在此步骤中, 可以设定发动机的开启进气温度 Tl、 开启冷却液 温度 Τ2、 关闭进气温度 Τ3, 以及关闭冷却液温度 Τ4, 这些参数值可 以通过总线仪表控制器 Ζ上的参数设置显示屏进行设置,用于判断模 块根据这些参数值对发动机的实时工作温度进行对比分析,得出开启 或关闭各级风扇的控制信号, 其中, 开启进气温度 T1可以包括低温 开启进气温度 T11和高温开启进气温度 T12,且 Τ11< Τ12,开启冷却 液温度 Τ2可以包括低温开启冷却液温度 T21和高温开启冷却液温度 和高温关闭进气温度 Τ32, 且 Τ31< Τ11 , Τ32< Τ12, 关闭冷却液温度 可以包括低温关闭冷却液温度 T41 和高温关闭冷却液温度 Τ42, 且 Τ41< Τ21 , Τ42< Τ22。 事实上,高温关闭进气温度 T32应该低于低温关闭进气温度 T31、 高温关闭冷却液温度 T42应该低于低温关闭冷却液温度 T41 , 这样, 就能够保证高温风扇组的关闭温度低于低温风扇组的关闭温度, 当温 度下降到一定程度之后, 使高温风扇组在低温风扇组关闭之后才关 闭, 这样就在高温风扇组处于开启的过程中使低温风扇组得到休息, 减少对低温风扇组的损耗。
( 2 )采集发动机的实时工作温度:
可以通过与发动机的 ECU相连接的信号采集总线采集发动机的 实时工作温度, 其中包括发动机的实时进气温度 Ta和实时冷却液温 度 Tc。
( 3 )判断发动机的实时工作温度是否达到所述各级风扇的开启 或关闭温度值, 如果达到, 则发出开启或关闭各级风扇的开启或关闭 控制信号:
当发动机启动之后,应该首先判断是否满足低温冷却风扇开启条 件: 若 Ta> Tll或 Tc> T21 , 则开启低温冷却风扇组中的 F1和 F2; 当低温冷却风扇组处于单独开启状态时,需要判断是否满足高温 冷却风扇开启条件: Ta>T12或 Tc>T22, 则开启高温冷却风扇组中的 所有风扇 F3、 F4、 F5, 以及 F6, 同时, 也可能存在由于低温冷却风 扇组的开启而使发动机的实时工作温度降低的情况, 那么此时, 还需 要判断是否满足低温冷却风扇关闭条件: 若 Ta<T31且 Tc<T41 , 则关 闭低温冷却风扇组 F 1和 F2 , 此时, 多级风扇冷却单元中的各个风扇 均处于关闭状态;
当低温冷却风扇组和高温冷却风扇组均处于开启状态时,会产生 比较明显的降温效果,由于预先设定的低温冷却风扇组的关闭温度高 于高温冷却风扇组的关闭温度,所以应该再次判断是否满足上述低温 冷却风扇组的关闭条件,如果发动机的实时工作温度减低至满足低温 冷却风扇组的关闭条件, 则将低温冷却风扇组关闭, 使其处于休息状 态, 由高温冷却风扇组继续对发动机进行冷却降温, 由于高温冷却风 扇组的降温强度较大, 发动机的实时工作温度仍然会处于下降的状 态, 此时, 则需要判断是否满足高温冷却风扇关闭条件: 若 Ta<T32 且 Tc<T42 , 则关闭所述高温冷却风扇组中全部的风扇 F3、 F4、 F5 , 以及 F6, 此时, 多级风扇冷却单元中的各个风扇均处于关闭状态; 但是, 此时, 总线仪表控制器 Z仍未停止工作, 由于发动机仍然处于 工作状态, 在各级风扇处于关闭的状态下, 发动机的实时工作温度可 能会再次升高, 那么, 则需要再一次返回判断是否满足低温冷却风扇 开启条件的步骤, 进行新一轮的冷却风扇开启或关闭判断。
为了防止由于发动机停机之后,风扇仍然工作而引发车辆蓄电池 的亏电, 在本实施例中, 可以设定当发动机的转速低于 300转 /分的 时候, 将多级风扇单元关闭, 使多级风扇单元断电, 进而防止风扇在 发动机停机后对蓄电池的损耗。
实际上,在低温开启进气温度 T11与低温关闭进气温度 T31之间 及低温开启冷却液温度 T21与低温关闭冷却液温度 T41之间应该具 有一个低温回落温度差值 T5, 也就是从低温开启进气温度 T11和低 温开启冷却液温度 T21降低到低温关闭进气温度 T31和低温关闭冷 却液温度 T41之间的温度差,这个温度值也可以通过总线仪表控制器 Z上的参数设置显示屏进行设置,并且其值可以根据具体的实际情况 进行设定, 以达到较好的降温效果为目标。 在低温冷却风扇组开启之 后,一旦发动机的实时工作温度降低到与低温开启进气温度 T11和低 温开启冷却液温度 T21之间的差值达到低温回落温度差值 T5时, 也 就是 T11 - T31 = T21 - T42 = T5时,则由判断模块判断得出将低温冷 却风扇组关闭的控制信号。