技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸尿裤， 特别是一种防漏效果好的纸尿裤。
背景技术
传统的纸尿裤， 其结构大致是： 上面为一亲水面层， 下面为一防水底层 （即纸尿裤 的背面）， 中间为吸水棉芯层。 经一体裁剪压合成型， 在纸尿裤两侧边各设有一立体护 围， 以防排泄物量大时从侧边漏出； 另外在裤体的后端两侧设有一对魔术贴， 以便将裤 体的前后端粘连起来穿戴在人体上。传统纸尿裤的立体护围主要是防止侧漏的， 但有时 排泄物会从纸尿裤的纵向两端 （即前后端） 渗漏， 而造成衣物的污染。
发明内容
本发明需解决的技术问题是： 本发明主要解决的是传统纸尿裤的前后渗漏问题。 本发明所采用的技术方案： 其包括亲水面层、 防水底层， 在亲水面层与防水底层之 间是吸水棉芯层， 在纸尿裤两侧各设有一防止侧漏的立体护围， 在纸尿裤的纵向端装配 有弹性腰围， 弹性腰围覆盖在两侧立体护围之上， 弹性腰围的纵向端有一部分覆盖叠合 在吸水棉芯层的纵向端的上面。
上述弹性腰围与亲水面层通过热粘合或施胶的方式粘合， 粘合区域呈 U型， 为弹性 腰围纵向两端的外侧及弹性腰围横向两端。
上述弹性腰围可在纸尿裤的纵向上下两端各装配有一个。
本发明的有益效果： 因为本发明弹性腰围的纵向端有一部分覆盖叠合在吸水棉芯层 的纵向端的上面， 可以垫高吸水棉芯层两头的纵向端， 产生堵尿防漏的效果。

具体实施方式
参见图 1， 本发明包括亲水面层 1、 防水底层， 在亲水面层与防水底层之间是吸水棉芯 层 2 (图中用虚线表示的区域）， 在纸尿裤两侧各设有一防止侧漏的立体护围 3， 在纸尿 裤的纵向两端可以各装配一个弹性腰围 4， 弹性腰围 4覆盖在两侧立体护围之上， 弹性 腰围 4的纵向端有一部分覆盖叠合在吸水棉芯层 2的纵向端的上面，可覆盖叠合在吸水 棉芯层 2的纵向端上面 5— 10mm。 传统纸尿裤的弹性腰围与吸水棉芯层没有覆盖叠合的 关系。 采用覆盖叠合的方式， 与下述 u型的粘合区域配合， 可以形成向内收縮提起的防 水底层挡水护围， 从而产生防止尿液前后漏的效果。 弹性腰围 4与亲水面层 1通过热粘 合或施胶的方式粘合， 粘合区域呈 U型， 为弹性腰围纵向两端的外侧 （可距离吸水棉芯 层纵向两端外侧 5_15隱） 及弹性腰围横向两端 （图中阴影部分 A表示的是弹性腰围 4 与亲水面层 1粘合的区域）。 这样的结构有利于让吸水棉芯层 2的纵向两头至粘合区域 之间向内形成环抱状， 防漏效果更好。 此外， 传统纸尿裤的立体护围立面的基部是粘贴 在亲水面层上， 尿液有时会沿亲水面层渗漏， 本发明将立体护围立面的基部直接粘贴在 防水底层上， 且可将立体护围做成双层结构的， 这样防侧漏效果更佳， 所以本发明不仅 解决了前后漏问题， 也解决了侧漏问题。
