Abstract

Se propone una unidad de accionamiento de bomba para transportar un fluido de proceso la cual tiene una caja (4) en común que rodea una bomba (2) que tiene un impulsor (21) para la rotación alrededor de una dirección axial (A), y tiene una unidad motriz (3) para la bomba (2) que tiene un árbol (5) para accionar el impulsor (21) que conecta la unidad motriz (3) a la bomba (2), y que tiene un estrangulador (13) que se extiende alrededor del árbol (5) y que se dispone entre el impulsor (21) y la unidad motriz (3), siendo que la caja (4) tiene una entrada de bomba (22) y una salida de bomba (23) para el fluido de proceso, siendo que se proporciona una entrada (43) para un fluido de barrera a través de la cual el fluido de barrera se puede introducir al interior de la unidad motriz (3) y siendo que se proporciona una salida (44) para el fluido de barrera a través de la cual el fluido de barrera se puede drenar fuera de la caja (4), y siendo que en el árbol (5) se proporcionan una pluralidad de cámaras de depósito (11) para el fluido de barrera en la región entre el estrangulador (13) y la unidad motriz (3), siendo que estas cámaras de depósito (11) se disponen una tras otra con relación a la dirección axial (A), en donde dos respectivas cámaras de depósito (11) adyacentes se encuentran en comunicación de flujo una con otra.
