Selon ce procédé d'organisation de loterie électronique, on utilise pour sa mise en oeuvre un système de loterie électronique comprenant un serveur de loterie principal, un serveur de loterie local, et des terminaux de loterie, et le tirage de la loterie s'effectue par l'identification de quittances de loterie électroniques; au préalable, on forme sur le serveur de loterie principal des quittances de loterie électroniques dont les données de jeu et les données d'enregistrement sont placées dans des paquets électroniques de manière aléatoire, lesdits paquets étant transmis de manière aléatoire via au moins un serveur de loterie local à destination de terminaux de loterie dans lesquels les quittances de loterie électroniques sont commercialisées entre les joueurs à la loterie. Lors du tirage, on utilise des quittances de loterie électroniques dont chacune comprend au moins deux segments de jeu ouverts l'un après l'autre par le joueur à la loterie; ces segments de jeu se présentent comme au moins une matrice constituée de cellules de jeu croisées réalisées de manière à assurer la visualisation d'au moins une indication des résultats du tirage cachée dans ces segments. Ce procédé permet d'améliorer l'attrait et l'interactivité du jeu et ugmente de manière radicale le degré de liberté du choix de la stratégie lors de la participation à la loterie.