相应地, 高温开启进气温度 T12与高温关 闭进气温度 T32之间, 以及高温开启冷却液温度 T22与高温关闭冷 却液温度 T42之间也可以具有一个高温回落温度差值 T6, 即 T11 - T31 = T21 - T42 = T5; T12 - Τ32 = Τ42 - Τ22 = Τ6, 这个高温回落温 度差值 Τ6可以设置的比低温回落温度差值 Τ5大, 最好能够大到使 高温冷却风扇组的关闭温度在开启温度之下, 也就是应该满足 T12 - Τ6 = T32< Til - T5 = T31; Τ22 - Τ6 = Τ42< T21 - Τ5 = T41 , 这样, 就能够保证在温度降低之后, 首先将低温冷却风扇组关闭, 使低温冷 却风扇组可以休息一段时间, 避免低温冷却风扇组的过度工作。
下面,将对本实施例所述的发动机冷却风扇系统的具体结构及工 作过程进行详细的说明:
参照图 1 , 总线仪表控制器 Z通过信号采集总线与发动机 ECU 连接, 总线仪表控制器 Z的低温控制管脚 Z1与低温风扇组的继电开 关 Π的 85脚连接, Π的 86脚接地, 30脚接电源 E的正极, 87脚 接低速风扇 F1和 F2; 总线仪表控制器 Z的高温控制管脚 Z2与高温 风扇组的继电开关 J2的 85脚和继电开关 J3的 85脚连接, J2和 J3 的 86脚均接地、 30脚均接电源 E正极, J2的 87脚接风扇 F3和 F4, J3的 87脚接风扇 F5和 F6。
当发动机启动后,总线仪表控制器 Z通过信号采集总线读取发动 机的实时工作温度值, 包括实时进气温度参数 Ta和实时冷却液温度 参数 Tc:
当 Ta>Tll或者 Tc>T21时, Z1输出高电平, 继电器 Π闭合, 风扇 Fl、 F2启动; 一段时间之后, 若 Ta>T12或者 Tc>T22, Z2输 出高电平,继电器 J2、 J3闭合,风扇 F3、 F4、 F5、 F6启动;若 Ta<T31 且 Tc<T41 , 即 Ta<Tl 1 -T5且 Tc<T21 -Τ5 , 则 Ζ 1输出低电平, 继电开 关 J 1断开, 风扇 F1和 F2停止;
当风扇 Fl、 F2、 F3、 F4、 F5、 F6均 4丁开, 即氐温冷 风扇组合 高温冷却风扇组均打开时, 若 Ta<T32且 Tc<T42, 即 Ta<T12-T6且 Tc<T22-T6时, Z2输出低电平, 继电开关 J2和 J3均断开, 高温冷 却风扇组的风扇 F3、 F4、 F5、 F6均停止; 若此时, 再满足 Ta<T31 且 Tc<T41 , 即 Ta<Tl 1 -T5且 Tc<T21 -T5 , 则 Z 1输出低电平, 继电开 关 J 1断开, 风扇 F1和 F2停止, 低温冷却风扇组停止工作。 此时, 由于发动机仍然处于工作状态,总线仪表控制器 Z仍未停止工作,在 各级风扇处于关闭的状态下, 发动机的实时工作温度可能会再次升 高, 那么, 则需要再一次返回判断是否满足低温冷却风扇开启条件的 步骤, 进行新一轮的冷却风扇开启或关闭判断。
本发明采用信号采集总线读取温度信号,能够调整设定冷却风扇 启动及停止点温度, 智能可靠, 并针对多个风扇或多级运行风扇, 节 能减噪。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本 发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应 包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求
1.一种发动机冷却风扇系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
多级冷却风扇单元, 用于为所述发动机降温;
风扇控制单元,用于根据所述发动机的实时工作温度控制所述多 级冷却风扇单元中各级风扇的开启与关闭。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的发动机冷却风扇系统, 其特征在于, 所 述风扇控制单元包括:
风扇开启 /关闭温度预设界面, 用于人工设定所述各级风扇的开 启或关闭温度值;
信号采集总线, 用于采集所述发动机的实时工作温度, 所述信号 采集总线与所述发动机的中央处理单元(ECU )信号连接;
