定在移动终 端的主板上,如此, 能实现 FPC天线与移动终端主板之间良好的电气连接, 并能解决因为外界不可预知的因素而造成 FPC天线馈点与主板接触不良、 或完全分离的问题。
另外, 本实用新型所釆用的新型天线连接方式, 简单、 易于实现, 不 需要额外增加天线连接器, 如此, 能降低移动终端的生产成本。 附图说明

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型再作进一步详细的说明。 本实用新型提供的移动终端包括: 外壳、 主板、 以及 FPC天线; 其中, 所述 FPC天线的金手指通过螺钉固定在所述主板上。
图 1为本实用新型中 FPC天线的金手指与主板的连接关系示意图, 从 图 1中可以看出, 所述 FPC的金手指 11与所述主板 12上的镀金部分通过 所述螺钉 13固定连接在一起,使得 FPC天线馈点与主板上天线馈点的对应 位置接触良好、 且很稳定, 如此, 不会出现由于外界不可预知的因素造成 FPC天线馈点与主板接触不良、 或完全分离的情况。
所述螺钉 13可以釆用现有移动终端上可使用的所有型号的螺钉, 所述 螺钉 13的材料可以是绝缘材料, 也可以是导电材料; 无论使用哪种材料的 螺钉, 在设计 FPC天线时, 都需要将螺钉 13对 FPC天线性能的影响因素 考虑进去,避免设计出的 FPC天线的性能在使用过程中, 因为螺钉 13的增 加而使其性能发生变化的情况发生。
另外, 使用所述螺钉 13固定所述 FPC天线的金手指 11和所述主板 12 时,还需要在所述 FPC天线的金手指 11上预先设置螺钉孔, 在设置螺钉孔 时, 需要预留出螺钉孔与 FPC天线馈点的走线之间预先设置的安全距离, 以保证不损坏原有的 FPC天线的设计; 所述安全距离可以依据经验进行设 置, 比如: 依据经验可以选择螺钉孔的边缘距离馈点走线的距离为 0.5mm 作为安全距离; 同时, 螺钉孔的直径略大于所选用的所述螺钉 13的直径, 以保证所述螺钉 13拧上去后不会影响 FPC天线的性能。在实际应用中,依 据经验可以选择螺钉孔的直径比螺钉的直径大 0.4mm, 举个例子来说, 比 如,选择直径为 1.45mm的螺钉作为固定螺钉, 则螺钉孔的直径可以选择为 1.85mm。 除此之外, 还需要考虑所述螺钉 13的长度, 所述螺钉 13固定好 后, 所述螺钉 13与移动终端的外壳之间的距离必须大于等于预先设置的安 全距离, 以免与外壳产生干涉; 所述安全距离可以依据经验进行设置, 比 如: 可以设置安全距离为 0.5mm。 在实际应用过程中, 如果 FPC天线有多个馈点, 则可以选择多个螺钉 来固定所述 FPC天线的金手指 11和所述主板 12。
本实施例选用两个馈点, 通过本实用新型提供的螺钉连接方式实现所 述 FPC天线的金手指 11和所述主板 12的固定, 如图 2所示, FPC天线自 身没有支架, 因此, 可以选择将 FPC天线固定在移动终端的外壳 21上, 固 定的方式釆用背胶, 通过背胶的粘结作用使 FPC天线附着在所述移动终端 的外壳 21上; 为了使 FPC天线的两个馈点都能与所述主板 12形成良好的 电气连接, 因此, 设置两个螺钉 13进行固定。
从本实施例可以看出, 本实用新型提供的螺钉连接方式可以直接实现 FPC天线与主板的良好连接, 而不需要再增加额外的连接器。
在实际应用过程中, 如果选择的 FPC天线自身带有支架时, 可以先将 支架通过卡扣固定在移动终端的主板上, 然后再釆用本实用新型提供的螺 钉连接方式, 将 FPC天线的金手指与主板固定, 从而实现 FPC天线的馈点 与主板的电气连接。 为了使 FPC天线的馈点与主板更好的接触, 可以在设 计 FPC天线时, 将 FPC天线的馈点略突出于其周围的平面。

3、 根据权利要求 2所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述螺钉孔的直径 大于所述螺钉的直径。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述螺钉为一个以 上。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述 FPC天线固定 在所述外壳上。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述螺 钉为绝缘材料的螺钉、 或导电材料的螺钉。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述螺 钉固定后与所述外壳之间的距离大于等于预先设置的安全距离。
