Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 연료탱크의 연료파이프 등의 유체파이프에 착탈이 자유롭게 설치되어 유체호스를 접속할 수 있도록 하는 자동차 유체통로용 퀵 커넥터(Quick Connector)에 관한 것으로, 본 출원인의 선출원 자동차 유체통로용 퀵 커넥터(100)는 록킹부재(120)에 외부 충격이 작용하게 되면 각 록킹편(121)의 회동중심돌기(122)를 중심으로 각 록킹편(121)의 탄성지지편(126) 쪽이 오므려지면서 각 록킹편(121)의 록킹부(125) 쪽이 외측으로 벌어지게 되어 하우징(110)의 유체파이프 접속부(111)에 록킹된 유체파이프(160)가 분리될 우려가 있었던 바, 일측에 유체파이프 접속부가 마련되고, 타측에 유체호스 접속부가 마련되는 하우징과; 상기 하우징의 유체파이프 접속부에 설치되어 유체파이프 접속부에 삽입되는 유체파이프를 착탈 가능하게 지지하는 록킹부재와; 상기 하우징의 유체파이프 접속부 내부에 설치되어 유체파이프와 하우징 유체파이프 접속부 사이의 기밀을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 한 쌍의 밀폐링과; 상기 한 쌍의 밀폐링 사이에 설치되는 스페이스링이 구비되는 자동차 유체통로용 퀵 커넥터를 구성함에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 유체파이프 접속부의 외부 양측에 각각 록킹부재 접속부를 돌출 형성하고, 각 록킹부재 접속부의 선단과 후단에 끼움구멍과 지지구멍을 마련하며, 상기 록킹부재의 양측에 상기 하우징의 록킹부재 접속부에 접속되고 내측 중앙에 회동중심돌기가 돌출 형성되는 록킹편을 마련하고, 양 록킹편의 사이에 밀폐링과 스페이스링의 이탈을 방지하는 안전링을 마련하되, 상기 하우징의 유체파이프 접속부의 외부 둘레에 상기 록킹부재의 수축을 제한할 수 있도록 하는 록킹해제 방지링을 회전 가능하게 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명의 자동차 유체통로용 퀵 커넥터는 하우징의 유체파이프 접속부의 외부 둘레에 록킹해제 방지링을 결합하게 되면 외부 충격에 의해 유체파이프의 록킹이 해제되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