总线仪表控制器,对所述信号采集总线采集到的温度信号进行判 断, 根据判断结果发出开启或关闭所述各级风扇的控制信号;
风扇控制开关,根据所述总线仪表控制器发出的控制信号控制所 述各级风扇的开启与关闭。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的发动机冷却风扇系统, 其特征在于, 所述多级冷却风扇单元中包括低温冷却风扇(Fl、 F2 )和高温冷 却风扇 (F3、 F4、 F5、 F6 );
所述风扇控制开关为继电开关,所述继电开关的主控触点串联于 所述总线仪表控制器的控制线路上,所述继电开关的受控触点串联于 所述各级风扇与工作电源 (E )之间的连线上。
4.一种应用于权利要求 1至 3任一所述的发动机冷却风扇系统的 发动机冷却风扇控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括下列步骤:
设定所述各级风扇的开启或关闭温度值;
采集所述发动机的实时工作温度;
判断所述发动机的实时工作温度是否达到所述各级风扇的开启 或关闭温度值, 如果达到, 则发出开启或关闭所述各级风扇的开启或 关闭控制信号; 根据所述开启或关闭控制信号控制所述各级风扇的开启或关闭。
5.根据权利要求 4 所述的发动机冷却风扇控制方法, 其特征在 设定所述各级风扇的开启或关闭温度值包括:
设定所述发动机的开启进气温度 T1;
设定开启冷却液温度 T2;
设定关闭进气温度 T3; 以及
设定关闭冷却液温度 T4 ,
其中,所述各温度均包括与所述多级冷却风扇单元的级数相同的 多个级别温度;
采集所述发动机的实时工作温度包括:
采集所述发动机的实时进气温度 Ta;
采集实时冷却液温度 Tc。
6.根据权利要求 5 所述的发动机冷却风扇控制方法, 其特征在 于,
所述开启进气温度 T1包括低温开启进气温度 T11和高温开启进 气温度 T12, 且 T11< T12; 启冷却液温度 Τ22, 且 Τ21< Τ22; 气温度 Τ32, 且 Τ31< Τ11 , Τ32< Τ12;
所述关闭冷却液温度包括低温关闭冷却液温度 T41 和高温关闭 冷却液温度 Τ42, 且 Τ41< Τ21 , Τ42< Τ22。
7.根据权利要求 6 所述的发动机冷却风扇控制方法, 其特征在 于, 所述高温关闭冷却液温度 Τ42 低于所述低温关闭冷却液温度
Τ41。
8.根据权利要求 7 所述的发动机冷却风扇控制方法, 其特征在 于,判断所述发动机的实时工作温度是否满足所述各级风扇的开启或 关闭预设条件包括下列步骤:
当所述发动机启动之后,首先判断是否满足低温冷却风扇开启条 件:
若 Ta> Tll或 Tc> T21 , 则开启所述低温冷却风扇 (Fl、 F2 ); 当所述低温冷却风扇处于单独开启状态时,判断是否满足高温冷 却风扇开启条件:
若 Ta>T12或 Tc>T22, 则开启所述高温冷却风扇 (F3、 F4、 F5、 F6 ), 以及
判断是否满足低温冷却风扇关闭条件:
若 Ta<T31且 Tc<T41 , 则关闭所述低温冷却风扇 (Fl、 F2 ), 即 所述多级风扇冷却单元中的各级风扇均处于关闭状态;
当所述低温冷却风扇和所述高温冷却风扇均处于开启状态时,所 述发动机的实时工作温度降低之后,首先判断是否满足所述低温冷却 风扇关闭条件, 若满足, 则关闭低温冷却风扇, 由所述高温冷却风扇 继续工作,直至所述发动机的实时工作温度减低到满足高温冷却风扇 关闭条件:
若 Ta<T32且 Tc<T42, 则关闭所述高温冷却风扇 (F3、 F4、 F5、 F6 ) , 即所述多级风扇冷却单元中的各级风扇均处于关闭状态;
当所述发动机的实时工作温度再次升高的时候,返回所述判断是 否满足低温冷却风扇开启条件的步骤。
9.根据权利要求 4至 8 中任一项所述的发动机冷却风扇控制方 法, 其特征在于, 设定所述各级风扇的开启或关闭预设条件还包括设 定低温回落温度 Τ5和高温回落温度 Τ6 , 且满足:
Til - T31 = T21 - T41 = Τ5;
Τ12 _ Τ32 = Τ42 _ Τ22 = Τ6。
10. 根据权利要求 7所述的发动机冷却风扇控制方法, 其特征 在于, 所述高温回落温度 Τ6大于所述低温回落温度 Τ5, 且满足:
T12 - T6 = T32< Til - T5 = T31;
<6Λ5 T22 T Τ42 T21 T T41 = = - 1
