Abstract
Es ist eine Zahnradpumpe mit mehreren zur Förderung eines Fördermediums ineinandergreifenden Zahnrädern beschrieben, die in einem Pumpengehäuse drehbar gehalten sind und die ein Fördermedium aus einer Ansaugzone in eine Druckzone des Pumpengehäuses fördern. Eines der Zahnräder wird durch eine Pumpenwelle angetrieben, die mit einem Kupplungsende aus dem Pumpengehäuse herausragt. Zur Abdichtung des Pumpengehäuses ist ein Wellendichtring am Umfang der Pumpenwelle gehalten, wobei zur Vermeidung von Materialablagerungen dem Wellendichtring erfindungsgemäß am Umfang der Pumpenwelle eine innenliegende Spülkammer zugeordnet ist, die durch einen Zuführkanal im Pumpengehäuse mit der Druckzone des Pumpengehäuses verbunden ist.
