Description

POULTRY CAGE HAVING COLLAPSIBLE PERFORATED CARRIER WHICH CAN BE POSITIONED INTO OR REMOVED OUT OF THE CAGE BY SLIDING
DESCRIPTION
The Related Art
The invention relates to the cages used in poultry breeding.
The invention particularly relates to the poultry cage, which is formed of more than one level; and has perforated carrier transferring animal manure to the conveyor belt found below the cage level, forming the base of the cage levels, and providing easy collection of animals by dropping them on the conveyor belt via being pulled and fold like a drawer.
The Prior Art
Poultry breeding especially focused on chicken, turkey, duck, goose, and pigeon can be made for both obtaining the egg of the raised animal and benefiting from the meat of the animal or it can be made only for hobby purposes such as pigeon. Various cage embodiments are present for this breeding operation. The simplest of these is the hand made cages especially used in rural areas.
However, in the present system, poultry breeding have become a large industry especially for food purposes. Therefore, it has been a must to perform the operations related to animals with quick and quality methods.
One of the most frequently used cages in the method is the multi-level cages. The cage subject to the utility model document with publication no TR 2007 00028 Y is an example for said multi-level cages. However, the document aims to protect a novel hanger piece used at the intermediate levels of these types of cages.
In said cages, generally, the fixed single-piece perforated carriers of the utility model with no TR 2006 02392 Y are used. These carriers transfer the manure of the animal to the lower part of the cage like a sieve and provide keeping the inside of the cage as clean as possible. Manure dropping down from these carriers is collected by the manure collection systems with conveyor belt disclosed in the utility model with publication no TR 2006 06606.
While the present applications provide living space for poultry, they cause collection of animals from their living spaces in the cage by hand in very difficult conditions when the animals are wanted to be taken out. This results in situations reducing the sales value of animals such as breaking of the wings and bruising of the meat of animals and thus causes loss for the breeder. Moreover, since collection of animals from the cage by hand would be conducted via picking of animals one by one, this operation takes a very long time or causes employing a lot of people and increases labour costs. As a result of all of these problems, need has occurred for an embodiment providing easy, quick, and harmless collection of animals from multi-level cages.
Brief Description of the Invention

The primary purpose of the invention is to provide a cage embodiment used in cultivation of poultry.
The purpose of the invention is to provide automatic falling of animals on the conveyor belt, which is previously used for carrying the manure of animals, via the perforated carrier which can be separated from the cage like a drawer and thus collection of the animals at the end of the belt in an easy and harmless manner. Moreover, via carrying of all the animals by belt, it is aimed to reduce the time for taking animals out of their cages.
A purpose of the invention is to reduce and minimize the labour costs and the number of employees required at the time of taking animals out of their cages by making the collection by two workers at the end of the line for each cage.
The invention also aims to reduce the distance required between the cage rows via the collapsible property of the perforated carrier. In this way, positioning of much more cages than the number of cages which can fit into an area is ensured. In addition to this, via the piece of the drawer that is folded downwards, the animals are prevented from going out of the cage over the belt.
Another purpose of the invention is to easily remove or fit the carrier via the handles formed on the edge facing the front side of the cage.
The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account said figures and detailed explanations.
